The Sakala Resort Bali

A great morning at breakfast with a special made to order Masala tea available on top of my soy latte . Got a room high floor and pool view . Customer Experience staff TIUR checked on my comfort for the stay as she noticed me sitting alone in a daze. She's enquired aboit my experience as I'm.a familiar face at the hotel and asked for feedback what they can step up to make my usual stay even better . Tiur has been consistent I noticed, very well groomed and outstanding ,neat in her elegant uniform and smiley.since my previous stays . Thank you for checking on my comfort.

Been to Sakala resort a couple times work related and short stays. Staff is friendly, epically Demmy public relations. Always smiling, informative on what to do, where to go. Atmosphere is relaxing, two bars one at the reception and one down at the beach side. Breakfast buffet is good. Pool near the rooms and one at the beachside. Room was comfortable with a small verandah to sit outside.

Demmy was a fantastic Guest Relation Manager and really made us (I went there with a Business Colleague) feel at home and welcome. Your staff there too were amazing especially at the reception and breakfast buffet. I'll definately recommend this resort to family and friends. If fact it's so close to the beach and the hotel facilities too we're amazing with pools and a good view. Price is affordable of course. Thanka to the staff and especially to Demmy, the short stay was memorable.

This location is perfect, the hotel has all the amenities you could ask for and more. But a detail that is even more impressive is the amazing staff, they are so welcoming and friendly, they make you feel like family. Denny is the remarkable, thank you 🙏🏽. I will definitely revisit this hotel. X

The resort itself is beautifully designed modern yet rooted in Balinese charm. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and comfortable with a stunning view that made every moment relaxing. The facilities, including the pool, beach access, and dining areas, were outstanding and maintained to the highest standard. What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. A special shout-out to Mr. Demmy, whose professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness went above and beyond. He ensured every detail was looked after and made me feel truly cared for throughout my stay. His friendly attitude and thoughtful recommendations really elevated my experience. Every interaction with the resort team was positive everyone was warm, helpful, and genuinely committed to making my stay perfect.
