Great place to stay in the entertainment district

Nothing bad to say about this hotel! Things we loved: Rooftop infinity pool - tip (they book it in 2 hour time slots) Rooms are spacious, unique and beautiful and beds are very comfortable Great soundproofing for a downtown hotel Love the scent of the hotel In room Nespresso machine Incredible hospitality You are downtown so lots of great restaurants nearby but great ones in the hotel, including Kost on the roof and a French bakery off the lobby

Amazing Boutique Hotel. A Must Try!

We have tried a number of hotels in the downtown area and this one ranks pretty much top as a boutique hotel. Upon check in, Totchie made sure we were well taken care off. It was warm and genuine throughout our stay. She is a gem! The breakfast at Kost was wonderful with that picture perfect view of the Toronto skyline including CN Tower, Toronto Islands, Skydome, etc. Thats where the pool is as well. A tip, reservation is required to use it as it is not a big area. The room is funky in a good way and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is a fair size with multiple doors which is good thing. Although we like to try new and different hotels, we just might have to break that rule and stay at this one on our future stays in downtown Toronto. We highly recommend the Bisha !

BEST HOTEL EVER!!!!!! staff was very nice and helpful they gave me and my mom each a bracelet which was super nice! Food was absolutely delicious and the room and hotel were beautiful!! We went for the eras tour and the hotel was beautifully decorated with Taylor stuff! WOULD 10000000% RECOMMEND! Will definitely stay there again!!!
