Conrad Tokyo

We stayed at Conrad Tokyo from December 31 to January 1 for New Year’s Eve, and the experience was truly exceptional. Despite how busy the hotel was, the check-in process on December 31 was very smooth and well organized. The staff handled everything efficiently and professionally, which immediately made us feel welcome. We were informed that the afternoon tea schedule had been adjusted due to the year-end and New Year holidays, which was understandable and clearly communicated. During cocktail time, we were escorted to one of the best seats on the 28th floor with a beautiful view of Tokyo Tower. The table we were seated at was beautifully set, and the centerpiece placed on the table was very elegant, adding a refined and festive touch to the atmosphere. It was an unforgettable setting, and we were able to enjoy a truly wonderful New Year’s Eve in a relaxed and luxurious environment. For breakfast, we were given a window-side table at China Blue, where we enjoyed delicious pancakes and egg dishes. In celebration of the New Year, traditional Japanese osechi dishes were also available, which made the experience even more special and allowed us to enjoy a lovely New Year’s morning. Although we were offered a late check-out, we had other plans. Even so, the staff kindly assisted us with check-out at the executive lounge, where we enjoyed a delicious matcha latte. Their thoughtfulness and hospitality were greatly appreciated. Thanks to the attentive service, elegant details, and beautiful setting, we were able to spend a memorable and meaningful New Year at Conrad Tokyo.

One of the few best Conrad we have ever stayed in! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the seamless check-in to the orientation team who personally escorted us to our room. As Diamond Elite members, we were thrilled to receive an amazing upgrade upon arrival, featuring a room overlooking the stunning Tokyo Bay and the gardens. The room was perfectly clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. Although we missed the afternoon tea at the Executive Lounge, we were able to attend the evening cocktail hour, which offered a fantastic variety of options. For our complimentary breakfast, we headed down to the restaurant and were seated in the elite member section, a comfortable booth with a gorgeous view. The lobster omelette was a standout—absolutely delicious—among a great selection of Japanese and Western dishes. The baked goods were also excellent. Location is convenient, a short walk to a nearby subway station and the hotel is away from the city noise and the crowd. It was a little chilly and rainy when we were there but next time we would love to take a stroll in the park across from the hotel. Would love to return again!

We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, Our daughter’s 21st birthday, and Christmas, and every moment was elevated by impeccable service and thoughtful attention to detail. Under the outstanding leadership of Fumie and Hiroya “Peter”, the team delivered a level of hospitality that defines luxury. From the elegant executive lounge check-in to the seamless coordination throughout our stay, we felt genuinely welcomed and personally cared for as Diamond HH members. Fumie’s gracious welcome — thoughtfully facilitated through Eriko from our previous 5 night Hilton DT Kyoto stay — set a wonderful tone. The beautifully handwritten cards, delicious celebration cakes, and charming towel origami swans were refined, personal touches that made our celebrations unforgettable. The Executive Lounge team, particularly Amica and Fukimo, embodied Conrad Hilton’s philosophy of personal dedication. At breakfast on the 28th floor, young “Joe” consistently went above and beyond by remembering my wife and arranging a beautiful window table each morning. We also extend our sincere thanks to AYA in reservations for her attentive and helpful pre-arrival correspondence. Despite the hotel being near full capacity during the festive season, we were delighted by a generous upgrade offering breathtaking views of Tokyo Bay and Hamarikyu Gardens. The serene setting and spacious elegance made every morning and evening truly special. Having stayed at Conrad properties in the USA we can confidently say that Conrad Tokyo stands in a class of its own. The warmth, precision, and genuine care shown by the entire team transformed our stay into a lasting family memory. We look forward to returning and celebrating future milestones here. Conrad Tokyo exemplifies refined, and inspiring world-class hospitality at its very best.

Conrad Tokyo is located close to the Haneda airport and is a stylish property with large amenity rich rooms. Breakfast options are great and there is a sense of exclusivity while staying at this property. The hotel has some nice dining options as well.

We joined family here for a wedding ceremony and reception. It was extremely well run , the staff were fantastic, on top of every situation and very friendly in the process. The food at the reception was very well presented and all scrumptious especially the steak that melted in the mouth. Loved the beautifully decorated Christmas Tree.
