Josh Papa is probably the best Concierge I have ever had in my travelling experiences. He always goes out of his way when we stay in town and makes sure the stay is beyond perfection with custom room decor, attention to detail, and very fast if we ever need anything. Bisha hotel is the best hotel to stay at if your ever in town and if you do get the chance to go make sure you ask for Josh and you will know exactly what I mean. Bisha hotel you guys have a gem in your team thankful for you guys always!

Wonderful Experience!!!
The hotel is gorgeous and the location is excellent. Most importantly, we managed to meet up with one of the senior managers, Jonathan Twigg, and were very impressed with his energy, attention to detail and sense of hospitality. Because of him, we will definitely return.

My friend Eliza chose Bisha hotel as our girlfriends getaway since she have a great taste and I must say this place is great.We were greeted with the glasses of champagne by Jacob (manager) and he took care of delivery of our bags to our great room.Overall we had great time and food at KOST restaurant on the top floor was very good.

Our experience at Bisha was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive — the kind of service that immediately makes you feel taken care of! Unlike other bigger hotels, the service at Bisha also felt very personalized. A special thank you to Jacob, the Front Office Manager, who truly went above and beyond. He was professional, thoughtful, and made our stay feel personal rather than routine, which made a big difference. We also dined at Akira Back, the restaurant in the hotel, and it was outstanding. The food was creative, beautifully done, and absolutely delicious, with a great atmosphere and excellent service to match. From the impeccable service to the unforgettable dining, Bisha exceeded every expectation. This is the kind of hotel that makes you want to return before you’ve even checked out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly five-star experience in Toronto.
