Your staff are your best asset I have got mention the restaurant staff are fantastic especially Rini she as been wonderful and attention to detail has been great Also your Guest Experience Manager Demmy is a credit to your Hotel he as been on hand to help me with on a few occasions he is very professional at he’s job and made our experience at the hotel very pleasant

Although I am not sure would recommend staying in Benoa, I certainly recommend this resort. There are two swimming pools….one facing the ocean with access to restaurant food and a swim up bar. The other is amid the guest room buildings and it is huge…also with swim up bar. Both kept clean and kept at a good temperature. The food at the main restaurant and the Terrace Indian restaurant was excellent, both providing live music several nights for dinner. The bar in the main building overlooks the ocean and is beautiful. A vast array of breakfast items at their buffet. Although you can’t swim at the beach they do offer a variety of water sports experiences and equipment. They provide a shuttle to an area with shops and restaurants every 30 minutes. Most importantly are the people, very friendly and helpful across the entire resort

I'd give this resort 10 stars if possible! 🌟 Everything was perfect, from the huge rooms to the amazing housekeeping staff who made sure my little girl had water for her feeds. I was nervous about coming to Bali with a 7-month-old, but it was truly amazing 😊. The restaurant was also incredible, and the breakfast was well worth it 🍳.

Bella and Ari were wonderful at the kids club, my boys were eager to go back the next. Place was full of activities & toys and very clean. Will come back again

This is not a 5 star hotel, very disappointing, dirty and smelly room, lack of maintenance in all areas of the hotel, the beach is polluted with fumes and oil from boat rides, there was no where to relax. Don't be fooled by the photos from their website, it looks nothing like that !!! We oved to real 5 star after 3 days !! 3 days too long!!! Noisy from traffic, boats and building work around the area... Poor maintenance in the pools, did not go in to avoid any more nasty surprise!!! Too expensive for what it is, 3 star max....
