Bisha Hotel Toronto

I can’t say enough about my stay! From the moment I walked in, Norbert greeted me with a warm, genuine welcome. His friendliness and pride in the property are immediately evident. Norbert truly enjoys taking care of people, and it shows in every interaction. He goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, and his positive attitude makes a lasting impression. I look forward to crossing paths with Norbert again on a future visit. He is a tremendous asset to the property and a great example of what exceptional hospitality should look like!

The Bisha was a good choice overall . Great location and the staff is wonderful. Room was very clean and comfortable . Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the room was quite dark but that was a relatively small matter . Bar in lobby was great and the restaurant on the 44th floor was good for breakfast .when I return to Toronto I will definitely stay here again.

Our family stayed at the Bisha (we've stayed a couple times before) as my wife was participating in Hyrox. Up to the brand level that Marriott states for this property they actually exceeded our expectations. It was also a birthday weekend and Josh Papa and his team over delivered on making it memorable. Can't wait to stay here again. Honestly one of our favourite Marriott properties to stay at.

My review is late, but a must. BISHA truly exceeded my expectations. From the prompt and attentive welcome at the entrance by Ryoya, to the warm, professional service from the Front Desk team — Maricel, Totchie, and Norbert (who was exceptionally kind and helpful) — my first and last impressions were well cemented. I was upgraded to the Andy Junior Suite — a beautifully appointed room with luxurious amenities and furnishings. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority at BISHA. The room, hallways, gym, steam room, lobby... spotless! And then there was KōST on the 44th floor. Tasty food, delicious cocktails, trendy vibe and music, with a caring and engaging team. Kasinah, Peter, and Mitchell are true hospitality professionals. Breakfast is available until 2:30 pm — fantastic! Although short, BISHA is my best hotel experience in Toronto to date. I’ve stayed at almost all the Marriott properties in the area except Residence Inn, and BISHA is now a must-stay whenever I return to Toronto.

Big fan of the Bisha! I returned here with high expectations and was NOT disappointed. The service, quality of everything, housekeeping were excellent. The top floor pool is incredible! And the breakfast benefit for Marriott elite guests is fantastic! Before arriving, Norbert reached out to me since I had multiple bookings which included two kinds of rooms/suites and he made sure we got the better one for the entire stay which REALY helped us out. Thanks!
