Stayed at the Bisha with my family and it was a wonderful experience. Norbert at the front desk was very accommodating and sent us their special Tres Leches cake on the house for dessert the night we checked in! Thank you for all your help Norbert!

Im very glad this hotel is now a marriott hotel. It is our prefered hotel when in toronto. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is luxurious and very well situated. Breakfast is good with a splendide view.

I recently stayed at the Bisha Hotel, and from the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making the stay memorable. The atmosphere at the hotel is beautiful, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Every space feels curated, modern, and luxurious, which added so much to the overall experience. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a premium feel that made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend the Bisha Hotel to anyone.

Another amazing stay at the Bisha! This is my only option when staying in the heart of Toronto due to its fantastic location. As soon as I arrive all the staff remember and greet me with a fun, friendly welcome. Fantastic food on the rooftop, clean and tidy rooms, and the General Manager Jonathan always finds the time to personally ensure my stay is perfect. Thank you everyone at the Bisha..
