Omni Tempe at ASU

From the minute you arrive, the staff treats you phenomenally. When I pulled up, the staff immediately got my luggage out of the car and took it into the lobby for me. The front desk greeted me kindly, and the lobby is gorgeous. My room was pristinely clean, and the only issue I had my entire stay was that the power outlet next on the headboard did not work, so I had to always charge my phone over on the desk across from the bed. Otherwise, my stay was perfect and housekeeping was also kind and respectful. The event staff provides exemplary service, as I was here for a conference and they were polite, efficient, and extremely professional. The rooftop restaurant provided one of the most memorable dishes I have ever had - the garlic chicken kabob! It was SO tasty. I cannot wait to stay here the next time I am in Tempe!

Front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. Every time we would walk up to the front desk they would act as if we were a bother to deal with. But I will say all the waiters at all locations in hotel were super sweet. The front desk was just extremely rude. Not everyone but there was a gentleman that was just very bothered by our presence, and the manager was as well.

We had an amazing stay.The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Traveling with our dog was a breeze—they were incredibly pet-friendly, which made our anniversary weekend even more enjoyable. The only disappointment was that the lounge was closed during our stay. We were really looking forward to checking it out, and it would have made the experience even better. Overall, we had a wonderful anniversary getaway and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our weekend so memorable!

Amazing! The hotel is beautiful and the atmosphere is great, but what really made this place so wonderful were all of the staff. Everyone was friendly, kind and helpful- highly recommend.

I stayed at the Omni for 5 days for a conference. The hotel is amazing. Everything is very clean and in my 5 days I did not see anything that needed repair or was damaged. There is an excellent range of food options available on site and the rooftop lounge was beautiful at sunset. There are also many restaurants available off site within walking distance. The rooms are clean, well appointed and quiet. There is a white noise machine bedside that helps with expected hotel noise. My one complaint would be the parking. There is no onsite parking other than valet. This is common in downtown areas but still not my favorite. There is a parking garage very close and I parked there but there is no where to park temporarily to check in or check out so that was a bummer. My highest compliment however goes to the staff. Every single staff person I met was friendly and accommodating. They were more than willing to help out with any situation and did so with a smile. I felt welcomed and give them my highest praise.
