Hotel Botanico & The Oriental Spa Garden

A beautiful hotel which looks after it’s guests extremely well. I visited with my daughter for a week and we had a fantastic time. The hotel is very relaxing and well maintained. We appreciated the spa access as this pool area is quieter and the comfort of the sun loungers was amazing. To improve this area, however, it would have been nice if we could have ordered drinks and there were no tables so people used chairs which did not seem in keeping with the hotel. We opted for half board, which for us, was an excellent choice. We visited the Italian and Asian restaurants which were table service and had a good selection. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and it was lovely to sit outside to enjoy the food. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and respectful. The gentleman porters on the door always had a welcoming smile and nothing seemed too much trouble. Overall a lovely stay and next time I may even bring my husband!

This hotel is fantastic. We arrived after a difficult journey to a perfect welcome, great service and they had upgraded our room to a suite. Staff were lovely and really attentive. The spa and gardens were beautiful. Just so relaxing. We could not fault the place and would return in a heart beat. A proper 5 star hotel!

This hotel is exceptionally poor, not a total failure but not a 5 star. We stayed for just over 5.5 days and were disappointed by the service repeatedly. Only 2 restaurants on-site available as the one on the basement is closed for the season - no advance notice. One more is a drive away and you get 30 euros towards it if doing half board. Our phone was broken in our room and no one fixed it, we gave up in the end. We also had very inconsistent cleaning in the room and while we flagged this, it was never retified.

Another excellent visit at this wonderful hotel.I am a regular guest ,it feels like a second home.I think it is not only one of the best in Europe but also the world .Thanks to the super team led by Lillia and Pino .I can't wait to return.

Our 3rd visit to Botanico. The gardens were the highlight this year. We watched 3 Herons fish the small Coy Carp. The black swans were swimming around and the gardens were lit up at night. The Spa as always was superb 👌 Breakfast was excellent. We used the free bus to go into the town shopping. Excellent service throughout and very friendly.
