Hotel Botanico & The Oriental Spa Garden

Beautiful hotel with attentive staff, lovely gardens and wonderful food. Nothing we can fault. This is the perfect hotel

Great Hotel , and our second stay. Cleaning staff (Maria), Doormen (Antonio & Javier) and reception staff were all superb. Our adult son has diabetes and is lactose intolerant. They catered magnificently for him. Hotel gardens are superb, and they have 2 black swans!! We went to the Spa a number of times - again excellent service and the thermal circuit explained well!! Our two minor complaints are; 1. Outside breakfast service very understaffed. Wednesday morning was almost impossible to get pots of coffee, hot water and milk, and I eventually cleared the table myself of all our dishes!! Thursday was slightly better, although we were a bit fed up being ignored. Service was understaffed. 2. They charged €60 for 4 to play the putting green. Putting green was terrible, full of black moss and very rough. A 5⭐️ Hotel should be embarrassed... and charging 🤪🤦‍♂️ On positive notes again, a Harris Hawk 🦅 was in the Breakfast Garden on Thursday morning. Wonderful bird. On Wednesday morning cutting palm tree leaves 🌴 was great entertainment... expertly done! Great Hotel - highly recommended 😇🤩

Our first visit to this hotel and it certainly deserves its good reviews. The hotel is beautiful but what makes it special are the wonderful staff who make sure you have a great holiday ! The location is stunning, our room had a wonderful view of Mt Teide , and the beautiful hotel gardens. We went half board and we were a little bit apprehensive as our disabled daughter who travelled with us, is an extremely fussy eater. We needn’t have worried , the hotel listened to our concerns and made sure she had exactly what we asked for at the restaurants. All the food we had was excellent. We would love to return to this special place one day !

Another wonderful experience at this lovely hotel.This is my favourite hotel in Europe and the world.The staff including Pino,Susana and Marta are lovely people,after 6 stays at Botanico they have become friends

My favorite hotel always exceeds my expectations. The staff are courteous, and care to give you the best experience. The gardens; so relaxing, the spa; fresh and clean, the rooms; a delight, the food; irresistible, the beauty and the ambiance all exceed every time!
