Genuine friendly service!
Incredible location in the middle of Teton Village. Minutes from a Grand Teton NP entrance and 20-25 minute drive to Jackson. Plenty of useful and fun amenities to choose from. Wonderful & friendly service! Highly recommend!

Expensive, but convenient location and amazing staff
6-day stay during June for a conference in Teton Village, plus some time in Jackson and Grand Teton National Park. Room was nicely decorated, if a little small for the price. Easy (free) parking. Everything in Teton Village (restaurants, Aerial Tram and gondolas) is an easy walk from the hotel. Jackson is about 20 minutes away and Grand Teton NP about 45 minutes (shorter drive when Moose Wilson Road opens later in 2026). The Spur Restaurant inside the hotel (open for breakfast and dinner, but not lunch) is nice, but also pricey. Staff, including restaurant staff, but especially the front desk, are amazing.

Cozy and convenient hotel with 1br+ options
Nice hotel, traditional and well appointed, well maintained, friendly staff, cozy rooms, convenient property to teton village and slopes, and a little separation from the rest of the hotels.

Great Location, But Overpriced for the Experience
The lobby creates a wonderful first impression, the location in Teton Village is excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the rooms and both the indoor and outdoor pool areas feel quite dated and would benefit from renovation. Given the very high rates, we expected a more modern property and a better overall value. While we enjoyed the location, we felt the hotel is overpriced for what it currently offers.
