Another year, another great experience! Phenomenal hotel. Location, amenities, service, food/drink. World class resort.

I have been coming to the Hilton tel Aviv since I was a little girl with my family. Itzik at the pool taught me how to swim and my family are known to most people at the Hilton. My daughter was walking past the hotel and I told her to go and see itzik and say hello from us. Unfortunately he was not there but Avi was. I cannot begin to tell you how you rude he was to my daughter. He said get out of here. What are you doing here if you are not staying at the hotel!! I can assure you we will now never stay at your hotel again. I have many friends and family who stay with you and I can assure you I will be recommending other hotels in tel Aviv in the future! A complaint has also been filed with the hotel manager. Simply disgraceful.

Very Good Hotel. Best beach location.

Having stayed at many hotels across Israel, Hilton Tel Aviv stands out for its professionalism, personal service and the strong sense of loyalty between staff and guests. It is not only the location or facilities that define this property but the consistency of its hospitality, which feels genuinely sincere and well established. Location & views The hotel is set in an elevated and quiet part of northern Tel Aviv, surrounded by Independence Park. Despite the peaceful atmosphere, access is extremely convenient. The beach is less than a minute away and the promenade allows beautiful walks along the beach to Jaffa. The views are excellent from all rooms, especially the Jaffa-facing ones, which offer spectacular sunsets over the Mediterranean. Check-in The check-in experience was handled in a highly professional way by Sava, who immediately recognizes returning guests and ensured a smooth arrival with a well-assigned room. Hilton Honors recognition is clearly taken seriously here and benefits are applied without hesitation. Special mention goes to Raya, who consistently offers warm and welcoming interactions and to Front Office Managers, Ana and Shalev, who stand out for their professionalism and going the extra mile for guests. Room The rooms are not brand new but extremely well maintained. Cleanliness and upkeep are clearly a priority and the housekeeping team does an excellent job. The highlight is the view, combining sea and city skyline. The room was prepared with thoughtful amenities, a welcome card and a personal touch that made the arrival feel special. The bed is very comfortable and the room includes everything expected such as a Nespresso machine, quality amenities and generous amount of towels and bathrobes. Housekeeping supervisor Anna also personally checked in to ensure everything was in order, which was a very professional gesture. Turndown service is offered and is a noticeable premium touch, which is not a standard in many hotels in Israel or at Hilton hotels across the globe. Executive lounge The Executive Lounge on the 12th floor is a real highlight. Service from Queenie and Elon is consistently friendly and attentive and the food selection is far above average, with afternoon snacks and a substantial evening offering (fish, pasta, vegetables, countless salads, cheese platter and tasty desserts) and an excellent selection of drinks (both alcoholic and softdrinks) The Vista Lounge on the 17th floor adds an even more elevated experience with incredible views and a wider selection. Also open to kids. Both lounges together make the upgrade genuinely worthwhile. Facilities The lobby is iconic and inviting and the terrace offers one of the best sea views in Tel Aviv. The gym is well equipped with Technogym equipment and in very good condition. Also has spa facilities. The pool area is particularly well managed and Avi and his team deserve recognition for their calm and organised approach even during busy periods. Sunbeds are very comfortable as mattresses were added. The atmosphere feels controlled and secure since the staff checks eligibility to enter the pool area. Breakfast Breakfast is a major highlight. The variety is extensive and the quality is consistently strong with fresh produce, fish, countless cheeses, delicious salads, hot dishes and excellent pastries. The setting (indoors and outdoors) overlooking the sea makes the experience even better. The staff elevate the experience further. Raviv provides excellent coffee creations and is used to any special request, Rowena offers a warm and personal welcome and remembers guests already on their second day and chef Edi ensures everything at the buffet and egg station runs smoothly. Restaurant Dinner is also of a very high standard with an impressive buffet selection including fresh fish (incl. sashimi, tataki, etc.) and cold cuts (shoutout to the roast beef and carpaccio), countless meat and vegetarian dishes (beef fillet was my highlight) and a wide range of salads and desserts (both tasty and stunning to look at). The overall quality and presentation are excellent, with only minor room for improvement such as including sparkling water in the offering since the meal is not cheap. Overall Hilton Tel Aviv is not a budget option but delivers strong value for guests who appreciate service, consistency and recognition. What makes this hotel stand out is not only the location or facilities but the people who create a genuine sense of care and professionalism. It is a hotel I will confidently return to and one that continues to set a high standard for Hilton properties worldwide. Congrats to the management to maintaining this high level of service in challenging times!

Birthday 🎉: My mother and myself came to celebrate her birthday ☺️ on June. The atmosfere was lovely. In the evening a Champagne, a cheese cake and some cherries with a sweet and thoughtful card were at our room when we were celebrating outside. The staff was very hospitable including the reception, dining room and room service employees. The room was very clean, nice and comfortable 😃. Thank you!! Orit and Irina.
