Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills

Andaz Tokyo is an exceptional property. The service is at the highest level. The building and amenities are top of the line. The location is convenient to the Ginza and Hibiya lines. Close to Tokyo Station and to Hamamatsucho station where the Tokyo monorail ends. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful despite being in a business district. The views from floors 47-52 which the hotel occupies are breathtaking. Daily breakfast was outstanding. The staff all speak English. Every moment of every day, from the plush robes and comfortable bedding, and the fluffy towels, the huge bathtub, the Aesop body products, to the in room drinks and tea and coffee, to working out at the gym and swimming in the infinity pool and the carbon dioxide hot tub, the sauna, and the spa with incredible massages, to the daily delicious breakfast, the stunning views of Tokyo Tower all lit up at night—I will miss greatly. I was so sad to go that the only consolation was a promise to myself to return. Thank you, Andaz Tokyo!

Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills, Sky Suite 2 King Beds, April 2025 - Largest room in this hotel at 210 sq.m. - Most amazing panoramic view of Tokyo from the 49th floor - Best view of Tokyo tower - Beautifully decorated room with very comfortable living area and working area - Separate powder room for guests - Very large walking closet - Nice huge bath tub with bath salt - Large set of complimentary coffee and tea - Breakfast was pretty good. I like the grilled salmons and broccoli at the buffet line. - I got upgraded to this room as a Hyatt Globalist; the most valuable upgrade I ever received from any hotel in any chains. The staff, the room, the views, the restaurants, the bar, the live music, the happy hour....what can I say more? My stay was with my 20 months old daughter and never felt judged or looked sideways, on the contrary, always playing with her and making us feel wanted.

Really loved the Andaz Tokyo - great location right by the metro and walkable to sights and shopping/restaurants, well-appointed rooms with amazing views, terrific spa, attentive service and good food - breakfast was especially well done with a mix of Japanese and western options.

The hotel is wonderful. Service is top notch! Our room is spacious and clean and the views of the city both day time and night time from our window are magnificent. Happy hour is fun with complimentary drinks and snacks. We loved our stay at Andaz Tokyo.
