The most beautiful hotel I have been in Sicily.The staff was beyond a pleasure to deal with. The hotel was beyond clean and the room was immaculate everyday. I can’t wait to return. The food was above and beyond delicious. I highly recommend anyone going to Sicily to choose this hotel. The pool area was beautiful . I can’t wait to go back . Better than 5 stars.

I cannot praise the service and quality at this hotel enough. From the cleaning of the rooms day and night, to the service at the pool everything was first rate. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming and nothing was ever a problem. Even on the morning it rained the breakfast staff kept smiling and coped with the extra pressure of clientele needing inside tables. The hotel has a very efficient WhatsApp that you can use to make reservations and book the shuttle bus into town and this was always on time. For two evenings we chose to have our evening meal at the hotel restaurant and we were not disappointed. The service and food were exceptional. The complimentary water, crisps and soft drinks in your room were always refreshed. The only downside is the price but if you want such high standards you have to pay for it. Another nice touch was the Manageress going around checking on guests and knowing your name. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased to have the opportunity to post a review about our recent stay at the Grand Hotel San Pietro Taormina. Amazing, best kept secret! From our arrival to departure, (my wife and I stayed for 5 nights), magnificent location, very comfortable spacious room with a balcony terrace overlooking the Ionian Sea, and high grade amenities. The breakfast spread was so good that it set us up for the day. The town centre is a 10 minute comfortable walk but the hotel also operates a shuttle service every hour for guests…you have to book it ahead..we used it a couple of times…great! They do have a couple of restaurants, we had lunch one day, again excellent food menu and service. Most of the time we were out on day trips and ate at local restaurants in the evening, again the hotel was very helpful with suggestions and their recommendations were great. We have stayed at Four Seasons and Belmond group in different destinations, incidentally Taormina has both of them but must say San Pietro excelled, no regrets. There is a Hindi phrase ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’ which literally means’the Guest is God’ and is truly applicable to our experience at the San Pietro. Finally we must mention the staff who were brilliant particularly Virginia Proietti the Hotel Guest relations Manager and Stefania who looked after us at breakfast. This hotel is a beautiful and immaculately clean hotel. My room with balcony ocean side view was beautiful and room was large with kings size bed. Bathroom large size and great stand up shower. Plenty of closet space. Full size lobby area with bar and large balcony over looking a picture perfect ocean view and pool area with outdoor seating for restaurant with two outdoor bars and one inside restaurant The personnel was very courteous and accommodating. Made me feel like family. Hotel service was top notch, from cleaning rooms to shuttle bus services. Using what’s app as a tool to request shuttle, towels, and room service, etc. is Genius. There was no delay in responses when text. Highly recommend this hotel. Going back next year.

The staff was exceptional, the views were incredible and the breakfast was great, especially the amazing coffee! Everyone loved this hotel and would recommend it highly! The room balconies provide a great place to watch the sunrise over the sea and the bar patio is a great place to have a drink and watch the the beautiful evening sunlight.
