Luxury hotel experience with an OUTSTANDING service!
We had an incredible stay at the Madeline Hotel. Accommodations were top of the line with excellent service to match. The team at Madeline made us and our two dogs feel very welcome and they were incredibly helpful with and understanding of the challenges that comes with traveling with dogs. The opportunity to connect with several individuals of the Madeline team made our trip one of the best experiences we’ve had at a hotel. We will certainly return to the Madeline again.

Honeymoon in the mountains
My wife and I recently stayed at the Madeline in Telluride and it exceeded every expectation we had. From start to finish, it was an incredible experience and the perfect setting for our honeymoon. The staff was warm and attentive, the atmosphere was unforgettable, and to top it off, the hotel was extremely dog-friendly — which made our stay even more special. We can’t wait to come back.

The Hotel Madeline
Amazing service, great location, really tried to make you happy. The general manager Daniela was absolutely lovely. The room was lovely, however the only setback was that we expected the restaurant to be a little better.

Exceptional stay!
The Madeline never disappoints. From the decor to the staff to the ambiance, it is wonderful every time. This is our 4th time for our anniversary and each time we have an incredible experience.

Find Another Hotel
This property disappointed us. There is significant senior management turnover occurring and it is needed. The good news is that the new staffers recognize the issues and are committed to addressing and resolving the many problems. As for specifics, our room was very poorly designed. Clothing storage space was inadequate. Drawers were too shallow to be functional. The room safe too shallow to accommodate a camera. The restaurants were poor as well. Our breakfast fruit wasn't yet ripe. The bagels had just been taken from the refrigerator and were hard. Dinner had several issues as well. In our opinion, this is a 3 star property and clearly not a 5 star property as advertised. The new Four Seasons Hotel scheduled to open in a few years will give this property significant competition.
