Spectacular and centrally located, ANA InterContinental Tokyo embodies the city’s glitz and glamour. The districts of Akasaka, Ginza, Kasumigasek and Roppongi surround this mega-hotel, and inside is a miniature city in itself. A shopping arcade contains boutiques ranging from imported high fashion to Japanese antiques, and the selection of restaurants is delectable: In addition to Michelin two-starred fine dining, there’s a steakhouse, made-to-order sushi joint, champagne bar, and an intimate Japanese dining experience in private tatami rooms overlooking a garden and lily pond. Spa treatments follow a menu developed by leading Finnish aromatherapist Ulla-Maija Grace.

We had a truly wonderful first experience in Japan at the InterContinental ANA Tokyo, and the service we received was exceptional from start to finish. In particular, I want to recognize Momo from Concierge, Joseph the Guest Relations Manager, Yasuyo, Senior Executive at Club InterContinental, Rafael, the Chef Concierge who is also part of Club InterContinental, and Fumika at Club InterContinental. Each of them was phenomenally responsive, gracious, service-centric, and genuinely kind. Every request we had was handled with care, warmth, and professionalism, and each of them went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was seamless and memorable. What stood out most was not only the efficiency and attentiveness of the team, but the grace with which they delivered such thoughtful hospitality. They helped make our first visit to Japan a truly wonderful memory. We will certainly return and highly recommend the InterContinental ANA Tokyo to our colleagues, friends, and anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Tokyo.

There one row too many tables by the buffet line. Hard to walk about between tables to get to the buffet station to station. People are dodging each other to walk by. Thank you.

Joel, working on the 35th floor lounge, was amazing. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable in wine and spirits! He made us feel very special every time we visited the lounge. Impeccable service with a smile. He's our MVP of the week! Many thanks to him.
