The Hazelton Hotel

Had an absolutely amazing experience here!!! The awesome team made my event so memorable and smooth. From the spa, the front desk, event coordinators, restaurant and theatre staff, everything was amazing and made my engagement so special!

Our experience at The Hazelton Hotel was simply perfect from start to finish. It was the best hotel experience of our lives, and we will only stay at The Hazelton when we visit Toronto in the future. From the moment my daughter and I arrived, we were warmly greeted by the courteous and professional door/bell staff and reception team. We were lucky enough to stay in a luxury king suite, which was very spacious, perfectly clean, and beautifully appointed with a pillow menu, walk-in closet, Juliet balcony, automated drapes, perfect lighting, in-room tablets, and a tv cleverly embedded in the bathroom mirror. Our luggage was carefully placed in our room, waiting for us. We were delighted to have the most beautiful cake delivered by a kind staff member to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and complimentary local chocolates, non-alcoholic drinks and snacks were available in the room. When we used the in-room tablet to order pillows and to get assistance with our bathtub, a very helpful staff member arrived within minutes and immediately resolved the issue. Each time we left and returned to the hotel, the door/bell team remembered us and welcomed us back, and every single staff member we encountered throughout the hotel made us smile with their friendliness and kindness. My daughter absolutely loved the saltwater pool, and we visited it multiple times throughout our stay. We appreciated the cleanliness and relaxed nature of the pool room with its comfortable seating and complimentary water, which was always restocked when we returned. My daughter also had her first manicure at the Spa by Valmont, which was such a special experience for her. Her manicurist was so kind and the spa reception team was so sweet. They always greeted my daughter and I warmly every time we visited the pool, which was so appreciated. We loved the scent featured throughout The Hazelton and purchased the diffuser oil from the spa. The housekeeping team at The Hazelton is the best of the best. From the daily and turndown service to special requests, the team was exceptional and so helpful. When I requested lip balm, it was provided in a beautiful bag with a lovely handwritten note. Thank you to this wonderful team member for this special touch. I also wanted to note the reception staff member who stepped in to assist with a food delivery late at night. We greatly appreciated his professionalism and support; he even personally delivered water to our room to accompany our meal. We were so grateful! Within days, The Hazelton began to feel like our home away from home due to the exceptional staff. It is a very special place and one we cannot wait to return to! As we departed, the incredible reception team even offered us water for our trip to Union Station, and the door/bell staff was so helpful with our luggage. The Hazelton hotel is a fantastic hotel. One is the best restaurant and Al. the valet is outstanding. Always love my experience here. 10 out of 10 stars!

I had such an incredible stay at The Hazelton and was being treated to a luxury experience from the moment I arrived. I’m over eight months pregnant and have been dealing with quite a bit of discomfort lately, so comfort was especially important to me. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The room was immaculate, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I absolutely loved their pillow service. I had actually forgotten my pregnancy pillow, and they were able to provide me with a full-body pillow, which made such a difference and was such a thoughtful touch. The saltwater pool was another highlight. Being this far along in pregnancy, getting into the pool was so relaxing and helped relieve so much pressure and discomfort. It was exactly what I needed. The location in Yorkville is also amazing, with so many wonderful restaurants and shops just steps away. Everything about the hotel—from the cleanliness and amenities to the service and attention to detail are truly luxurious. The Hazelton made me feel incredibly comfortable and taken care of during a time when that means so much. The level of luxury was exceptional, and I would absolutely stay here again. Such a beautiful experience!
