Tempe Mission Palms Hotel & Conference Center

Perfect spot for a convention. Enjoyed the pool as well as the conference area. The snack shack for our event was awesome. Lots of good gathering places for groups. Centrally located in Tempe. Walkable neighborhood. Hike nearby as well. Highly recommend.

Tempe Mission Palms never disappoints! I've enjoyed my stays here for more than 25 years, amazing tenured staff and unbeatable location. The only downside is the hotel bar doesn't stay open very late but you're just about on Mill Ave so it doesn't really matter.

I have see that the Tempe Mission Palms before however this was my worst experience there. There was a guest walking through the lobby, make it with a coast over his private part. Had to wait quite a bit of time at valet because they were socializing with each other. The TV in the room was blurry at times and a full show could not be watched in completion for the entire night. When I was in the shower, the conditioner bottle did not have conditioner in it. I am not sure what liquid was in there. When I approached the front desk, they said the TV was not their fault because the Wi-Fi was going in and out and they’d look into the conditioner. There was only one working elevator, so I had to drag my bag across the courtyard, get in the elevator, and then drag it all the way to the other side where my room was Overall, the staff was not friendly or helpful. The reason I stayed there was because of the pleasant experience I had the time before however, this time was not the case.

Tempe Mission Palms is an excellent choice for any visit to Tempe. The staff demonstrated exceptional service and helpfulness, and the food was outstanding. The hotel boasts a beautiful atmosphere, comfortable beds, and generously sized rooms. During my attendance at our board of directors meeting, Sal, Courtney and Jan ensured that our needs were met.

This is an amazing hotel with excellent staff!!! I was there for a 3 day conference and wasn't expecting things to be soooo nice. The food and service were amazing. The hotel is beautiful inside and out, with so many nice place to visit that are within walking distance. I felt safe and very comfortable during my stay. I look forward to staying here in the future!
