Rooms need an upgrade, there are a lot more young kids and families, whereas in the past it was more for couples

Customer service is excellent and staff are super friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit underwhelming for the price we paid and it had a wardrobe in the bathroom which wasn’t practical and a bit small. The bedside light switch was also faulty but it was fixed after I made staff aware but took 3 days. General hotel facilities were very nice and the breakfast and beach were wonderful experiences.

The perfect place to experience the Taormina area, especially during the Sicilian summer heat. We were so glad we chose the peaceful seaside setting instead of staying up in the busy town center. Waking up each morning to the view of the sea was unforgettable, and the easy access to the beach made it feel like a true escape. The biggest surprise, though, was how incredibly well we slept. The beds were quite simply the most comfortable we've experienced anywhere in our travels. I'm a bit of a pillow snob and often pack my own when we travel, but I didn't need it here. Even the pickiest sleeper will be delighted. In fact, I'd love to know what brand of pillows they use! Breakfast was the only meal we enjoyed at the hotel, and it was excellent, with beautiful surroundings and attentive service. The elegant décor throughout the property perfectly reflects the charm of Sicily. When we think back on our stay, only one word comes to mind: perfetto!

We had an incredible stay and a truly memorable experience. The property, service, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations, making our visit very enjoyable from start to finish. A special mention to Roberta Fassari, from guest experiences, who provided outstanding support throughout our stay. She offered excellent recommendations for restaurants and local experiences, all very well curated, and also invited us to a wine tasting, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip.Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would gladly return.
