SoHo Metropolitan Hotel

Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff was very friendly. Let me check in early and leave my bag with them, since I had a concert to go to. They made sure I knew which venue I was going to and that I had everything for the concert to get there and come back. The day staff were all really nice and conversed well with me in the lobby overall; an amazing place to stay at.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly. Hotel hook us up with shuttle service to Niagara Falls and to the airport . Location was perfect for the blue jays games !!! Checked out 4 games ! Only 10 min walk !! 10/10 recommend !!

Great location in Downtown Toronto close to the CN tower and BlueJays baseball ground. Staff were incredibly helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable (bed great) and quiet (we had a luxury king). The hotel has an indoor pool, large hot tub and steam room plus gym. The staff at the gym were great, again really helpful. On the ground floor there is Moretti cafe which serves breakfast (fab croissants and the best tea I’ve had on holiday!) and also delicious Italian sandwiches (or pizza) for lunch. Can recommend. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional service with great room! Front desk went above and beyond, restaurant was great food and service and a nice boutique breakfast area. I would highly recommend for both pleasure or business as location is in a walkable location to most events.

This was our second stay at the SoHo Hotel. We love the hotel. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The only complaint we have with the hotel is the beds. There were three couples in our party and all three did not like the bed. When you lay on it you roll to the centre and it was VERY uncomfortable. We mentioned this last summer but nothing was done to improve it. I hope if we come back to Toronto next year you will have taken this seriously. We will definitely ask before we book.
