The Hazelton Hotel

There is no better place to stay in Toronto than The Hazelton Hotel. The hotel's location in Yorkville provides a residential neighborhood while still being surrounded by amazing boutique shops and luxury brands, with an assortment of food, beverage, and entertainment options all within a 2-3 block radius. The hotel's staff is super attentive and friendly, taking care of just about anything you might need. The room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the pillow menu, and the bathroom is over the top. The One restaurant and bar has a great patio. The bartenders are great and love to share spirit insights. Especially Taylor, who taught me a lot on the ins and outs of Tequila.

Michael, as a male masseuse, was professional, quiet and calm, and created a relaxing environment for females. His 20+ years of experience sharpened his techniques, and within the 90 minutes he addressed the tense muscles from my back to my legs. I felt like noodles after that. Recommend trying the deep tissue massage!

Our online, pre-check-in process was quick & simple. Upon arrival at The Hazelton Hotel, the staff was extremely friendly and assisted with every step of the check in process. Justine graciously explained hotel amenities while walking my family to the elevator. The hotel and room was clean and in good condition. It is in a wonderful location surrounded by beautiful streets full of shopping and dining options. Most importantly, my family was warmly greeted and we all felt welcome from arrival to departure. The staff is outstanding, they take pride in their work and it is clear that they all enjoy being a part of the team assisting hotel guests.

My boyfriend and I had a truly unforgettable experience celebrating my birthday at this spa. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome and genuinely cared for. The level of service was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Lana, Meilyn, and Michel, who were absolutely amazing. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our afternoon incredibly relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to make our visit feel special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better birthday experience. We left feeling completely refreshed and already know we’ll be coming back every two months. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an outstanding spa experience!

I had the pleasure of taking my wife here for her birthday in early July, and plan on making it an annual event. Robert and his front of house staff made our stay remarkable. The check in process was seamless and made us feel beyond welcome, Rohan did an incredible job in helping us with recommendations for the area or asking if there was anything we would like to see. Our room was immaculately clean, and full of every amenity you would need. The staff knew in advance it was a special birthday for my wife and had some dessert waiting for us, which is above and beyond. Luckily, this hotel is in a historic part of Toronto with so much to do we wish we had more time to explore. We’re already looking forward to next year and wish we could visit sooner. Thank you again to the Hazelton staff for making us feel so special.
