Bisha Hotel Toronto

I have had the pleasure of staying at the Bisha on two occasions, and each time it was a true pleasure. The facility is outstanding but what makes it absolutely fantastic is the staff. Each staff member I have interacted with both while on site and before arrival truly embodies hospitality. None more so that Josh Papa the Chef Concierge who went out of his way to assist me with several requests and executed them perfectly. I look forward to my next stay.

We have stayed in many hotels in the downtown area. This was our first one in the entertainment district. The area was very safe and clean. It is also very convenient to public transport and on foot. In the overall context of price, this hotel is very well-appointed, it gives you a feeling of quality service and respect for tradition in a non-corporate fashion. The room was spacious; the mattress gave good support; the shower, plumbing and drainage worked smoothly; the shower glass door did not leak any water to the bathroom floor unlike many others, and the housekeeping response was only within minutes. The Kost, Akira Back and Cafe round off the completeness of the hotel. Every staff member at these dining venues made us feel at home and welcomed. All factors were extra value for money. The most impressive was the staff attitude delivering cheerful , welcoming , caring and proactive service. Their superior service was consistent at all touch points. We would like to especially thank Josh the Chief Concierge, and Greg at the Front Office for going out of their way to make sue we were well looked after . We would stay here again.

Truly luxury! I have stayed in W Osaka & Palace Del Inka in Cusco ( another luxury collection) and this one and this too had a distinct character that stands out! It is an Incredible property, every aesthetic is thoughtful and beautiful and unique. Josh Papa, their manager who runs the show is a stand up guy & a class act!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. The entire experience was fantastic. Norbert checked us in and delighted us several times during our stay. His attentiveness and care were remarkable and elevated our stay from good to great. The hotel itself has many positives such as the location, the thoughtful and modern rooms, the rooftop bar and the general vibe. We're looking forward to our next stay there

We had an exceptional stay at Bisha Hotel Toronto. The thoughtful touches—especially the macarons and handwritten card, made our celebration feel incredibly special. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and professional, and we absolutely loved our room. A special thank you to Josh, the Chef Concierge, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We felt so well taken care of and can’t wait to return.
