Shangri-La Toronto

My stay at the Shangri-La Toronto was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The staff consistently provided exceptional service and made every effort to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is beautifully designed, with an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. My room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed, with luxurious finishes and a very comfortable bed. Every detail reflected the high standards that Shangri-La is known for. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore downtown Toronto while enjoying a peaceful and refined retreat at the end of the day. What impressed me most was the level of care and attention provided by the team. Every interaction was friendly, professional, and personalized. This was truly a five-star experience, and I would highly recommend the Shangri-La Toronto to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I look forward to returning on my next visit to the city.

Our room was impeccably clean, and was kept that way throughout our stay. All the extra bathroom toiletries were appreciated. We enjoyed the lobby lounge for appetizers, and piano entertainment one evening. We also had lunch there one day. There is a Tim Hortons a short walk away. Any staff we interacted with were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We just spent a night here, at the Shangri-La Toronto, not our first stay and certainly not our last! The service, accommodations, atmosphere and location are second to none. The rooms are beautiful, immaculate and always in like new condition. The service, from pulling up to valet, check in, house keeping, the lobby lounge and bar, the restaurant, literally everything is incredible. The central downtown location as well is by far the best you can get in Toronto. Thanks Shang, for another amazing stay, we will be back!

This was a staycation with flair. Went for high tea and massage. Stayed two nights and enjoyed some family R&R

Hands down the finest service I have ever experienced at a hotel. From the valet to the concierge- everyone in this hotel cares about bringing high service to their guests. I was here for one week due to business but am planning to come back to Toronto from the U.S. just so my family can experience this high level of hospitality.
