Belmond Villa Sant'Andrea

The location is nice except late in the season the sun sets behind the hotel so the sun leaves the beach very early and there is no sun at the pool at all all day although it is a lovely pool. A warning,... rooms are very high price but VERY SMALL!!!!! There was no way for my husband and I to "unpack" because there were no drawers available except for a few small ones in the closet. We had a huge deck (room #109) but there were only two large decks in the hotel. All the others could barely get a small table and two chairs on them. The staff was very nice and very beautiful. Breakfast was good but not like at their sister hotel The Grand Timeo. Would I stay here again? Probably not. I just need some space especially if I'm on a vacation to relax by the beach. We LOVED the Grand Hotel Timeo uptown and there are shuttles to take you to the beach so I would do that in the future.

Amazing experience. We felt like we were at home in one of the most beautiful spots of the Mediterranean Sea. Special congratulations to Roberta, our guest experience ambassador. Can't wait to return next year.

Belmond VSA is one of the world's most spectacular hotels. This was a return visit for me and my fiance, and each time I visit, it gets better and better. What makes this property exceptional isn't just the beautiful beach or gorgeous views/rooms, but the staff!!! All of them were amazing. Special shoutout to Roberta in Guest Experience who made our stay super memorable, as well as the many lovely restaurant and beach workers. Belmond Villa Sant'Andrea is a MUST!

Look no further is you want a Five Star hotel with top-notch staff. This hotel is right on the water in Taormina. In addition, this hotel has every amenity you could possibly ask for and more. Our favorite amenity was the hotel comped half-day boat excursion along the Taormina coastline. The boat crew took us to feed the fish and swim in a beautiful little cove while enjoying some nice wine. If you love a beautiful view of the water from your bed and if you love a comfortable bed and pillow when you travel, then this is your place! The on-site restaurants are excellent, and the food is so delicious no matter what meal you are having from breakfast, lunch or dinner. But what truly made our experience at this hotel was the staff. Each and every single employee from the moment we were met by the valet in the driveway to interacting with the hotel drivers, front desk, bartenders, waiters/waitresses, cabana crew, boat crew, spa, and housekeeping were beyond friendly and treated us like royalty. In all our travels and experiences with working with other hotels concierge services we have never been more impressed than having been served by the concierge at this hotel, Roberta Fassari. Ms. Fassari went over and beyond securing dinner reservations for hard to get into places, worked out every detail of getting us to our reservation and home safely right after we were ready to come back home (hotel). Ms. Fassari even had us included for a hotel wine tasting party at the bar and another day at a gelato tasting party by the pool. Ms. Fassari is a tremendous asset to this hotel and a big reason why we are coming back again and again!! Thank you Villa Sant'Andrea staff, you are all amazing!

This hotel was an incredible experience. From the front desk to the concierge and guest retaliations. The service was first class and anything I needed they were able to compliment. I especially remember how helpful Diego was as well as Roberta. The hike Roberta took us on was incredibly beautiful. I am excited to return for my next stay.
