Reviews for The Lodge at Tiburon

Basic. Should be better!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 19 hours ago

Location is great. The lodge is just that, a renovated lodge. Basic accommodation. Housekeeping is almost non-existent. They are supposed to come every second day but did not replenish anything. No hand towels. Ran out of shower gel. Ran out of coffee. Loud in room air conditioning unit. Tiny gym with 3 pieces of cardio. No yoga mats or hand weights. Tiny space. Inadequate air conditioning. Sanitizing wipes empty. Called for someone to come and sort things out - never arrived. Restaurant food quite good but mixed service and expensive for the menu.

Quite average.

The front of this hotel looks very nice and the lobby is renovated, but the rooms are very outdated and the water pressure is very weak. This is not a high class hotel.

Second stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

I stayed at this hotel on May for a family trip. A couple things to note: Location is excellent. There is plenty of parking. Pillows are nice. The hotel rooms are in desperate need of updating. The coffee maker was crusty and old. The hotel is very loud. Staff was power washing on Saturday for hours.

Cozy and Relaxing Stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 months ago

The hotel is cozy and very pleasant. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. A few things to note: the easiest way to get to San Francisco is by ferry, and tickets need to be purchased online. Also, due to the hotel’s distance from the city, it can be a bit difficult to get an Uber or Lyft. Breakfasts are good, though the selection is somewhat limited. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing stay.
