Bad experience
Worst experience of my life flew in from ny to spend a night in the city and made a mistake to book this place . They lost our luggage and when found it . They ask me to prove if it’s mine . How someone can proof with no tags ?? Don’t waste your money .

Wonderful Hotel with some annoying challenges.
Leni, our housekeeping person was very helpful. Overall our room was great. The Gold Lounge had excellent food. The location of the hotel was great for the activities we had planned. Challenges: We were greeted by a bank of stairs (no ramp) trying to get into the lobby with our luggage. The hotel lobby was blasted with loud music when we arrived just before midnight on Thursday. It took 4 attempts (back and forth to the front desk) to get our room key to finally work on the lobby elevator - and it was not “operator error”! The various light switches (wall and directly on some light fixtures) took some getting used to. It was somewhat annoying - making me feel a bit stupid that my attempts were not always successful (turning on and also off).

Elegant and charming hotel in a great location
We enjoyed four nights in this elegant and absolutely stunning Fairmont hotel. Our room was excellent and very comfortable. The hotel is in a wonderful location in the heart of Toronto within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and attractions. The staff were efficient.

We had a great time. The hotel has excellent staff and service. The food is outstanding and the cocktails are too. It’s is a perfect place to go for 2 nights. This package deal you offer is fantastic. I will do it again.
