Eldy the Manager of the Hotel was very professional, understanding, excellent host with any concerns about our stay. Also another hotel crew member, Nata (the afternoon bartender) was very pleasant to deal with, super nice, and can talk about any topic you may bring (including soccer).

Amazing resort on the beach and amazing manager Eldy and bartender Nata makes the difference in guest requirements.

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Sakala Resort Bali, and it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and well taken care of. Our sincere thanks go to Mrs. Gita, whose exceptional attention and genuine care made our stay feel extra special. Her kindness and dedication were truly invaluable, and we are very grateful for the outstanding hospitality she provided. The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to relax. The swimming pool was impressively large, crystal clear, and very clean, creating a wonderful atmosphere for both relaxation and family time. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. There was something for everyone, and we thoroughly enjoyed the quality and diversity of the food. We also had a memorable dining experience at Sakala Beach Club. We were warmly welcomed by Sitha, who kindly explained the hotel facilities in great detail. Her friendly and informative service made us feel very comfortable. During dinner, Mr. Widi served us with remarkable warmth, patience, and professionalism. The restaurant atmosphere in the evening was absolutely beautiful—warm, peaceful, and visually stunning. The view and ambiance created the perfect setting, and we truly enjoyed every moment we spent there. Thank you to the entire team at The Sakala Resort for providing such a memorable and valuable experience. We deeply appreciate the excellent service and heartfelt hospitality, and we look forward to returning in the future.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and we all highly recommend staying in this resort. The staff are so lovely and accommodating to every need, everything is very clean and well taken care of and the food is amazing especially the buffet breakfast! We would like to thank Koming, Demmy and Jaya for making our stay so wonderful and having so many laughs with us. Thank you Sakala we will definitely be back!
