We stayed here on an unseasonably bitter cold long weekend in December and were totally comfortable. The room was so quiet--great sleep. Housekeeping so efficient, lovely clean rooms. There is ample parking which is free. A nice pool (Which we did not use , but others were enjoying the hot tub and said it was delightfully warm). You are located on the boulevard, but our room did not have any road noise. We stayed in room 315. Convenient for us to visit family in Mill Valley and Sausalito; close to a long walking trail through Tiburon and Belvedere and within walking distance to Woodland Market--which offers amazing food (soups, deli , bakery, coffees, fresh fruit, etc.) There is an elevator to the upper floors. Parts of the lodge show some wear and tear, but it was clean, totally functional and a great experience for the price. Also, the woman checking us in was so pleasant and delightful. We arrived earlier than planned, but she made it work for us . Great service.

Dated lodge in good location with decent rooms don't expect too much form the lodge its self ... but the location is good and parking is a true bonus

The exterior was well lit and nicely landscaped, giving it a welcoming resort feel. However, upon my arrival my room smelled like mildew. The staff accommodated my request for a room change without hassle and the second room was better though the interior in general felt dated. The "fitness center" was disappointing-it only had three pieces of equipment, was cramped, poorly lit and lacked ventilation. On the plus side, the location was extremely quiet and tranquil, and I slept well with the windows open.

I recently stayed one night at the Tiburon Lodge while attending a conference and was very impressed. The room was large, clean, and nicely furnished—perfect for a comfortable overnight stay. The property is within easy walking distance to several great restaurants, shops, and the marina, making it a convenient and enjoyable location. I would highly recommend the Tiburon Lodge to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure.

My daughter and I stayed here for over a week, using it as a home base to explore the SF bay area. We could not believe how charming this location was and would highly recommend it for those seeking beauty and location. It was just a short walk to the Angel Island Ferry or to the ferry that goes to San Francisco. The sunsets every night were beautiful. There were many restaurants in town offering a wide variety on their menus. We never got to all of them. The lodge itself had some nice amenities such as a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, Perfect after our days of hiking up and down Mt. Tam. I also appreciated that there was hot coffee and hot water for tea drinkers left out in the lobby. We both loved having our peppermint tea late in the day and the hot water was always available. While we were on the go most days, we always enjoyed coming back to relax in our charming little getaway. Even on weekends, it was quiet. I am a light sleeper and appreciated that we did not hear hallway noise at all during our stay, especially late at night and even on weekends. The room itself was quite comfortable and we really appreciated that the AC worked so well. There is a mini frig which was helpful, but no microwave. Turned out we didn't really need one after all. The bathroom was not super modern, but was clean. I was not a big fan of no door leading to the sink area because several mornings I had got up earlier and wanted to start getting ready, but had to turn on the light which spread into the room. All it all, it was fine, but if they ever remodel, that might be addressed. The Lodge had good vives and the housekeeping staff was great. The front desk employees were very helpful when needed and friendly. We felt right at home here and I'd highly recommend staying here when traveling to Tiburon or the bay area. It's far less pricey than some we looked at in Sausalito and I'm so glad we stayed here instead! It was a very charming area and I'd love to return some day.
