Perfect stay!
Room and hospitality were amazing. Andre K took care of everything and was beyond nice and accommodating. There were no misses on the stay.

Not a 5 Star Hotel
Room was not cleaned to standards. Mattress had stains throughout and was disintegrating. Rug had stains. Hotel staff were very pleasant and kind. I expect much more from a 5 star hotel

Magical stay at the Shangri-La in Toronto
From the moment we checked in to the hotel, we knew we were in for something special. The staff was warm, professional and genuinely attentive. The hotel room was immaculate, beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. The mattress might have been the most comfortable I have ever slept on! We also thoroughly enjoyed the amenities in the hotel, including the Health Club. Anjelica at the Health Club went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to return for another weekend getaway!

A trip always worth doing!
It's always a first class, five-star experience at the Shangri-La Toronto. The property, the staff and the experience is always top notch. The staff their made my family feel like they were the most important guests in the world, even though I could actually note professional athletes and VIPs at the property at the same time - - they don't discriminate on status, every guest is just as important as the next. Our room was phenomenal and the kids loved the incredible skyline views.

Great Stay
Whenever I go to Toronto I always stay here. From check in, to room cleanliness and staff friendliness it's always a great experience. Conveniently located to Union Station and the UPExpress from Pearson Airport and to all other attractions. I always have a great stay.
