Excellent Guest Experience, Service Outstanding
Our trip to the Madeline in Telluride was made extra special this Christmas, all thanks to Heather! She was so responsive to our booking needs, calling me right back to find a room combo that would work for our multi-generational trip. She was also incredibly hospitable, and our gratitude carries with us beyond our trip. We were so well cared for by every member of the staff—from check-in, ski valet, and the restaurants (sending our best wishes to Claudia at the Black Iron Grill!) to room service (Thank you, Baola!), the afternoon apple cider attendants, the staff at the Timber Room, and especially housekeeping. The residence rooms are well-maintained and fully stocked with anything you'd need to celebrate the holidays with a whole family. Everything is so clean and well-kept. The views from our room were incredible and the access to lifts so convenient. We were also helped by the concierge to secure a great reservation time for Christmas dinner at Allred's; it couldn't have been a more perfect way to celebrate the holidays. What a wonderful family of employees the Madeline has. We couldn't thank you all enough for making our stay so special, and we promise to return in the future!

Luxury hotel experience with an OUTSTANDING service!
We had an incredible stay at the Madeline Hotel. Accommodations were top of the line with excellent service to match. The team at Madeline made us and our two dogs feel very welcome and they were incredibly helpful with and understanding of the challenges that comes with traveling with dogs. The opportunity to connect with several individuals of the Madeline team made our trip one of the best experiences we’ve had at a hotel. We will certainly return to the Madeline again.

Honeymoon in the mountains
My wife and I recently stayed at the Madeline in Telluride and it exceeded every expectation we had. From start to finish, it was an incredible experience and the perfect setting for our honeymoon. The staff was warm and attentive, the atmosphere was unforgettable, and to top it off, the hotel was extremely dog-friendly — which made our stay even more special. We can’t wait to come back.

The Hotel Madeline
Amazing service, great location, really tried to make you happy. The general manager Daniela was absolutely lovely. The room was lovely, however the only setback was that we expected the restaurant to be a little better.

Exceptional stay!
