Bisha Hotel Toronto

Big fan of the Bisha! I returned here with high expectations and was NOT disappointed. The service, quality of everything, housekeeping were excellent. The top floor pool is incredible! And the breakfast benefit for Marriott elite guests is fantastic! Before arriving, Norbert reached out to me since I had multiple bookings which included two kinds of rooms/suites and he made sure we got the better one for the entire stay which REALY helped us out. Thanks!

The hotel team members were very polite and professional. It was apparent that they genuinely wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient to our itinerary, places we wanted to visit in Toronto, and public transit options. The charcuterie plate from the hotel the first night was a nice surprise. We were disappointed at the level of cleanliness for a property advertised as luxury accommodations, especially for the nightly rate we were paying. Although the room was refreshed with clean linens and tidied up, it is in desperate need of a deep cleaning throughout. We enjoyed our meal at the Akira Back and appreciated the service and attentiveness of the team there. Kost, however, left a lot to be desired in the way of service and cleanliness. The tables were sticky and much dirt and debris on the floor next to the windows. Service was lacking at Kost and we found our cups often empty and ultimately had to go find the server to get our ticket. She was sitting at the bar talking with her coworkers and seemed bothered that we came to her to close out. A shame for such a nice place with great potential. The pool area could be great but proved difficult to enjoy given there is no clear delineation between the restaurant and pool area leaving guests for each in an uncomfortable position. We were unable to discern whether the "reservations" required for the pool were merely a means of limiting the volume of hotel guests at the pool for the benefit of dining patrons, or if it was a means of limiting the number of persons in the pool - we saw at most 7 persons enjoying the pool at a time but still had to "reserve" a spot. It would be a much more attractive amenity for the property if there was more physical separation between the pool and restaurant and a separate entrance for each. The fact that you have to pass through the restaurant to get to the pool - only after checking in at the host stand - was a turnoff enough that we would not consider it a perk of the property and will sway our decision to stay again.

Rooms are great, large and stylish. Some noise can be heard from the corridor. Hotel location is excellent. The restaurant at 44th floor is a disappointment for a luxury hotel. Breakfast service is very slow, you need an hour, at least. Music so loud, that difficult to discuss during the breakfast. In the evening no room at the terrace for hotel guests.

Our experience at Bisha was magical. The customer service was top notch and the hotel was truly 5-star. One of the managers, Aaron, went above and beyond to make our experience extra special.
