Hotel Villa Ducale

Such a spectacular hotel! The views, the views and the views! The rooms were very clean, neat and had everything you would need. The staff was lovely, went above and beyond to accommodate the guests. The shuttle service was really great and much needed! Book in advance as the car fills up pretty quickly. The breakfast is very nice with a good selection of choices. Max was wonderful and we looked forward to seeing him each morning! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Taormina.

This is a high-end hotel with everything you’d expect from it. Fair value for money, but not exceptional. For those unsure of the location: don’t be. It actually gives you some space to breath away from the crowds, and the views are amazing. The shuttle service works great, is less than a 10min drive, and we never faced a fully booked shuttle. Definitely try the restaurant once. Breakfast is also fine but not mind blowing, some a la carte menu are priced extra. Staff is great and go out of their way to accommodate everything you can imagine, from front desk through catering to the valet staff. Parking is tight but they take care of the street parking as well when their lot is filled.

A truly delightful stay at Villa Ducale. Incredible comfort, gorgeous pool, unforgettable views, and an amazing and accommodating staff always looking to go the extra mile. Everyone was terrific - especially Julianna and Santina, who seemed genuinely excited to make our stay as fun and memorable as possible. Highly recommend!

Wow!! The view in this hotel!!! It was so very hot at the end of August this year. We spend a lot of time in the pool. Explored during the morning the pool felt fantastic on the afternoon. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast with Max is unforgettable. You feel at home. This place is TOP notch. Easy to 20 min walk to town. Hot but doable! Or they have a shuttle to the main town. There are also taxis. Easy to explore!

Fantastic experience! We had an extended stay at the Hotel Villa Ducale for our first time in Taormina and had a blast. The hotel itself is a beautiful boutique hotel with a great infinity pool, cocktail bar with creative well made drinks, fine dining restaurant and a beautiful sister hotel in town. Our room was well designed, luxurious and cleaned thoroughly every day including turn-down. The hotel staff in every way went above & beyond to meet every request. The entire front desk/concierge staff answered all our questions and set up many reservations for us. We tried our best to not be bothersome guests but despite our many requests the front desk remained helpful and friendly! Giuliana, Santina, Lorenza, Giuliano and Massimo were all so kind and helpful. They made us feel at home! The entire breakfast staff was wonderful as well very friendly and kind. The shuttle/pool staff were always willing to help and last but not least the staff at Incanto especially the Bartender, Hostess and Restaurant manager were extremely conversational and friendly. We loved the property and infinity pool. It created a relaxing escape away from the bustling city of Taormina. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled heading out due to the heat which required us to stay another two nights. I'd messaged the front desk and before leaving the airport we were already re-booked for two more nights in a beautiful suite, another nod to how helpful and flexible the staff was. We returned to the hotel and enjoyed the remainder of our time! Highly recommend this great boutique hotel to anyone interested in visiting Taormina, first timers and those who have visited before.
