Hotel Sir Anthony

Excellent service, from the front of house staff to lovely Jessica in the restaurant and the endearing, nothing is too much trouble, lifeguard. Rooms are spacious and spotless with all the modern amenities you could need. Toiletries are upper end and there are always clean towels available. The pool area has a sophisticated ambience with no bed hogging. Wonderful holiday, perfectly placed hotel if you like a secluded spot with a lovely town within a stones throw. This is our second trip and we will be back.

Certainly not a 5* hotel food not good hotel average bedrooms lacking in amenities

We have visited Sir Anthony many times and it is still as fabulous as ever! In fact The service from the current team of staff was exceptional! Breakfast is fab, nice selection and quality food. Hot food to order. Asked for granola as they didn’t have this and from the second day we had homemade granola brought to our table which was delicious! The chef also made us homemade hash browns, which were also delicious. Staff were very attentive at breakfast and plates were cleared away very quickly. The pool area was very clean and service around the pool was excellent! Our room was lovely, and kept very clean. The shower gel and conditioner were not kept topped up, but they were filled upon request. The only small thing that could be improved is that you only get one bottle of water in your room per week! Thought this is poor for a five star hotel. Overall we had a fabulous holiday and look forward already to returning!

We came for five nights with family and friends. Very friendly professional polite staff, the breakfast was very very good. We ordered from the menu and went on to choose other courses from the beautiful buffet. As my friend said, you pay for what you get! Very true: Quality food,; impeccable service , with modern luxury hotel bedrooms. Very relaxing considering this is in a prime central location. We will be staying here from now on. Smaller hotels are the way forward !

Fourth time here, still great service and location and great breakfast. Very relaxing place to stay with very attentive service. Must say all staff were great, but Raoul at the pool was incredible friendly and very customer focused and helpful, totally unexpected from a lifeguard absolute credit to the hotel. Love this place, hopefully the chaos at the airport won't put us off.
