Absolutely gorgeous room, the bedding was luxurious and the staff treated my boys with incredible consideration. Definitely our favorite hotel experience in Toronto so far.

Hotel is great in a nice location in downtown Toronto next to great shopping, food and pretty central to all of the big attractions. Hotel itself is beautiful, nice rooms as one would expect with a Four Seasons, only small disappointment on the room is that it had a single sink in the bathroom. A couple things kept this from being a real 5 star experience. First was that despite the hotel knowing we were arriving early and our booking including early check in, we weren't able to get into our room until almost 4pm. Our room also didn't appear to include the free upgrade we expected. The check in experience itself was something more like a Courtyard Marriott, people at a desk doing their job, but putting no real additional effort into it. Certainly nothing near the level other high end hotels do. Lastly, the staff knew that there were several frustrated guests (we all were seated in the restaurant sharing our surprise about the experience) and at least with us, appeared to make no real effort to recognize the inconvenience. I appreciate that this may not have had much to do with the staff and instead the result of overbooking, short staffing, or other items outside of the direct staff's control, but letting guests know what their limitations are and giving the guests a sense that they're doing everything they can goes a long way. The hotel certainly realized we're not a frequent flyer with Four Seasons, I usually try and keep my spend with another brand. They likely had higher priority guests to take care. I don't begrudge them that, but this stay didn't do much to persuade me to deviate from my habits.

This property is perfectly situated in one of the world's most cosmopolitan cities. Despite any cultural differences, it consistently impresses. The facilities and services are exceptionally tailored to the comfort of the luxury traveler.

Worth every penny. This is the leader of the pack when it comes to friendliness and embedded hospitality values. I've been here many times over the past 4 years and just can't go anywhere else now. Tried the others, but keep returning. Treat yourself to the finest in the industry.
