Worst Experience
I stayed at this hotel for four nights. It was the worst experience I have ever had. The staff at the hotel were extremely rude and began to mock me when I was checking in - it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. My room was nothing like the photos online, it was very basic and outdated. For a 5 star hotel I would have expected a much higher standard. There was stains on the carpet in the room and the shower area had not been cleaned properly. I definitely would NOT recommend this hotel.

i was again very happy with the service and especially the club lounge manager Zehavit Buchbut who went out of her way to make us yet again very welcome. we will definitely return as soon as possible

Best Hotel to stay in Tel Aviv, with the best amenities and best location
The hotel is so pampering . Comfortable, pretty and very clean rooms, big and spacious . Best pillows , excellent quality soaps and creams . The hotel staff, starting with the reception manager, going up to the food and beverage manager and staff , the lounge staff, the quality and variety of the food, the pool and being across from the beach, and boardwalk, best views and sunsets. We love the location, and service . it’s near Neve Tzedek, Hacarmel Souk and Jaffa port with loads of things to do nearby . We love going to the Intercontinental Hotel in tel Aviv . Our number one choice !

Excellent stay
Great staff, lovely rooms overlooking the beach. Couldn't wish for better. Arrived without a booking. stayed here for 2 weeks last year and then another 6 weeks this year. parking on site. very convenient position. staff are fabulous. food good. will definitely stay again.
