I had an amazing stay at The Sakala Resort in Bali. What made the experience truly special was the outstanding assistance from Demmy. He showed professionalism and genuine hospitality that went far beyond his call of duty. Throughout my stay, he was attentive, kind, and incredibly reliable. What stood out most was his honesty and sincerity, which are rare qualities to find these days. Because of him, my time at the resort felt even more comfortable and memorable. I’m deeply grateful for the way he carried himself and represented the resort. The Sakala Resort is already beautiful on its own, but it’s people like Demmy who make it unforgettable.

Sakala resort was amazing , from the time we checked in till the time we left it was five star experience, Lisa and the staff in The Restaurant were so kind and helpful always smiling , Kormings eggs the best, bar staff amazing , we did The Balinese experience , we both fully recommend it would do it over and over , we had our photo taken in The restaurant one morning , Lisa printed it out for us as a souvenir and gave it to us next morning, a beautiful memory for us , we can’t thank you all enough for our relaxing week at your resort , amazing and we will be back 😊 Thank you Debbie Hayes

Went to Bali for my little sisters wedding and stayed at the Sakala, as this was where the wedding was being held. The staff were all fantastic, Demmy was awesome, great sense of humor and always trying to make sure you are always looked after, I look forward to catching him on the next visit for a few bintangs. Christina, best barmaid ever. Kaca and Tallish and everyone who worked on the wedding, attention to detail and customer service were unrivalled, food amazing and waited on the guests like no wedding I have been to before. Lisa and the rest of the breakfast staff always friendly and never forget your name. The barmen at the beach pool , wish I could have sat and had a beer with them all great blokes. I could keep going on but you get the gist. Definitely worth a stay will be back.

Place is very pleasant, People are very friendly and welcoming.. Demmy is an amazing guy you will find him everywhere. I highly recommend the place
