Central location
So convenient - steps from Union Station, great restaurants, theatre. The lobby is incredible. Service was professional and overall, good. The rooms were mediocre for the price. Decent beds and linens, nice towels. But surprisingly simple for the price tag ($700+ including taxes for one night). Maybe because of the Blue Jays game and FIFA final?

Excellent location, beautiful CN Tower view, and exceptional hospitality
This hotel is in a perfect location, directly across from Union Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Toronto. The view of the CN Tower from our room was absolutely stunning and became one of the highlights of our stay. Every staff member we met was genuinely warm and welcoming. Even before our arrival, the reservations team was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful through email, making us feel well taken care of from the very beginning. Whether you’re visiting to watch a Blue Jays game, explore Toronto’s major attractions, or simply enjoy a relaxing vacation, this hotel is an excellent choice. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return on our next visit to Toronto.

Excellent service
I usually stay here when I come to Toronto. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are very nice and friendly. Jam, the room attendant, did a great job every day of my stay.

We had a great time. The hotel has excellent staff and service. The food is outstanding and the cocktails are too. It’s is a perfect place to go for 2 nights. This package deal you offer is fantastic. I will do it again.
