Very neat hotel and the ambient is very unique.
I absolutely love this hotel! They pay great attention to detail, and everything is spotless. We celebrated our anniversary here, and they even prepared our room beautifully for the occasion. The hotel isn’t crowded, which makes the service feel personal — the receptionist truly knows their guests. Highly recommend!.

Exceptional Stay at Bisha
My experience at Bisha was exceptional. The warm welcome at front desk, cleanliness of hotel, location of convenience, room style & comfort - high recommend. Josh especially ensured my stay was nothing short of fantastic, with a personalized welcome email in advance of check in, complimentary cheese board and honouring my Bonvoy membership status with a stunning upgrade. Josh was warm & professional, checked in during my stay to make sure I was taken care of. I’ve utilized Bisha for both business and personal and would recommend for either. I cannot wait to return!

A fantastic hotel
My stay was absolutely amazing. From beginning to end, the service was fantastic. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and excited for my girlfriend and I as it was our anniversary. I was planning to decorate the room and add some nice touches for our anniversary, and Joshua (the chef concierge), went above and beyond. He made sure my needs were met and decided to upgrade us to the junior suite with additional final touches to make the anniversary memorable. He made our experience the best one ever. The room was clean, the service was quick and the staff were so kind and friendly. I plan on staying at the Bisha again in the future.

Hotel Bisha, A Hidden Gem in Toronto
We had a wonderful stay at the Bisha Hotel! Maria was incredibly helpful, generous with her time, and so nice — she truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. We would not have been able to find and enjoy such unique food and experiences in Toronto without her thoughtful recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable, but it’s the exceptional service from people like Maria that really makes it stand out. Highly recommend!.
