Our experience at Bisha was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive — the kind of service that immediately makes you feel taken care of! Unlike other bigger hotels, the service at Bisha also felt very personalized. A special thank you to Jacob, the Front Office Manager, who truly went above and beyond. He was professional, thoughtful, and made our stay feel personal rather than routine, which made a big difference. We also dined at Akira Back, the restaurant in the hotel, and it was outstanding. The food was creative, beautifully done, and absolutely delicious, with a great atmosphere and excellent service to match. From the impeccable service to the unforgettable dining, Bisha exceeded every expectation. This is the kind of hotel that makes you want to return before you’ve even checked out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly five-star experience in Toronto.

My spouse and I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at this exceptional hotel, and we were thoroughly impressed with the experience. The entire Bisha team was warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout our stay. They made our celebration feel truly special by arranging thoughtful touches such as flowers and treats upon our arrival. We enjoyed an outstanding dinner at Akira Back—our meals were exceptional, and the service was flawless. Breakfast at KOST was equally memorable; the ambience was cosy, pleasant, and inviting, and the dishes were some of the best we’ve had in quite some time. I highly recommend the rösti potatoes. We are sincerely grateful to the Bisha team for making our anniversary so memorable, and we look forward to returning the next time we celebrate a special occasion in Toronto.

Great stay here for 3 nights whilst on business in Toronto. Rooms were very clean and well presented, housekeeping staff were all super friendly and approachable. Reception staff were also really keen to help out with any queries, as were the staff in the rooftop restaurant. Will certainly plan to stay here again next time I'm in Toronto.

Beautiful luxurious hotel in a great location . The staff were very attentive and provided a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. Amazing quiet room with an exceptionally comfortable bed with high-quality, cozy bedding. A beautifully designed bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent breakfasts and dinners at the Bisha Hotel’s Kost restaurant. A special thank you to Jacob, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay.
