Incredible hotel!
Best hotel in Telluride! This hotel had it all, from fantastic amenities to friendly staff. Each staff member went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Even though the skiing was as good as last years they did everything they could to make it a great stay. Thank you to everyone from Adam to Allen and team. We will be back!

Winter•Spring Vacation
Thank you Madeline team, everything was perfect. We enjoyed the sun on the slopes and a convenient ski valet the same way we enjoyed the spa and swimming pool. The BEST location in the Mountain Village .

The hotel public spaces are nice. The ski valet is convenient. The rooms are dated and AC did not work which room was unbearably hot.

Don’t use the laundry service!
Hotel is fine but don’t have anything laundered there even if they are the ones who drop your clothes in mud. Absolutely ruined one of my favorite Sandro shirts which was wool. Washed and dried shrinking a large to smaller than a small. Absolutely gutting. Bellhop dropped and offered to send to laundry and have dry cleaned. Very clearly wasn’t and when staff alerted did nothing. Not worth it. Next time will stay elsewhere.
