Beautiful 5 Star Hotel with service to match. The entire executive lounge team, check in team, housekeeping and ground floor team were all amazing.

Really good location in Tokyo and the view is awesome. Staff is absolutely amazing, and the executive lounge is some of the best. You never get hungry.

One of our best hotel stays ever! Even with the base level room on the lowest floor (30th), the room was breathtaking! (Despite Diamond status, no free upgrade as the hotel was sold out.) A wall of floor to ceiling windows, with a room-length couch to enjoy the view, plus automatic blinds for the bathroom, to soak in the view from a luxurious soaking tub. Loved the extra touch of a Conrad rubber ducky and a Conrad teddy bear. The bedding was the most comfy I had in all of Japan! Great time at the bar, with its huge windows with sweeping views of Tokyo Bay. Inventive cocktails + a phenomenal whisky flight. Executive Lounge has both Japanese breakfast and Western options, plus a deluxe egg course on order, whether you want uni scrambled eggs or lobster benedict, etc. (albeit it's not wise for their kitchen to drench the lobster in bernaise sauce.) Cocktail hour at the executive lounge isn't great, as their complimentary wine offerings tend to be subpar (low 80s, B-), and they don't mix any cocktails for you, although they have some hard liquor on hand for you to pour yourself (a bit of a misnomer). The pool, which is a lap pool, is gorgeous, especially at night. It's a shame they have a tiny gym; not much strength training equipment. $1,500+ near cherry blossom season. We feel like we got great value. Highly recommended!

Mizutani san was a wonderful host and made us feel truly welcomed at the Conrad Tokyo. He was energetic, enthusiastic, and focused on ensuring we had a great stay. The staff at the Conrad Tokyo are amazing. The rooms are large, clean, and luxurious. The location along the bay overlooking Hamarikyu Garden is beautiful. The hotel is easily accessible through both the Shimbashi and Shiodome stations.

We had a fabulous stay at the Conrad, starting with a Diamond upgrade to a beautiful suite. Wataru Inoue, the Bell Captain, took care of us from the moment we stepped out of our cab, showing us around the hotel and explaining the features and opportunities. What a surprise to receive a delicious cake and strawberries in the room in recognition of my birthday! Then we met Fumie Murase, the guest relations manager, who provided invaluable information on touring and transportation and sent me another cake and little Conrad bear! She showed genuine interest in being sure we had an excellent stay. We felt so cared for, we didn't want to leave. But we will have great memories of our stay, the quality of the hotel, the delicious and bountiful breakfasts, and the warmth of the staff.
