Four Seasons Hotel Toronto

We stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto for two nights in August 2026 as a couple with our dog, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional. We stayed in a Yorkville Premier Room, which was beautiful and incredibly comfortable. What really stood out, though, was how genuinely welcoming the entire team was, especially when it came to our dog. They treated her like she was one of their own! 🐾❤️ When we arrived in our room, there was already a dog bed, bowls, and treats waiting for her. They even brought her fresh salmon for dinner, which may have officially made her a bigger fan of the Four Seasons than we are. Needless to say, she was very impressed with her accommodations! We arrived late on our first night, so we decided to order room service for dinner. We honestly expected typical hotel room service, but the food completely blew us away. Everything was absolutely delicious and far exceeded our expectations. They even brought specialty cocktails and a bottle of champagne to enjoy with dinner, which made our first night feel incredibly special. 🥂 We spent our full day at the spa, and it was exactly the kind of relaxing day we needed. The amenities were fantastic, and the steam room was incredible. One little tip: grab a bottle of their eucalyptus spray to take home. It’s such a great way to bring a little piece of that spa experience home with you! I also had a facial, massage, and my hair done at the salon, and we spent time relaxing on the outdoor patio and swimming in the indoor pool. It was the perfect spa day without ever feeling like we needed to leave the hotel. We also enjoyed lunch from the spa menu. I ordered the Asian slaw with a side of chicken, and I have to specifically mention the chicken because it was so moist and full of flavour. Everything was delicious and made the spa day even better. Just to clarify, we didn’t dine at any of the hotel’s restaurants during this stay. Our dining experience was room service on our first night and food from the spa menu during our spa day, and both were fantastic. What I appreciated most about our stay was that the service never felt forced or overly formal. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly, attentive, and seemed to take pride in making sure we were having a great experience. From the beautiful room and incredible spa to the outstanding food, thoughtful touches, and, most importantly, the way our dog was welcomed and cared for, this stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We absolutely loved our time at the Four Seasons Toronto and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in the city, especially if you’re travelling with your furry family member. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! 🥂🐾

Probably the Most Beautiful Four Seasons City Property We Have Visited Probably the most beautiful Four Seasons city property we have experienced. I understand this is one of the brand’s flagship hotels, and it certainly feels that way. The attention to detail and level of service are exceptional. As we were travelling with our children, we stayed in a suite, which was extremely comfortable and beautifully designed. The beds were excellent, the living room was spacious, and the kitchenette was very practical. The interiors are sophisticated yet sufficiently minimalist to feel comfortable, with beautiful chinoiserie silks on the walls adding character and elegance. The bathroom amenities were also of a very high standard. The concierge service deserves particular recognition. They arranged incredible private walking tours of the city with knowledgeable historians, as well as our Niagara Falls experience — truly breathtaking and something unique in the world. What impressed us most was the level of personalization. The hotel contacted us several times before our arrival, our preferences were remembered, and everything was prepared accordingly. Throughout our stay, the entire team consistently delivered the signature Four Seasons experience we have come to appreciate. Beautiful property, exceptional service, outstanding concierge and genuine attention to the guest experience. For us, this is Four Seasons hospitality at its best. Thank u , we will be returning.

Good FS hotel. Rooms and facilities were about standard. Service was great though from the doormen to the front desk. Gym and pool were good although the pool felt cold. We were given a street facing room and it was LOUD. Just be mindful of that if you end up in that room.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I took my wife for our 20th anniversary and they were amazing. The concierge helped with making arrangements for me to give a surprise gift to my wife at dinner which turned out perfectly. The suite and the hotel as a whole was so perfectly done. I wouldn’t be able to find a flaw if I tried. Thank you to everyone!

A wonderful stay at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. The hotel has an excellent location in Yorkville, a beautiful atmosphere, and genuinely friendly and professional service. The breakfast was outstanding, with great quality and attention to detail. I also enjoyed the spa, which was one of the highlights of my visit. The Yorkville Massage was an exceptional experience, deeply relaxing and exactly what I needed after exploring the city. A special thank you to Maryann at the bar, whose genuine smile, warmth, and attentive service made the experience even more memorable. It is these small personal touches that elevate a hotel from excellent to truly special. Four Seasons delivers the kind of calm, elegant hospitality where every detail feels thoughtfully considered. I would happily return.
