The renovation was great than I expected. I stayed at the unit that can see Mt.Fuji and able to see during sunset. The sauna area was really great.

Lovely hotel - exceptional staff. The hotel is a bit out of the way from the hustle and bustle which I like, but guest should be aware. There is a hotel shuttle that runs to the Shinjuku station which came in handy during our stay. We were a family of 3 and the room was more the adequate in terms of space.

Our recent stay at Park Hyatt Tokyo was made truly exceptional thanks to the unbelievable hospitality of Riri Ishida at Front Reception. When we mentioned that three of us were celebrating our birthdays during the trip, Riri went above and beyond to make us feel special. She thoughtfully arranged a delicious birthday cake amenity for our room, accompanied by a beautiful, heartfelt handwritten card welcoming us and wishing us a happy birthday. It is rare to experience such genuine warmth, attention to detail, and personalized care. Riri made our group celebration unforgettable and demonstrated hospitality at its absolute finest. Thank you, Riri, and the team at Park Hyatt Tokyo—we cannot wait to return!
