Exceptional stay!
The Madeline never disappoints. From the decor to the staff to the ambiance, it is wonderful every time. This is our 4th time for our anniversary and each time we have an incredible experience.

Find Another Hotel
This property disappointed us. There is significant senior management turnover occurring and it is needed. The good news is that the new staffers recognize the issues and are committed to addressing and resolving the many problems. As for specifics, our room was very poorly designed. Clothing storage space was inadequate. Drawers were too shallow to be functional. The room safe too shallow to accommodate a camera. The restaurants were poor as well. Our breakfast fruit wasn't yet ripe. The bagels had just been taken from the refrigerator and were hard. Dinner had several issues as well. In our opinion, this is a 3 star property and clearly not a 5 star property as advertised. The new Four Seasons Hotel scheduled to open in a few years will give this property significant competition.

A get away beyond words
The Madeline is an upscale beautifully maintained destination. The entire staff is dedicated in making a guest's experience exceptionally pleasurable thru catering in an overly friendly but efficient manner to a guests every need. This begins at check in and does not cease until check out. Hotel amenities, bar and dinning rooms are exquisite. Definitely a must experience to enjoy, relax and be pampered!

Wonderful Experience...above and beyond!
Staff went above and beyond to make this trip special for my son who just finished chemotherapy! Everyone was so warm and friendly and definitely knew us by name. From the manager, to the front desk staff, to the concierge, to the restaurant servers, everyone was warm and friendly. Room was clean with wonderful amenities. And, such a nice touch to gift drinks and stuffed animals (for the kids) upon arrival. The treats waiting in the room for my son were wonderful and so thoughtful. Love the Madeline Hotel and Mountain Village. We cannot wait to come back and stay longer!

Telluride at its best
Stay was excellent from the word go. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Superior customer service and experience. Check in was smooth and easy. Location was amazing. Room was 10 plus.
