Wonderful hotel spa with pool. Enjoy the lobby bar and wonderful staff. Location is great and seems very central to so many amazing places to go out to. Adam is great with hospitality. The hotel staff is so kind and helpful from before you walk in to when you leave, fantastic. ROOMS are super quiet and elegant as well as very nice beds.

We had a wonderful stay at the Shangri-La! The hotel is luxurious, elegant and twell staffed. The staff took such good care of us! Everyone went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The stay was problem free from the time we checked in until the time we left. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed delicious meals at Bosk and the lounge. The hotel provides musicians in the lobby throughout most of the day and evening and we enjoyed sitting there listening to the music while enjoying food and drinks. The location of the hotel is great. It is near public transportation and has easy walkability. I am looking forward to returning to the hotel along with staying at other sister hotels.

I stayed at the Shangri-La this past week because I was attending to a family crisis. From the moment I arrived to the time I checked out, the staff was exceptional. Andre kindly and courteously valet-parked my car. Robert at the front desk was genuinely compassionate and professional. My room was lovely, a one-bedroom suite. The food in the Lobby was delicious. The hotel provided a peaceful oasis. This was not my first time staying at the hotel. The service I experienced this time was as exceptional as in past times at the hotel when I was travelling on business. This time, however, my experience reflected the staff’s genuinely caring response to a personal situation. I am sincerely grateful.

It feels as though the property has gone downhill in the past few years. While the rooms are okay, the clientele feels a little different. Way too many young girls with old men vibes in the lobby bar and couldn’t help but wonder how many of these poor girls were there voluntarily. It felt a little sleazy.

Hotel is physically amazing and beautiful. Rooms are seemingly sound proof, no sounds of elevators, or hallway noise. All hotels should be built this way. Service level is high with personal touches by the staff to alway be friendly and incredibly attentive. Gym and pool are excellent and the lobby bar wonderful.
