Scam in overbooking. Had to argue with staff to get a room to fit our family which we had booked directly months before. The beds are true doubles very small and not comparable to any other hotel at this price point

They don't answer their phone. I called multiple times before check in and they wouldn't answer. I booked a two bed room but when I checked it they only had a king so I had to take it even tho I booked a two bed room. There was no shower gel in the container. Bathroom needs upgrading. Noisy street noise. We could hear the bar music. The bed was hard and lumpy. My expectations were higher for spending over $500 for one night. I'm kind of disappointed

This is on the street of lots of clubs and nightlife and loud music at night. Lots of planes over head. Not the most quiet place. The pool And hot tub were ok. Rooms needed an upgrade.

we stayed at the Tempe Mission Palms on Fri 3/6. There was no hot water available. None. There was a total lack of communication about the apparently property-wide situation. There was no attempt to mitigate the situation or offer a sister hotel. We’ve received no outreach from the Tempe mission palms, nor Hyatt, nor any update on the requested refund for the stay. I’m incredibly disappointed in Hyatt. We would reach out to the hotel directly but the email provided on the bill bounced back.

They had no hot water, and the walls were paper thin. I don’t recommend staying here. They took of a bogus $30 feet because there was no hot water, which is ridiculous. You say you’re a destination but who wants to go to a hotel without hot water? It’s a basic need. My full stay should have been refunded. I’ll never go back.
