Absolutely superb! The hotel is so cool and luxurious, in a fantastic location - & the bed and bedding simply heavenly. But most of all the staff were just outstanding. So helpful, pleasant & accommodating - they made us feel very special & truly valued. It was a holiday for a double celebration (wedding anniversary & birthday) & The Hazelton made it a truly memorable trip.

Our hotel experience was one of the best! The staff were extremely professional, making our stay truly memorable. Maria at the concierge was exceptionally helpful. The restaurant was amazing. Will definitely return!

The Hazelton Hotel is a beautiful and well-maintained property, especially the guest bathrooms, and its Yorkville location is excellent. I initially booked a luxury terrace room, which offered fantastic views of Yorkville and the city skyline. However, I found it to be surprisingly small and somewhat dark for a premium-priced room. I also noticed some oversights in housekeeping. I appreciate the upgrade to an executive suite, which was much more spacious and comfortable. My primary disappointment was the inconsistent customer service. While some staff members were wonderful and very sincere, others seemed lukewarm and aloof. This was particularly noticeable when I needed to address concerns; I felt that management was less than friendly or sincere in these interactions. Additionally, I had to proactively mention my Luxury Hotel membership and its associated benefits, and the staff's reaction was not very welcoming. Having stayed at The Hazelton Toronto a few times in the past, several years ago, I may have had higher expectations for a "wow" factor stay. While it remains a great hotel, I found my recent experience to be a little overhyped and somewhat stale feeling in certain aspects.

As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed with a soothing music and calming aroma. The ambience immediately set the tone of a relaxing escape. I booked a full body massage and it exceeded all my expectations. Every movement felt purposeful and calming, easing away all the tension and stress. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking to unwind and treat themselves for some well-deserved peace!!
