Wonderful Experience...above and beyond!
Staff went above and beyond to make this trip special for my son who just finished chemotherapy! Everyone was so warm and friendly and definitely knew us by name. From the manager, to the front desk staff, to the concierge, to the restaurant servers, everyone was warm and friendly. Room was clean with wonderful amenities. And, such a nice touch to gift drinks and stuffed animals (for the kids) upon arrival. The treats waiting in the room for my son were wonderful and so thoughtful. Love the Madeline Hotel and Mountain Village. We cannot wait to come back and stay longer!

Telluride at its best
Stay was excellent from the word go. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Superior customer service and experience. Check in was smooth and easy. Location was amazing. Room was 10 plus.

Luxurious leaf peeping in the mountains
The Madeline is truly a luxe experience. The service, environment, food, amenities, and staff are exceptional. The convenience of the gondola is awesome-only took the car to golf. It was another wonderful stay. We. Ame to leaf peep and it was exquisite.

Outstanding experience, service, and location - first stay at the Madeline Hotel in Telluride!
Exceptional first stay at the Madeline Hotel in Telluride. From the moment we arrived to our departure, we were treated with personalized service and incredible attention to detail. The staff went to great lengths to ensure we felt at home. The concierge team was proactive and helped us identify the right experiences (Telluride Outside jeep tour) that were important to us. Our room at the Madeline was extremely clean, well appointed, and we loved the private balcony and unexpected Turndown service. Excited to return to Telluride and the Madeline Hotel!
