It was an amazing stay at the Bisha hotel. Extremely friendly staff and it is a hidden gem. Great roof top restaurant for any occasion. Will definitely be my first choice for another stay in Toronto

Motel 6 experience at a luxury hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

Poor experience overall. Multiple rooms for co-workers had issues. Such as stained carpet, toothpaste staines on the mirror, sold off a paid for room due to a delayed flight, and AC broke leading to a wet carpet and an industrial vac in the room with no offer to a new room, just to name a few. When management was informed the response was “what do you want us to do” or “$100 voucher”. Disappointed for a “luxury” hotel.

Achromatic delight for the senses

Arrived after a long flight Johnathan arranged for a room with bath tub for us, he had also sorted an earlier issue out for us before we arrived so I want to give him a massive thank you and you are a credit to Bisha - Again because of the football the price was probably higher than usual. The room was phenomenal - had dental care - face mask - tea/coffee, full stocked fridge. Iron - room service - room also an egg bath - heated floor - a separate sitting lounge - wash room and Bedroom with beautiful high thread count linen and the bed was XL - flat screen in both rooms. Place has a Michelin Star restaurant on site - a trendy bar and a rooftop pool and restaurant. We did not eat in the Japanese restaurant but we did order room service from the restaurant and it was AMAZING. It was close to CN tower and was a 15 min walk away from the Eaton centre which is the main shopping centre. The station is also close and Ubers are always a minute away. Loved this hotel and Sami the porter will help you with anything and is very very helpful. Thank you Johnathan and Sammi for making our stay enjoyable. Hotel 5 star - staff 5 star - food 5 star.

Great location, average hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Stayed here for a few nights with our son while attending a Blue Jays game at Rogers Centre. The hotel is very well located for Rogers Centre, and transit (though not on a subway line, there's a frequent street car line nearby that will get you to the subway or anything else). Overall, it was a decent hotel, though I couldn't justifying the higher price compared to other nearby hotels. It does not feel like a 5-star luxury hotel, rather a decent 4 star boutique hotel with a unique theme. Arrival felt chaotic - the hotel has a valet parking service ($70/night I believe), but we couldn't figure out where to stop for this and had trouble finding someone to help us. Eventually we were shown that there was a place to unload the car on a side alley after they moved cones blocking their unloading spots. It would have been easier to park down the street for a fraction of the price (we didn't have many bags). Rooms are nice - we stayed in the "Grace". Reasonable size (though not huge), comfortable beds, quiet effective A/C, spacious bathroom with separate shower/toilet. Though the shower leaked into the toilet a bit. Better sound proofing from street noise would have been helpful (all hotel rooms are on the lower floors of the building, so street noise can be an issue). The decor is quite unique - and that's the main thing that stands out about this hotel vs others. They give you some macroons (from the cafe/bakery downstairs) as a gift when you arrive, which is a nice touch. We tried the pool and Kost, the restaurant on the 44th floor. The pool feels more like a decoration around the outdoor dining tables of Kost rather than something the expect many people to swim in, but it is heated, clean and nice to float around in while looking at the views. It would a good pool for kids, as long as they aren't splashing the dining tables by the side of the pool. The biggest draw for Kost does seem to be the views - you'll see many people taking selfies by the pool. The food and cocktails were decently good, but not memorable (we had a poke bowl, calamari, burger). I would eat there again if staying at the hotel, but not otherwise. Overall, it was a decent hotel that I would stay at for the right price. I though it would be a bit better with "luxury" in the name, but I would stay there again if the price was cheaper than nearby alternatives.

Great time at BISHA!

BISHA is a great hotel, with an awesome rooftop and a perfect location. The staff were great too and a special shoutout for the concierge Josh. He went above and beyond, making sure before our arrival that he was available to help plan with anything that came up. He was so friendly during our stay and when we went to a concert north of town at Rogers Stadium, Josh coordinated the perfect transportation option that made the logistics stress-free. I can't say enough about how good of an experience we had at BISHA and working with Josh!
