A new favorite
Fantastic stay! Wonderful accommodations and professional staff. Mr. Takamori was very responsive and professional as part of the Front Desk management. He made all the difference and exemplified the high standards you expect from the Grand Hyatt. Mr. Takagi at the French Kitchen was also a great host. Do not skip the breakfast buffet! The Nagomi Spa (Ms. Makino is outstanding) and pool are sublime. Will definitely rebook for our next Tokyo stay.

Roppongi great stay!
This is a great option for the Roppongi area, very close to lots of shopping options (Rawrow, Onitsuka, Tsutaya, Hoka, etc). The staff are lovely and the hotel has a lot of variety for various needs.

Great hotel in Tokyo
The service is impeccable - so friendly, courteous, attentive, and professional. Perfect location in Roppongi. Decently spacious rooms, comfortable bed, giant shower/bath, beautiful lobby. I stay here frequently and always enjoy it. The rooms do need some updating however, they feel out of date. The breakfast buffet is very good but a bit limited compared to other Grand and Park Hyatt in Asia.

Lovely Experience
Would stay at Grand Hyatt , Tokyo if I have the opportunity again. It was a positive experience from time of checking in to checking out. All the staff were really helpful and friendly

A week in Tokyo
Excellent location, with exceptionally good service, cleanliness and everything is a walk away! Gym and pool are a key highlight and reason enough to stay!
