Excellent location and hotel. Cannot say enough great about it! Rooms were great, clean, and comfortable, and everyone who helped us was extremely friendly and helpful.

A fabulous stay for our daughter's wedding. The wedding and reception were both at the hotel. The wedding took place in on the pool deck and the reception dinner was in the Timber Room. A very beautiful location for a wedding.

This is our second time staying at the Madeline, and our first in the summer. We were in a renovated three bedroom residence that was exquisite, and like our first time there, experienced excellent service. We did have one complaint that, for the summer months, was an issue of moderate significance. This was that the pool bar/grill was not open, and there was no one staffing the area. Several people could be heard inquiring as to why this was so. We were told by the front desk that food could be ordered from room service( from our residence phone) and delivered to the pool, but this seemed like a silly solution, especially as the food that would be delivered was too elevated for poolside fare. We ended up getting take out from one of the little local restaurants and bringing it back. Eventually, when the pool area was totally full, someone did come by to take orders. But we then waited over half an hour or more for two lemonades and an alcoholic drink, and after these were delivered, she never came back the rest of the afternoon. This problem should be remedied, as the expectation during the warmer months at a hotel of this caliber is that there will be dedicated pool service, at least for a few afternoon hours every day weather permitting. Other than this disappointment, we had a lovely time and will definitely come back again.

We absolutely loved our first experience in Telluride at the Madeline Hotel. The hotel was beautiful, the location perfect, the rooms were spacious and modern, bathroom perfect with great water pressure and an overall 10/10 experience.
