Friendly staff, great service, amazing room service food
My wife and I stayed at the Bisha on Saturday Feb 28 and we could tell it was a different experience, the moment we entered into the lobby we were greeted by Josh who made the experience so much better, all the staff was friendly and helpful, I will be staying here again

We love the Bisha Hotel! Everything about ot! The staff our amazing and always welcoming. Especially Josh! He goes above and beyond to make us feel special when we are there. It is because of him and the rest of staff we will continue to stay at Bisha!!! Absolutely love it!

Amazing
I highly recommend staying at Bisha Hotel Toronto. The service and staff are truly five-star. I planned a surprise for my girlfriend, and Josh Papa was incredible to work with. He made the entire process completely stress-free, was extremely responsive, and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Thank you again to the Bisha team and Josh for such an amazing experience. We can’t wait to come back!

I can’t fully describe our experience at the Bisha. From the moment you step into the mysterious Bisha Hotel and are greeted by Sam at the door, you know there’s something special. Our check-in process was incredibly smooth — Norbert welcomed us with a glass of sparkling wine, and Josh, the concierge, offered to take my luggage upstairs. He was already back by the time I received my keys. Truly impressive. Josh personally escorted us to our suite, the Stella (thank you, Jonathan, for the upgrade). The room was incredible — exceptionally luxurious. Josh had also prepared a beautiful romantic atmosphere for Valentine’s Day. Highly recommended!”

Bisha/Josh Papa
Josh Papa is probably the best Concierge I have ever had in my travelling experiences. He always goes out of his way when we stay in town and makes sure the stay is beyond perfection with custom room decor, attention to detail, and very fast if we ever need anything. Bisha hotel is the best hotel to stay at if your ever in town and if you do get the chance to go make sure you ask for Josh and you will know exactly what I mean. Bisha hotel you guys have a gem in your team thankful for you guys always!
