Very nice hotel, I would return for business or pleasure. All amenities- pool, rooftop bar, fitness center, etc- were extremely nice and well run. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was great. The real highlight was the amazing food.

Smooth check-in, clean property, friendly staff, valet service was quick and effortless. The location is perfect and close to the airport and other amenities.

Location great, room clean. Lower floors a lot of traffic noise. Food basic, No service at breakfast waited and waited then gave up. Horrible Check in - sytems down - checked in on paper and they messed up a simple booking of 2 rooms for 2 nights. No bill printed at the end and couldn't work it out. Tried calling for bill and got dopped..

The person at check-in was so soft spoken that I could not hear her. There was a line of people waiting to check in and only 1 person working the desk. I did not receive the same information about the area that my family received when checking in. Nor was my room anywhere near theirs. Later, when I inquired about a less fragrant pillowcase for my partner, it was I who had to think of a solution, because the desk staff were apparently ignorant about the differences in their product. Nobody instilled me with a modicum of confidence. The layout of the room is dysfunctional. Lighting was annoying and/or hard to get to. The bathroom sink had a large pump-top body lotion bottle and a small flip-top bottle of soap next to it. Using a flip-top bottle of soap to wash your hands after using the toilet is stupid. Having the only place to hang a towel in the bathroom on the opposite wall from the shower is also stupid and, additionally, dangerous. This is partially driven by the designer's choice of a sliding door. But, unlike in other hotels, this sliding door is not necessary for space. The bathroom had ample room for a hinged door, which could have a hook on it that would be convenient for exiting the shower. The bed was ok, but not my favorite. This is personal preference, though, so I don't really hold that against a hotel. When we checked in, there was a room service tray between our door and the neighboring room's door. It stayed there for over 24 hours. I witnessed several hotel staff ignore this trash. It was only removed after we called the front desk. This shouldn’t be the responsibility of other guests. The hotel should be ashamed of its workers. Additionally, I kept noticing many flaws in the walls and ceilings. Given that this building is only a few years old, it seems to be in pretty bad shape. I regret staying at the Omni instead of a better hotel, like the nearby Best Western Vib.
