We just arrived home from a wonderful trip to Sicily. The highlight of the trip was Taormina and staying at the Hotel Villa Ducale. The view of Mount Etna from the hotel was magnificent. But what really made this hotel fantastic, besides the great room, great food and the view, was the staff. Max, our terrific waiter, was so accommodating to our every breakfast request. Giuliano pre-arranged our amazing tours and transportation. And he checked in on us to make sure everything was going as planned. Santina and Guliana were especially wonderful and pleasant in every encounter. I wished I remembered every staff member we interacted to give them a personal thank you. K. Berger J. Jones
