Exceptional
Best hotel you can stay at by far in Toronto! Service is exceptional every time we stay there. They couldn’t be nicer and or accommodating to any need/inquiry you have.

Elegant but Noisy
A lovely, very well appointed room with very good facilities. Unfortunately we were facing Yorkville and the Friday night traffic noise was miserable. They also added a $25 per day "facilities" charge without explaining what it was. We didn't use anything but our room. The bathroom was also cold, although the floor was lovely and warm

Love this place
The Hazelton Hotel is simply outstanding. Always amazing service from the moment you walk in—every staff member is warm, professional, and genuinely cares. I love the boutique feel: intimate, stylish, and luxurious without being pretentious. The front desk team is exceptional—attentive, efficient, and always one step ahead. Rooms are beautifully designed, quiet, and comfortable. A true Yorkville treasure. I’ll be back!

Had the most exceptional stay at The Hazelton Hotel. The staff was accommodating, warm, generous, professional and went above and beyond to tend to the needs of our corporate group. The definition of a luxury experience. We could not have been happier with the rooms, cleanliness, value, service and partnership of this hotel team and are excited to return.

Over the moon experience!
This was our last two days of our “leaf peeper”, color tour in Canada. The ambiance is so inviting, the food was exceptional but what was the best part were the employees. They helped us every step of the way. We gave us a call last night making sure all our travel arrangements were in order from getting us to our restaurant then the play and also checking to see if everything was in order for our check out. Even the people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. We would come back again. Thanks for making our last days exceptional
