NH Collection Taormina

The hotel has a very good location. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. It is within walking distance to shops, cafes, and restaurants. It has a nice pool. The staff was beyond excellent. I had lost my passport, and they went out of their way to help me with everything I needed. Very patient and attentive. Honestly, that was the highlight of the stay.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are extremely attentive. Special thanks to Monica in the restaurants. Monica is so kind and sweet and took great care of us.

Hotel was prestine and had everything you could hope for while you stay in Taormina. Very close to the town and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Absolutely recommend.

We absolutely love this hotel! The proximity to the shopping area, Teatro Greco Romano and the other sites is so convenient for any visitor to Taormina. The hotel is maintained immaculately, rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Last evening we dined at Zafiero, their rooftop restaurant. A spectacular sunset and an orange moon were accompanied by a scrumptious salad prepared by Chef Giuseppe along with a delicious pasta dish, called la linguina which is a must try if you enjoy seafood. My husband and son enjoyed the zuppa di verdura and two different fish entrees which were prepared to perfection. Chef Giuseppe combined the best flavors of Sicily for these dishes which are not to be missed. We met him and he was so gracious! Importantly, I must absolutely thank Monica and Stefano who are so very kind, welcoming and treated us so very well which only made our evening dinner so special! If we have a chance to visit Taormina, we will absolutely stay here. Lastly Danielle at the pool was so welcoming and helpful, along with the front desk.

Our stay at the NH Collection Taormina exceeded any and all expectations. This is a beautiful resort that delivers on the highest level across the board -- attentive, personal service from a wonderful general manager (Amedeo Zaffino, who took time to greet us personally and welcome us) and staff (Giovanni, Gabriel and Emmanuela, all of whom went over and beyond to help however possible), an over-the-top breakfast buffet with made-to-order items offered as well, a to-die-for infinity pool that overlooks the Ionian Sea, and cozy, stylish rooms guaranteed to provide a good night's sleep. The location is perfect. It offers incredible views since it's perched high on the hillside above the sea, and is a short jaunt to Corso Humberto, the long pedestrian street lined with chic boutiques, designer shops and pottery stores and a host of wonderful restaurant options. The NH Collection is also a very short walk to the Roman Amphitheater and the Public Gardens - both must-sees when in Taormina.
