Exceptional Experience!
We had an amazing stay at the Madeline Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location in Mountain Village is perfect, with easy access to the gondola and incredible mountain views. Our room was beautiful, the amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place to spend time with family, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel
Best hotel in Telluride, for either summer or winter stays. Top notch service, great restaurant and bar, amazing views from pool. Can't say too much about this place.

Most luxurious stay ever
Thank you Madeline this was the most perfect stay. It began with the pre-visit email and contact.m where they suggestions of restaurant and events. Upon arrival Chris was there to greet us at the car. He took the time to unpack the truck and give more great info about our stays. He was a fantastic and excellent representative of the hotel and we ran into him many times during the stay. At the front desk it was quick and informative and we were given the most beautiful upgrade. Because of the pre-visit email we were able to communicate the importance of our visit as it was just my wife and I celebrating something important to us. The room and the service was spectacular… If you are not sure if you should book this location, PLEASE, do yourself a favor and stay here. You will not be disappointed. We will be making this an annual trip for sure!

Perfection in the mountains
The Madeline is one of our favorite getaways. The rooms are cozy and beautiful and the amenities are second to none. Our kids are ages 8, 10 and 12 and the 2 bedroom residence fits us perfectly. Great food and activities thanks to the concierge. We will keep coming back for many years to come!

Telluride Fun
The rooms were nice but the staff made our stay special. From Annette at Black Iron making sure everyone was taken care of to Doug helping us with our luggage and greeting us with a smile every time we saw him. The scenery was spectacular, the hotel was wonderful, but the people made our vacation great.
