The Hazelton Hotel

This hotel is standout amazing. My husband and I have been lucky enough to stay in some special places but the service from everybody at this hotel was extra special. We had been in contact with Ronaldo in advance of our stay and he had helpfully provided lots of useful information about Niagara and even booking us great tickets for a show. On arrival we had been delayed by a day in Quebec City due to weather and the team could not have been kinder. Victoria was outstanding - managing to get us a reservation at a wonderful Italian restaurant and they really looked after us there. Ronaldo also assisted us in changing a drinks booking time as we didn’t have cellular service. The team were on hand for every detail to make our stay special. We were assisted with our bags from car to room and vice versa - somehow managing to get all four cases into a much smaller car than we thought we had booked. The cleaning and turndown services were awesome - such amazing detail with water, hand cream, chocolates but also folding or hanging clothes and lifting our cases from the floor to stands to make it easier. We could pick the time for cleaning and turndown services and order amenities like an iron via an iPad which made everything super convenient. We used the pool which was a lovely experience- a beautifully decorated room. The lobby had some lovely artwork and a brilliant violinist playing on NYE. We had some expertly mixed cocktails at the bar and enjoyed a meal in the restaurant. Service was again exceptional there. We were so pleased to have stayed here - the beauty of the hotel speaks for itself, the details have all been considered and you will want for nothing (complementary minibar snacks and soft drinks refilled daily). The most comfortable bed ever!! However, the star of this establishment is the whole team. They are true experts in delivering exceptional service - way way beyond anything we have experienced before. Thank you for an amazing stay and Happy New Year. This is by far the classiest, most professional hotel ever! The customer service 10/10! Tom was our valet driver and concierge and he was the best! The whole valet staff, front staff, door men, you literally don’t lift a finger. The rooms are immaculate and so clean, you won’t find this kind of cleanliness anywhere anymore! What a great experience and can’t recommend enough! Walking distance to pretty much everything and would definitely return.

Everyone was exceptional—especially Abukar, Rohan, and Victoria. The room had everything we needed, and the housekeeping service was outstanding. They had a bottle of red wine and chocolate-covered strawberries for celebrating our anniversary which was the warmest welcome we had. It truly felt like home, even more than my own.

One of the top ten hotel's I've stayed at. Everything was perfect, from the doorman/concierge service, to the room, the food, the location, everything. It is pricey but if your looking for a premium hotel stay in the lap of luxury, the Hazelton is the hotel for you.

We had another fantastic getaway to The Hazelton in Toronto! Justine at the arrival desk gave us a warm welcome, our lovely room was ready for us early, and we were able to retreat to the spa before dinner. After our relaxing spa experience, we joined friends at One Restaurant for a long and lively dinner with wonderdul service and attention from Nando.
