Family and friends trip
Amazing peaceful hotel on the doorstep of nightlife. Food, cocktails, staff are wonderful. Staff couldn’t help any more A VIP salsa class that came to us too.

Only bar you can actually have pre night drink at nacho the bar man is so accurate at his job a gent and really nice man that can guide you on your way 10/10

Lovely stay
I have probably stayed at this hotel 35 times over 10 years. Is it the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in? No. Is it the cheapest hotel I’ve ever stayed in? No. Is it the most expensive hotel I’ve ever stayed in? No. Would I rather be anywhere else? No. There is something magical about this hotel that is hard to put your finger on. The rooms are comfortable well maintained and immaculately clean. The bar and reception area welcoming friendly and the staff are very approachable. The hotel is peaceful and calm and never feels crowded. From the management to the cleaners all the staff would do anything to make you happy. The breakfast is always good and don’t be afraid to go off menu they will bend over backwards to get you what you want. The area has many fantastic restaurants in walking distance and if you have a second or third floor room the views are amazing. A hotel that gets everything right from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. See you all again soon.

Outstanding staff and lovely breakfast. The decor was amazing, definitely worth a visit.

Disappointing!
Second day of leaving the “tranquil haven of peace” aka the pool area, due to noisy kids!!! 3rd time staying here and loved it until this trip. My friend was talking a bit loudly around the pool area earlier and was asked very nicely to lower her voice by the lifeguard. An hour later the Von Trap family arrived and nothing from him! Double standards and quite visible to everyone how unhappy guests are and nothing said other than a shhh. There is a huge family pool for these kids, why are they not being pointed in this direction?
