Beautiful natural setting right on a private beach. Exceptional grounds and quiet units. Thanks to staff Daniel Munguia and Andres for making our stay so great. Highly recommend.

Great quiet 5 star hotel with excellent staff.

What can I say. I have nothing negative to say about the resort. We were there for 10 days. Our transportation from the airport was arranged thru the Hotel. It is a long ride weaving around potholes but a small price to pay for a holiday. Our check-in was easy, my wife is a Hilton Honors gold member and we were upgraded to an ocean facing room (unit24) and the room was spotless. The rooms are large and everything worked as described. The grounds are very well maintained and beautiful. The staff are all extremely friendly. We have to give a special thanks to Ever Lopez, Daniel Munguia, Abel, Yaritza, Niurka (at breakfast), Yahara and Malhurdi. I'm surely forgetting someone, but everyone went out of their way to make our stay memorable. For Gold members, there is a special at the lobby with dronks and snaks. The food is made to order and is delicious. We were not many on the resort during our stay, so it was extra relaxing. I would surely recommend and return to Indura Beach. Thanks again to everyone for making our stay, great.

Oasis in the Jungle

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

Indura must translate to slow down and relax. The resort felt exclusive from the moment we arrived. Traveling for 2 hours from the San Pedro Sula airport in a private shuttle with adult children, we arrived on a rainy day. The staff welcomed us with glasses of fresh juice and requested we relax in the open-air lobby until the rain slacked a little to make the journey to our villa more comfortable. Celerie at the front desk confirmed our spa appointments and reservations for the New Years Eve party and was helpful the duration of our stay (4 nights, 5 days). After a short wait, we arrived at our rooms to find clean, well-appointed rooms (one king room and a two queen bed room) with great views of the shaded jungle with peekaboo views of the ocean. We were on the first floor of the villa, taking 2 rooms on the first floor with 2 more rooms above us, which were not occupied during most of our stay. Sold as oceanview rooms, this was a little disappointing, but we decided not to request to move up to the upper floor since it was expected to be rainy and cloudy for the majority of our stay (the rainy season is Dec and Jan). The rooms were large, comfortable and clean, with coffee maker, ironing board and iron, and refrigerator in suite. The bathroom had a large soaker tub, generous closet, dressing area, and double vanity. If I could suggest any improvements, I wish there had been robes provided, especially at this resort level hotel. Also, there were no small washcloths available, or makeup remover wipes provided. The beds were comfortable, and a sofa bed was in the room, but we didn't use it. We went immediately to the beach club utilizing stunning boardwalks that give a special view of the surrounding landscape. The food was amazing, and drinks made with fresh juice. The service is lovely, not rushed. The food arrives as it is ready, so be prepared to sit for a few moments if you are used to beginning to eat after everyone's food has arrived. For dinner, we went to the main dining restaurant. Our waiter at the beach club, Ever, was our waiter that evening as well, and continued to be our waiter at every meal. His service was excellent, and my daughter practiced her conversational Spanish with him, while he practiced his English with us. His high level of service was a highlight of our trip and made the experience feel ultra exclusive. The menus were the same at each restaurant, so we had a chance to try many of the dishes over the course of our stay. The octopus was a highlight at dinner. The breakfast buffet was varied and had something for everyone. The last night of our stay, there were guests above us. I could hear some footsteps occasionally, but nothing to complain about. We borrowed bikes and rode the cart path of the golf course, getting caught in a downpour, and laughing all the way back to the resort, soaked to the skin. Along the cart path, we saw monkeys and crocodiles, but only one golf group, who braved the weather like we did. Overall, Indura was everything we hoped it would be. We might plan a trip back during the dry season so we can take excursions to the surrounding nature parks and villages.

Wonderful Experience in Honduras!

My family and I stayed at the Indura Beach Resort in November of 2025 and had an amazing time there. The property is beautiful and the staff are excellent. I especially want to acknowledge Cleiry Diaz and Rodrigo Flores at the front desk and Andres Benedith who is the restaurant manager. They all went out of their way to make our time at the property special. We travel frequently and this is one of the best hotel experiences we have had. I highly recommend!

4 nights of rest and relaxation

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 months ago

My husband and I stayed at Indura for 4 nights. It was a wonderful mini vacation! We golfed 18 holes (with a cart and caddy) on a course that was surprisingly tough and well maintained. The front 9 is the jungle and the back 9 is the beach. Who could ask for more? We spent a full day at the Maina Spa, where we received excellent services. One of the best spa days I’ve ever had. And we celebrated a milestone birthday with the help of the chef and staff. I can’t say enough about the staff! They all, and I mean all, were fabulous! From the front desk to the wait, kitchen, and serving staff, to the technicians at the spa, to the golf pro and caddies, to the gardeners, housekeeping, and maintenance staff, I thank you and respect the work that you do to make the guests time at Indura special. I highly recommend spending at least 3 days to experience everything they have to offer. We are expats living in Honduras and didn’t know about the resort until recently. A lot of tourism focus in Honduras is on the Bay Islands. I feel like that is such a disservice to the many wonderful places on the mainland. Now that we know about Indura, we will be back! With friends! Our entire experience was perfect. In addition to the golf course and spa, there are two paddle courts and a tennis court. You can also rent bikes to ride around the park-like setting. This resort was perfect for an extended weekend. So much to do! Even after 4 days we felt like we didn’t get to do everything we wanted (like take a boat trip to Punta Sal, go to the botanical garden, visit the aquarium, and spend a day at the Garifuna Village). On our next trip we will check off some of those activities. Thank you for a great experience!
