Guest relations staff superb! Attended to my every request with efficiency and charm. Hotel location excellent- easy access to promenade, beach, restaurants, shops, museums etc Nothing to beat breakfast on the sea... delectable spread incredible view. Sea swim 1 minute away , rooftop pool fabulous.. far from the madding crowd. Room very comfortable.. exceptionally clean nice amenities prompt room service .Will be returning without a doubt

This was our ( my husband snd I), sixth stay at the Carlton over Passover to visit with our daughter in Israel. My favorite time is breakfast which offers too many fresh and delicious choices to mention all while overlooking the beach and watching the surfers and sailboats. What a lovely and tranquil way to start each morning! The entire staff, especially Gila and Nadav and all the wait staff always accommodated every request with smiles, warmth and grace. We always feel like VIP guests! The service, the people, the location and beautiful sea views keep us coming back each year.

Great place to stay. We were there over Passover. Very satisfied. Everyone from old to young had a great time. Right on the beach in Tel Aviv with all the amenities. Staff very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend

Stayed here with my wife 26 nights in Mar/Apr. From breakfast to Shabbat dinner I would recommend for couples. or families. Experience the 15th floor rooftop pool/hot tub. Right on the tayelet instead of having to cross Herbert Samuel to the beach. All in all friendliest staff, both in reception and parking attendants

This is our third time staying at this hotel. I love the breakfast, hotel rooms and service. Staying on the Mediterranean is wonderful and centrally located to most activities. Definitely a 5 star hotel. Also relaxing at their pool is wonderful found on the top of their hotel. The spa gave wonderful services.
