Best quality hotel in the north of Tenerife
One of the best hotels in Tenerife. I liked it better than other 5 stars hotels in the south. Very well decorated, perfect maintenance, fine service, excellent restaurants, nicely furnished room with all necessary amenities.

Well worth booking!
Today I enjoyed a fabulous manicure at the Hotel Botánico & The Oriental Spa Garden hotel, Ursula was fabulous, my nails look amazing. This is my second year visiting Hotel Botánico & The Oriental Spa Garden hotel, last year i made the mistake of getting all my beauty treatments fine at home before I travelled - big mistake, get all your treatments booked in while you’re on holiday, very relaxing, fabulous service, lovely staff, greet service!!

OMG - Do not book to stay here!!
We booked to go into the hotel's in house Oriental Thai Restaurant only to be told that shorts are not allowed and you must wear trousers - having travelled all around the world and staying in some of the best hotels in the world this is the first time we have been knocked back because we had tailored shorts! Having then paid €120 for a pair of trousers in the hotel shop (obviously a way to make people buy ) we get served a third rate meal in a second rated restaurant room! Terrible Would never recommend this hotel to anyone going forwards.

Rest and Relaxation
A short break to get some well deserved rest and relaxation. It didn't disappoint and hit the spot. Tranquil green spaces. Great service that seemed effortless. Breakfast set us up for the whole day..and lovely walks to work off the pastries We will be back
