Paragraph Freedom Square, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Tbilisi

We stayed at Paragraph with our children during the New Year holidays, and it was our first family trip together. We called and requested connecting rooms in advance, but upon arrival we were given rooms far from each other due to availability. Lulu, the manager, kindly contacted us to check on our stay, listened to our concerns, and made great efforts to arrange connecting rooms for us. She was welcoming and generous, even sending thoughtful snacks for our children. Location and interior was 10/10 The breakfast was good, and the reception staff were friendly and respectful. Thanks to their care and hospitality, we truly enjoyed our holiday and will definitely return.

Breakfast and service was great. The ground floor restaurant service and food was below par can not recommend. We enjoyed the views, service and snacks in the Chinari Lounge. Thank you.

Paragraph Tbilisi is a stunning hotel — everything feels brand new, perfectly maintained, and beautifully designed. The location couldn’t be better, close to everything yet calm and elegant. The dining experience was excellent — the Sunday brunch was truly luxurious, full of fresh and delicious options, including amazing local specialties and excellent Georgian wines. And don’t miss the chacha as a digestive — it’s a must! 🥂 The coffee and cake at the bar were simply top-notch. ☕🍰 The spa area was the absolute highlight — it’s huge, spread over two floors, with a large 360° panoramic pool (both indoor and outdoor), five different saunas, and an amazing massage that left me completely relaxed. And finally — a big compliment to the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. Their positive energy made the whole stay even more special.

Our stay was outstanding, thanks to Manager Lulu. She greeted us warmly, assisted with check-in, and shared wonderful stories about the city. Later her thoughtful touch of sending wine and letter to our room, remembering our interest in local culture, made the experience truly special. Spa was very beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and panoramic saunas. Breakfast was delicious with different choices and helpful staff. Overall staff's professionalism and genuine care set this hotel apart and we will definitely return!
