Experience moments of more at a dynamic lifestyle destination hotel in the heart of Roppongi, Tokyo – a lively international district. With its central location directly connected to Roppongi Hills which houses 200 shops and restaurants, a cinema, an art museum and an observatory, Grand Hyatt Tokyo is the perfect base from which to comfortably explore and discover the city.

The service is impeccable - so friendly, courteous, attentive, and professional. Perfect location in Roppongi. Decently spacious rooms, comfortable bed, giant shower/bath, beautiful lobby. I stay here frequently and always enjoy it. The rooms do need some updating however, they feel out of date. The breakfast buffet is very good but a bit limited compared to other Grand and Park Hyatt in Asia.

Would stay at Grand Hyatt , Tokyo if I have the opportunity again. It was a positive experience from time of checking in to checking out. All the staff were really helpful and friendly

Excellent location, with exceptionally good service, cleanliness and everything is a walk away! Gym and pool are a key highlight and reason enough to stay!

We visited this hotel 2 years ago, and couldn’t stop raving about it (you can read my previous review). From the moment we entered until we left, the service was exemplary, the room was perfect, the concierge professional and the breakfast worth praising very highly. Two years later, service was average at best. We were a number, not made to feel special (despite being a Hyatt member too), and from check-in to departure with concierge in-between, the quality and professionalism has markedly changed. By way of three examples: 1. the bath towels were small and well worn. 2. we were clearly given a different type of room from last time as this time we were woken up many times by ambulances. The check-in person was aware about how lightly I sleep, but nevertheless gave us a room where noise was obvious. 3. Breakfast quality and range of selection was significantly reduced from 2 years ago. No longer was there freshly squeezed orange juice, but merely from a carton, as an example of cost-cutting that has affected the feel of the hotel (by the way, they offered me freshly squeezed, but that I would have to pay extra!!!). We will return again next year, but I cannot see us staying here again, which is a shame as after our visit in 2024, there would have been no question.

We booked a Grand Suite and found our accommodations to be dark, dated (circa 1990s) and worn. At $2k a night, our views from the living area and the bedroom faced a concrete wall. The hotel gym is equally dated. We shared our concerns with the staff in the Club Lounge and found them to be very understanding and motivated to provide a high-level of customer service. They did an admirable job trying to help us find a different suite but in the end we opted to cut our stay short and go to a different hotel.
