Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto

This was our second stay at the St. Regis Toronto, and we didn’t think twice about booking again. Both times we’ve come to the city for Blue Jays games, and this hotel has quickly become our go-to. We’re already heading back again this September. The location is perfect — right in the heart of downtown, an easy walk to the ballpark and everything else Toronto has to offer. It’s also right on transit, which makes getting around the city simple and stress-free. The service is what truly sets it apart. The butler service is amazing — attentive, thoughtful, and always a step ahead. It adds that extra touch of comfort that makes the whole experience feel seamless. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet, and the atmosphere strikes the right balance between polished luxury and genuine warmth. For us, it’s an easy choice every time we’re in Toronto — truly one of the best city hotels we’ve stayed in.

We had a two bed apartment which was very spacious. Beautifully presented rooms, well equipped, comfortable beds, quiet location but walkable to the baseball, CN tower etc. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room service breakfast was lovely.

Disappointed by the experience at St. Regis Toronto. It’s 5 PM and I still haven’t been given access to my room after waiting for 1.4 hours, and despite following up three times. Each time, I was told it’s still being inspected. For a property that commands premium rates and carries a luxury brand, this is simply unacceptable. The lack of readiness and communication falls well short of the standard one expects from St. Regis.

The service was truly impeccable—every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay special. The rooftop restaurant offered not only delicious food but stunning views of the city. We also loved the lobby bar—elegant, lively, and home to some of the best cocktails we’ve had in a while. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of a vibrant, world-class city. The St. Regis Toronto exceeded all expectations. We can’t wait to return!
