Ricardo went above and beyond for me. I had an issue with my room the first night and another issue that I spoke with him about and he listened and told me he could look into making some changes for me. He ended up changing my room to make me feel more comfortable and at home and to assure I got a good nights rest before my half marathon. His incredible customer service made being far away from home not feel so daunting and instead made me feel right at home staying there. This kind of customer service is rare in todays world and it made all the difference to me when I was dealing with a lot of stress. His kindness can never be repaid and I am so grateful! I will continue to pay it forward the way he did for me. Lauren also was incredibly understanding and helpful when my flight home got cancelled and I needed to stay another night. She also made a stressful situation a lot less scary in the way she took care of me. The whole staff had smiles the entire time and truly made you feel at home. Thank you to you all and I will definitely be back again! My home away from home!

We stayed at Teton Mountain Lodge while visiting Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Our stay was wonderful- beautiful clean room, spectacular views, everything was wonderful. But what stood out from all else was SKYE at the front desk- WOWWWWW!!! I don't think I have EVER experienced such phenomenal customer service in all my travel experience!! From the minute we walked in, she was incredibly warm and friendly. But then, when we got to our suite, we realized that this room would not be conducive for us. She immediately got on her computer and researched a better suited choice for us, and made it happen. And that was just the beginning! Every time we asked her anything, she made magic! We were blown away. And I must say, the entire staff was friendly and helpful as well. Our 6 days at this resort felt like home. Oh, and their restaurant, Spur, was amazing too!.. from food to atmosphere to service! We ate several dinners there after our long days at the parks, and enjoyed them all. I highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at Teton Spa and Lodge was absolutely fantastic and exceeded our expectations in every way. We stayed in a Grand Suite, and it was perfect—spacious, beautifully appointed, and exceptionally clean. The entire property was immaculate, and it was clear that housekeeping takes great pride in their work. Every detail was taken care of, and our room always felt fresh and welcoming. The amenities were outstanding. We loved the indoor pool, sauna, and especially the hot tubs. Whether relaxing in the indoor/outdoor jacuzzi or soaking in the rooftop hot tub with incredible mountain views, it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Grand Teton and Yellowstone. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Renato at the front desk was simply the best. He was always smiling, incredibly helpful, and genuinely welcoming. It was a pleasure seeing him every time we walked through the lobby. His professionalism and positive attitude made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. The doormen were equally wonderful—always kind, friendly, and eager to help. Combined with the excellent housekeeping team, the level of service throughout the resort was truly exceptional. We also enjoyed a wonderful spa day during our stay. The spa facilities and treatments were relaxing and well worth experiencing. From the beautiful accommodations and amazing amenities to the outstanding staff, Teton Spa and Lodge provided an unforgettable experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Teton Village.

Great service, great amenities, great restaurant. Dog friendly! Spa was nice, locker rooms had solid amenities but one of the masseuses had poor bed side manner.
