Bisha Hotel Toronto

Great luxury hotel experience! Bisha really felt like a true 5 star hotel with personal friendly service. My suite was spectacular and I really like the style, reminds me a higher end version of the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping as well. Suite had an big bathtub with nice bath salts, bed extremely comfortable. I'm Marriott titanium and Bisha offered solid perks (getting rarer these days) with a good breakfast served on the rooftop, amazing upgrade and late checkout. Pool is also top notch with incredible views of the CN Tower and Skydome. Location is perfect and close to sports games, restaurants, nightlife and main tourist attractions. Also I left something in my room and Doris found it after check out and the manger Jacob went above and beyond to get it back to me. Highly recommend!

We have just stayed at the Bisha as a family of four with a 19 and 17 year old daughters. We had separate rooms and the parents were upgraded to a junior suite. The rooms are fantastic, wonderful feeling to the whole hotel, the ambiance is outstanding along with the welcome and ongoing service. We had drinks in the Kost restaurant on 44 th floor, wonderful attentive staff. We ate at Akira Back which we booked through the front desk, again we were looked after royaly. If we come back to Toronto we will stay here again. A wonderful end to our Canadian Holiday

Great experience, the rooms were very clean and the service exceeded our expectations! The manager Jacob was amazing, he took care of everything from the time we got there for my girlfriend’s birthday til the last second we left. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great luxurious experience with great service!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bisha Hotel in Toronto. The location couldn’t be better ; right in the middle of things and within walking distance of the entertainment district, Rogers Centre, CN Tower, the harbour and plenty of shopping. The hotel itself is very stylish, with a cool rock-and-movie-star atmosphere. We were upgraded to a large suite with a huge patio, which was a great spot for relaxing in the afternoon sun. A real highlight was Kōst, the restaurant and rooftop pool on the 44th floor. The views are amazing, and the food and service more than lived up to them. What made the biggest impression, though, was the team. From Aaron Harrison, the GM, to Jacob the front desk manager, the service was warm, thoughtful and personal. We were celebrating a birthday and were treated to several surprises that made the occasion feel extra special. Jacob also gave us some excellent tips on restaurants, activities and areas to explore, which was a huge help on our first visit to Toronto. All of the staff we met were attentive, friendly and efficient. It’s no wonder the hotel gets such great reviews. As a Lifetime Platinum member, I’d definitely recommend Bisha for other Bonvoy Elite travellers. The recognition of status was excellent, which is especially impressive given that the hotel has only recently joined Bonvoy/Marriott. The Bonvoy amenity Breakfast/Brunch at Kost was excellent and ran until 2 p.m., which meant we could have a relaxed start to the day before enjoying the poolside loungers. We never had an issue finding a spot, though I’d imagine booking is wise at busier times. I can’t really think of any negatives. The only minor point I’d mention is that traffic can be heavy around the centre of Toronto if there’s a Blue Jays game or a big event on, so it’s worth planning transport in advance. Overall, Bisha combines style, comfort and excellent service. We’d happily stay again and recommend it without hesitation.

Now this is the way to run a hotel. I could go on and on but from check in to leaving, the experience was great. Rooftop bar was fantastic as well. Unfortunately we had a change in travel plans and the folks at the from desk where just great to work with. Would 100% stay here again. Thanks BISHA!!
