Telluride Fun

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 21 hours ago

The rooms were nice but the staff made our stay special. From Annette at Black Iron making sure everyone was taken care of to Doug helping us with our luggage and greeting us with a smile every time we saw him. The scenery was spectacular, the hotel was wonderful, but the people made our vacation great.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic stay!

The Madeline Hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, well appointed, and clean. The staff is exceptional -- friendly, conscientious, attentive. Everything about our stay was incredible and we cannot wait to return. Highly recommend.

It's a NO for me

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

This hotel is beautiful but it's not worth the price. They were completely understaffed. I waited 2 hours for hummus and a burger at the pool and finally canceled my order after the server kept telling me it was coming and there was a mix up. The bartenders at both restaurants seemed irritated with being there. At checkout the 2 people in front of me were also frustrated with their stay (misery loves company). If I wasn't paying triple the price it would have been no big deal. It was just a regular hotel experience with a much higher cost which honestly made it more frustrating. Stay somewhere else, all the accommodations in the area are equally nice and for 1/2 the price.

Wonderful stay!

We were there for our wedding in Telluride and we stayed at the Madeline along with our family and friends. We have stayed there multiple times over the years and have always had a great experience. Everyone is kind, accommodating and the service is exceptional. We can’t wait to go back!
