Conrad Tokyo

I have no words to describe our experience at the Conrad Tokyo hotel. The only ones that come to mind are amazing and thank you!!! Since the moment we booked our stay to the minute we left the hotel, everything and everyone was just outstanding. Peter our concierge went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, he helped my husband with a surprise welcome to our beautiful room for my birthday, it was wonderful. Thank you Peter from the bottom of my heart. Every detail was on point, the cleanliness of the whole hotel, the professionalism and kindness of every employee was superb. Each meal we had at the hotel was delicious, the breakfast at Cerise was great, but I have to highlight our meal at Kazahana, and specifically our chef Waka, he made our dinner unforgettable. I celebrated my birthday every single day of our six days at the Conrad Tokyo hotel, thank you all for making our visit such a memorable one. Looking forward to visiting you all soon!!

The Conrad Tokyo never disappoints. I have been coming to the hotel for over a decade and yet have to be disappointed. The checkin is always truly professional quick and pleasant. There are a lot more people checking now then when I first started staying. I guess the secret of how great a hotel they are has gotten out. The breakfast still is top notch with many things on offer from both the buffet and the menu. The rooms are large, well laid out and comfortable. I was traveling with a family member and they completely understood as to why this is one of my favourite hotels globally. I am looking forward to my next stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

The bellman quickly came to assist with our luggage. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Guest Service Yui Kobayashi was helpful with delivering our luggage and answering questions. The food and atmosphere at the Kazahana restaurant were top notch, matched only by the friendly staff. The room amenities are also great…we just wish we had more time.

Beautiful hotel with 5 star amenities. We loved all the attention to detail from the rooms to service to the hotel itself.

This was a big trip for me and family to celebrate my birthday. Conrad Tokyo does not disappoint- they upgraded me to a suite that was so roomy and the bathroom had heated tiles! This place is very luxurious and the staff wants to make sure you are taken care of. We loved the breakfast buffet and made-to-order food. Conrad Tokyo is also very convenient as it is right above Shiodome station. Top notch service, definitely want to come back!!!!
