Reviews for The Hazelton Hotel

Perfect winter getaway!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

Went here with my partner as a small Christmas vacation as we came from out of town. The first thing that sticks out is the location and ambience. It’s located in Yorkville which is a small town within Toronto. The vibes were immaculate! The staff was very welcoming and I want to give a big shoutout to Jessica Rodrigues and Angie Wong for greeting us so warmly and making sure we had everything we needed. when they learnt about our little getaway. The rooms are quite spacious and has everything you’ll need and the food inside the restaurant was amazing! If you want to explore within a few minutes walk you’ll find more amazing food, drinks and shopping. Our fave was a cocktail bar called C Suite less than 2 min walk from the hotel.

Anniversary Special

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

We spent our 7th year anniversary at The Hazelton Hotel, our second year to stay and it truly felt like the perfect place to celebrate another year together. From the moment we arrived, the service made us feel special—warm greetings, effortless check-in, and staff who genuinely paid attention to the little details that turn a stay into a memory. Our room was exactly what we hoped for: elegant, cozy, and beautifully designed. The bed felt like sinking into a cloud, the bathroom was spotless and luxurious, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. Whether it was the quiet ambiance, the soft lighting, or just knowing we were celebrating something meaningful, the whole space felt like a treat. What really made our stay unforgettable was how the hotel added thoughtful touches for our anniversary. Everything felt personalized and intentional, which made the experience even more intimate and romantic. The location in Yorkville was another highlight—close to amazing restaurants, shops, and spots to stroll hand-in-hand. Even just walking around the area added to the charm of our celebration. Overall, The Hazelton Hotel made our anniversary feel extra magical. It’s definitely a place worth returning to—luxurious, warm, and perfect for celebrating love. 💛✨

Exceptional

Best hotel you can stay at by far in Toronto! Service is exceptional every time we stay there. They couldn’t be nicer and or accommodating to any need/inquiry you have.

Elegant but Noisy

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

A lovely, very well appointed room with very good facilities. Unfortunately we were facing Yorkville and the Friday night traffic noise was miserable. They also added a $25 per day "facilities" charge without explaining what it was. We didn't use anything but our room. The bathroom was also cold, although the floor was lovely and warm
