Housekeeping went above and beyond every single day: our room was always immaculate, and even clothes we had left unfolded were neatly arranged on the bed. It truly felt like we were being pampered. We also visited the rooftop bar and were lucky enough to be guided by a kind staff member to a closed-off section to admire the Tokyo Tower view—an unforgettable moment. Location-wise, the hotel offers direct access to both the Ginza and Hibiya subway lines, making it incredibly easy to explore Tokyo. This was luxury at its most thoughtful and convenient. Highly recommended.

What a lovely view of Tokyo from my 42nd floor view. They accommodated for our 8 year anniversary with free champagne, hand written cards and snacks. They also accomandated my request for surprised flowers for my lovely girlfriend. Highly recommended.

This hotel was incredible overall and 5 stars all around! We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary for 5 nights at the start of our 3 week long Japan trip. At the end of the trip we kept saying how we wished we just stayed there the whole 3 weeks. It was so nice. The location is outside of the hustle and bustle of Tokyo in an area called Toranomon Hills which is more of a business area. There is a metro station connected under the hotel so you don't have to walk outside in heat, cold or rain though so it's easy to access. The general area around the hotel is so peaceful with many temples and other sights within walking distance. You can also walk to Tokyo Tower from there as well. We truly enjoyed the peacefulness of it all. The breakfast buffet here was one of our favorite parts of our trip. The variety and fresheness were top notch. It was the best breakfast we had of all of our hotels in Japan and that is saying a lot when you compare to other top hotels we stayed at. The best part of the breakfast though was the Assistant Manager of the Tavern Restaurant- Firdaus. This gentleman was so kind and willing to assist us and all of the other guests with a smile and speed. You could tell he truly enjoyed his job and he is an amazing example of customer service. The room we had was the Tokyo Tower King Room. The view was spectacular, the bed was comfortable. We had so much space! This is like a room in the USA and not compact size like in Japan. The bathroom was also huge with a giant tub too. My favorite feature was the Dyson hair dryer. The spa and fitness center at this hotel is also incredible. We had one rainy day and decided to stay inside and relax there and it was comparable to going to a paid spa but was included with the hotel price. Another great thing is that they have happy hour daily with drinks and snacks and also live music in the restaurant too. They also have a rooftop bar for chilling out. I want to give another example of how amazing this hotel is when it comes to service. This would never happen here in the USA. We purchased eyeglasses at a local shop and they were supposed to be ready prior to our departure from Japan. Unfortunately, the shop got delayed and we left without our glasses. I was so sad but I told the shop owner to send them to the Andaz and we would figure it out with them because the shop did not do international shipping. I called the Andaz and Ryo Mizushima, the front office representative, was kind enough to help us. I sent her a label and she shipped the glasses all the way to the USA for me. I was so grateful for her help! This hotel also has spectactular housekeeping and bell staff too. They forwarded our luggage seamlessly to Kyoto with no issues or paperwork to fill out. If you are looking for a true 5 star experience in Tokyo, do not hesitate to check out the Andaz! Thank you so much!

We had a fantastic 6-night stay at Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills. The hotel is beautiful and modern, with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was very spacious and felt just like home — it made our stay extra comfortable. The service was top-notch. Every staff member we met was helpful, friendly, and professional. We truly felt cared for the entire time. We also fell in love with the wellness facilities. The 20-meter swimming pool and aquatic area were absolutely amazing, and we really enjoyed the hot tub with massage chairs, sauna, and both hot and cold plunge pools. It was the perfect way to relax after a day in the city. Getting to the hotel was super convenient too, thanks to the direct shuttle bus from Narita Airport. We’re leaving with wonderful memories and would love to return. Highly recommend this hotel!
