The Hazelton Hotel

This hotel is nothing less than perfect. From decor to cleanliness to service. The attention to detail is absolutely spot on. We were so impressed. What a lovely staycation we will certainly be back. Special mention to Justine who went above and beyond for us. You will not be disappointed worth the money.

If you are looking for high-touch hospitality and exceptional service, look no further than the Hazelton. The service was impeccably attentive, the staff were extremely kind, thoughtful, and accommodating, plus, the property itself has stood the test of time. Yes, there are other five star hotels in the city, but what makes this hotel stand out are the details - a pillow menu, the way they spruce up your hotel room after every housekeeping visit (they had a branded microfiber towel for my glasses! THESE ARE DETAILS!), my toiletries were lined up meticulously after turn down service, AND the room service was a 10/10 -- I can genuinely rave about the Hotel for hours! I have stayed at Aman and Auberge properties, and I can easily say that the Hazelton rivals their properties and service. Thank you to Gaurav, Atharv, and the ENTIRE hotel staff during our stay. We will remember our experience for a very long time and will hold the Hazelton as the gold standard from here on out. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely first class hotel. From the moment you step through the front doors the staff could not be more welcoming or helpful. Ronaldo and Toni on the concierge desk are essential assets to the hotel. These fine gentlemen assisted us with our every need.. They went above and beyond from making table reservations through to sourcing tickets and even hand delivered umbrellas to our table at the restaurant as it was raining and they knew we had a walk back to the hotel. We cannot recommend this exceptional first class hotel enough. The room was fabulous with every attention to detail ensuring all our needs were catered for. The spa offered a much needed pick me up swim and steam. If you are lucky enough to stay in amazing Toronto this is the only place to stay from its great location to the incredible staff. I celebrated my 16th birthday here at The Hazelton Hotel NJC with my family, and I would like to say that I had the best experience here! Everyone at front desk, valet, and the house person Nestor is super nice and helpful. The place is also very beautiful and clean, I’m hoping to come back again and bring more family and friends next time. Thank you Hazelton Hotel!!!

The hotel was beautiful and the customer service was great. I visited the hotel for my birthday celebration and they welcomed me and my friend very well. The amenities were amazing, I really enjoyed my time there.
