Must visit spot
We came across the hotel after a walk in the city. We set down at the bar, the view and set up was impressive. Live chill music, the food and drinks were on point, but what made the experience beyond amazing was Fabio the waiter, super attentive, professional & had an introduction for each drink and food. We will definitely come back. Thank you Fabio for your excellent service & experience

We had a wonderful experience at the Bar Timeo. We sat on the outdoor patio and enjoyed cocktails, dinner dessert, and live music.. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

We enjoyed every aspect of staying at the Grand Timeo. It is a wonderful hotel, in a great location with a fantastic level of service. It's a really special place and the staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. I recommend it highly and hope to have the opportunity to go back someday.

Wonderful hotel but worth noting…
Our recent stay at the Grand Hotel Timeo was truly unforgettable. The location has sweeping views of Mount Etna and the sea. The gardens are immaculate, the atmosphere is serene, and an old world charm combined with modern luxury makes this hotel something very special. The staff deserves the highest praise. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service at breakfast and dinner, we consistently felt looked after with genuine care. The concierge was very helpful with our requests. Our room was elegant and comfortable, with thoughtful touches each day. That said, we did encounter one very disappointing issue. During our stay, a piece of jewelry went missing from our room. While this did not overshadow the beauty of the experience as a whole, it was concerning and is worth noting. We would recommend that guests remember to use the in-room safe for valuables, and hope the hotel takes steps to ensure this kind of incident does not recur. Despite this, the charm of the property, the outstanding service, and the unbeatable views make it one of the best places we have ever stayed.

We felt like family. The rooms and all the in-room amenities and attention to detail were amazing. Breakfast very good and the views are wonderful.
