NH Collection Taormina

This was our 2nd trip to Taormina, but the first time at NH Collection. We both felt that this experience was much better due to the hotel’s comfortable bed and room, as well as the ideally situated location and proximity to the town center, including the Teatro Antico, where we attended the Il Volo Concert, which was amazing and ever-so-memorable! Fabulous service was provided by not only Giovanni and Clarissa in Reception, but also by the housekeeping team (Diziana?), as well as Stefano, Monica and the rest of the breakfast team. The hotel has a working relationship with the beach clubs, so we went to La Caravella Beach Club. We were picked up at the time we selected (both going and returning). It was a short drive to the lido, a stunning, ever-so-clear water mini-paradise. Be sure to bring water shoes (or, perhaps buy a pair from a vendor that may stroll by), and enjoy a delicious seafood lunch at the open air restaurant The pebbles throughout the beach and in the sea are beautiful. We had a most memorable stay and highly recommend NH Collection. PS: upon departing, NH Collection gifted us with a small ceramic to remember them by.

From the minute you walk in you feel special. The staff are all so friendly, polite, helpful and attentive. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Taormina and I cannot find anything bad to say about it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for our honeymoon. The staff were very attentive and friendly yet efficient and professional. The room was lovely. It's position is ideal for the heart of Taormina. The pool area was immaculate and staff were constantly keeping it tidy and replenishing towels etc. The views from our balcony were excellent, as is the view from the pool and the rooftop bar. We really didn't want to come home and would definitely visit again.

The NH collection hotel in Taormina was an excellent hotel and a wonderful experience. The staff at the hotel were extremely professional and courteous and kind. All the restaurants were incredible. I was extremely impressed with this hotel and I Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Taormina.

Our stay at NH Collection Taormina was fantastic from beginning to end. What stood out the most was the exceptional service from the front desk team. We initially booked a room that wasn’t quite what we had expected. Although the hotel was fully booked for our first night, the staff handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. They offered to move us to a beautiful suite at no additional cost after the first night, which was an incredibly thoughtful gesture and made a huge difference to our stay. It’s this kind of customer service that truly sets a hotel apart. The hotel itself is outstanding—modern, elegant, and perfectly located within walking distance of everything Taormina has to offer. Our suite had breathtaking views that we looked forward to every morning and evening, making the experience even more memorable. The breakfast was excellent, the facilities were beautiful, and every member of the staff we encountered was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. A sincere thank you to the entire NH Collection Taormina team for turning what could have been a small disappointment into an exceptional experience. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taormina.
