The room and the hotel staff were great and I loved the overall experience. The staff went out of their way to make my birthday special.

Impressive property with beautiful architecture, great views and with grounds that are relatively well maintained. Welcoming and accommodating staff. Weakest point is the quality, diversity and cost of food within the property but, good amount of options available within walking and toto/auto distance. Overall a very positive experience and will likely come back in the future.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Was coming from Cochin after a long drive in car, and we were really tired. Got here late in the evening and was a good surprise as we got a free upgrade. The room was a bliss with a balcony with a sea view. Slept whole night listening to the waves crashing on the rock. We got assigned Gayatri as our butler and she made sure our stay was perfect every step of the way. Booked tables at restaurant for us, booked spa appointments and even called raviz at kollam to see what services they have to plan our time better. She even called as after we left Trivandrum to check how our stay at kollam was and didn’t forget to wish us a safe flight back at the end of our 2 week trip. Throughout the stay there, the staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the hotel at the beach one night. It was a really good set up. Good vibe. Having a meal at the beach with really good food and amazing service. Ended up staying at the restaurant till it nearly closed. It was that good. There is a big farm at one end of the hotel which is organic. The staff has recommended a walk there. But we didn’t manage to do it cos of lack of time. The infinity pool was really good. Amazing views. The place was kept in high standards and it was really clean. There was lots of peacocks. As we were checking out, the manager came to say bye and u could see that he was very proud of his hotel and loves working there. Definitely recommend it and already planning my next trip to Leela for a week next time.
