Stunningly Beautiful, Warmest of Welcomes, an Absolute Delight

After a terrible experience at another Hotel, I moved to NH Collection Hotel Taormina on night 2 of my stay and I’m so glad I did. After the warmest of welcomes from Giovanni on reception, I was impressed by my beautifully appointed suite, the stunning decor of the main hall, the wonderful breakfast and rooftop. Giovanni rescued my Taormina experience and although I have other beautiful destinations ahead of me on this trip, I am sad to leave.

Luxury in the Heart of Taormina

Excellent hotel centrally located in Taormina. Very clean, beautiful room with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Gave 4 stars for the room because it was a very tight layout with luggage storage in the small bathroom. For reference, we had two medium-sized bags, one carry-on and two backpacks. The pool and gym were amazing. The staff were so welcoming and kind. The breakfast was good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Outstanding Stay with Exceptional Service and Stunning Views

We had an outstanding stay at NH Collection Taormina. From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent. A special mention to Giovanni, Clarissa, and the entire reception team for their professionalism, warm welcome, and incredible attention to detail — they truly made us feel at home. Angelo, the porter, was also super kind and efficient, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was superb: extremely clean, comfortable, and offering breathtaking views of both the city and the sea. It was everything we could have wished for. The location is also perfect — just a few steps from the main street, full of restaurants, shops, and lively atmosphere, yet the hotel remains peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and attentive service from the staff. We also enjoyed a romantic dinner on the terrace — delicious food paired with stunning views made it an unforgettable experience. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taormina.

Fabulous staff, very accommodating and appreciative of your business. Comfy rooms. Tubs were very high and difficult to enter an exit however they can accommodate a shower stall if needed. I recommend that for older travelers or short in height travelers.
