Omni Tempe at ASU

I very much enjoyed my stay here. A stylish, organized, clean hotel complex with great restaurants and facilities, managed by friend and professional staff. Great location, plenty of restaurants, bars and shops right across and up the streets. This was my first stay at an Omni Hotel and I was very impressed. Would definitely stay here again when in Tempe!

As a meeting planner, I evaluate hotels through both the attendee and event management lens, and this property exceeded expectations on both fronts. The hotel provided an exceptional experience from arrival through departure, with a welcoming lobby, comfortable and well-maintained guest rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, and a consistently high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. Our attendees appreciated the quality of the accommodations and the excellent sleep experience, which is especially important during a busy conference schedule. The fitness center was clean, accessible, and well equipped, while the on-site restaurants offered convenient, high-quality dining options that enhanced the overall guest experience. Perhaps most importantly, the hotel operated seamlessly. Facilities were in excellent condition, everything functioned as expected, and the property delivered the level of consistency and professionalism that meeting planners value. The combination of a great guest experience, strong amenities, and operational excellence made this an outstanding venue for our event. I would confidently recommend this hotel to both individual travelers and organizations looking to host meetings or conferences.

From the minute you arrive, the staff treats you phenomenally. When I pulled up, the staff immediately got my luggage out of the car and took it into the lobby for me. The front desk greeted me kindly, and the lobby is gorgeous. My room was pristinely clean, and the only issue I had my entire stay was that the power outlet next on the headboard did not work, so I had to always charge my phone over on the desk across from the bed. Otherwise, my stay was perfect and housekeeping was also kind and respectful. The event staff provides exemplary service, as I was here for a conference and they were polite, efficient, and extremely professional. The rooftop restaurant provided one of the most memorable dishes I have ever had - the garlic chicken kabob! It was SO tasty. I cannot wait to stay here the next time I am in Tempe!

Front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. Every time we would walk up to the front desk they would act as if we were a bother to deal with. But I will say all the waiters at all locations in hotel were super sweet. The front desk was just extremely rude. Not everyone but there was a gentleman that was just very bothered by our presence, and the manager was as well.

We had an amazing stay.The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Traveling with our dog was a breeze—they were incredibly pet-friendly, which made our anniversary weekend even more enjoyable. The only disappointment was that the lounge was closed during our stay. We were really looking forward to checking it out, and it would have made the experience even better. Overall, we had a wonderful anniversary getaway and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our weekend so memorable!
