Shangri-La Toronto

We very much enjoyed our stay ! Everyone was incredibly wonderful in making sure we enjoyed every minute of our time there! We will absolutely come back in the future!

The Shangri-La is easily one of my favourite hotels in Toronto, and I stay here frequently. The staff is always incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the amenities are top-notch. Even on the busiest weekends, everything feels calm, organized, and well managed. There’s a level of service and attention to detail that really sets the Shangri-La apart. Always a great experience and always happy to come back.

My family met in Toronto for an extended stay to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. We couldn't have asked for a better trip! The hotel is beautiful, our rooms were all immaculate and staff (in particular Wendy!) went out of their way to make my dad feel special. The food at Bosk was great and the staff there were also so friendly/kind. This was such a memorable stay, thank you!

I stayed at the Shangri-La Toronto for a business trip and was truly impressed by the quality and elegance of this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding, with a warm and attentive team that made the experience feel special. The room was absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was a highlight, featuring a separate bathtub, shower, and private toilet room, creating a luxurious and relaxing experience after a busy day. The location is also perfect, within easy walking distance of many of downtown Toronto’s top attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. The lobby bar has a charming and sophisticated atmosphere, perfect for a drink or a quiet conversation. I did not have the opportunity to experience the spa during this visit, but it looked amazing and is definitely on my list for my next stay. A beautiful hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. I look forward to returning!

I am writing to share how incredible my recent stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, Toronto was, thanks entirely to the outstanding service provided by two of your concierges, Jorge Porro and Dean Voon. Prior to my arrival, I called the hotel needing help understanding the best ways to view and participate in the Caribana parade. Jorge took the initiative to thoroughly research the event and emailed me a detailed guide, going above and beyond right from the start. When we checked in, Dean welcomed us warmly and took the time to share fantastic local recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and navigating Toronto using public transit. Throughout our entire stay, both Dean and Jorge went out of their way to handle every request seamlessly—from hailing cabs and securing reservations to arranging a wonderful birthday surprise in our room. There was not a single question they couldn't answer or find the answer to. They made us feel genuinely welcome, comfortable, and at home. I will definitely be returning to the Shangri-La Toronto, and it is solely because of the extraordinary hospitality provided by these two outstanding individuals.
