Hotel Villa Taormina

What a beautiful hotel with amazing staff who communicated with me so efficiently before we even had arrived. The hotel is in a perfect location to experience this stunning town. The rooms are very comfortable with ours having a small balcony looking down on the ocean and city with MtEtna on the right. We enjoyed the pool and bar area with staff again being so friendly and helpful. We had a perfect stay and we were very appreciative of the hotel manager for his advice on restaurants and it was obvious he took pride in this lovely boutique hotel. We thoroughly recommend this hotel if you are looking for some special.

My friend and I were there at the beginning of September and were very unhappy with the room that was assigned to us, which was not on the pics they post on their website. We paid over 500 euros/night for a Jr Suite, and this room was definitely a regular room with bad decoration. I told the owner we did not see this room on their website, and he said the room was newly renovated, but the decoration was truly subpar, in fact it was awful. On the positive side, customer service was excellent, and the villa is beautiful. Maybe they just need a new decorator.

From start to finish, this hotel has been everything we could possibly hope for on a trip to Taormina The accommodations are exceptional in a former residence and beautifully decorated throughout. There are many places to relax in garden and patio areas and enjoy the view of Mt. Etna and the Ionian Sea. The bar was fabulous and bartender Michael was very attentive to our every need. Paola met us when we arrived and has been very helpful in navigating the property and the area. If you go to Taormina, this hotel is a must!

Stepping into this boutique hotel, one feels immediately taken to relaxation from Taormina’s cute shops, bars and tourists. The elegant design showcases Sicilian art without it being overwhelming in every corner of the hotel. Absolutely stunning. The service is impeccable. Our room had a private patio that I could have spent the day relaxing if I didn’t have tours and Taormina to explore. The cocktail bar and breakfast room has views of Mount Etna. Postcard worthy! I would stay here any time of year.

The hotel is lovely with all you could want. Quaint rooms fantastic bar and staff up there. Great views of the bay and Mount Etna. It’s a small boutique hotel which was special. The staff are amazing but also special thanks to Antonino for his help with a 3rd party contractor we had trouble with. He was very obliging and interested and we are grateful to him for his thoroughness and Ravi in the kitchens. Always obliging and smiling. But as said ALL staff are Amazing went above and beyond and gave us superb trip ideas
