Best Hotel In America.
The Madeline is one of the finet hotels in the world. The staff is amazing and the location is beyond scenic. We felt like guests in a palace.

Needs new leadership asap.
Location is exceptional. Atmosphere is excellent. The renovated rooms are excellent. Value is not great. This is an excellent property that is not managed particularly well. The “spa” is a joke and unbelievable that this property would have such a lacking spa. The food is good but not great. Booked and paid for Mountain View suite but one wasn’t avail at check in. The team lead tried to help and did offer a larger non-mountain view room which was appreciated. However, this property is not managed or run like a true Auberge property. Fortunately for them it is located in a truly exceptional place.

A Honeymoon Stay to Remember
We visited for our honeymoon and let me tell you, this place was the nicest and kindest hotel we stayed at! Cannot recommend the Madeline enough! The staff was amazing, the hotel and rooms were clean, we were treated to feel like royalty! The location has breathtaking views, the atmosphere is high class, and it is so quiet! We enjoyed the hot tub at sunset and were very impressed with the overall quality and detail in every part of this stay!

Absolutely incredible experience. I cut a day off our Denver stay to come to the Madeline and enjoy Telluride - boy was that a wise move. No need is unfilled, the views are incredible, the rooms are spacious, the people are attentive without being formal.
