About the Hotel
Rancho Santana is situated between the Pacific Ocean and Lake Nicaragua on one of the Pacific only isthmuses. Bordered on both sides by water, Rancho Santana enjoys the distinction of nearly constant off shore breezes, 30 days or more each year. This off-shore wind combined with a perfectly angled coastline creates world-class surf conditions and affords guests three surf breaks on site and a dozen breaks in the area.
Rancho Santana’s terrain is as diverse as the guests who come to hike our many trails. Traverse jungle and tropical dry forest on the Los Perros loops; top off a walk to Playa Escondida with a visit to the turtle sanctuary and a splash in the tide pools; and summit a sand dune at Playa Duna.
Rancho Santana has three swimming pools and three clubhouses located throughout the property. There are four dining venues: La Finca and El Mar, La Boquita, El Cafe and La Taqueria.

AMAZING VACATION AND DESTINATION WEDDING EXPERIENCE
I cannot recommend Rancho Santana enough! We had a small wedding ceremony/ family vacation at one of the houses on property. Not only was the property beautiful but the service was impeccable. From resort activities, to meals, to wedding details they truly handled it all. It was the most stress free experience. All of the staff are incredible. Johnny and Eliezer felt like a part of our family by the end of our trip. We are already dying to go back!

Customer Service Experience Like No Other!!!!
Our experience at Rancho Santana was beyond amazing. We stayed at Villa Paraiso and the staff and the service was a 10/10. Our concierge Javiera was exceptional. She was organized and very easy to work with. She made sure we felt welcome and was always available when we needed her. I enjoyed very moment of my vacation and would recommend Rancho Santana to anyone that would like an unforgettable experience!!!!!

Rancho Santana - A Must Do Experience!
Wow, there is so much I could write about this experience. The house was spectacular, the whole property is incredible, and the staff is top shelf. Johnny, Eliezer and everyone were so professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. There are so many activities, or you can just relax in your house. The restaurant is great, even better have your meals prepared at your home. You will not regret booking a vacation here and the only thing you’ll regret is leaving and thinking uou should have stayed longer.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience here! It far exceeded our expectations! Johnny went WAY above and beyond to make our family’s time here Incredible!
