Toronto’s effervescent Yorkville neighborhood is one of the city’s shining jewels. Lined with upscale boutiques, Victorian-era homes, and chic restaurants, the posh enclave still retains some of its artsy vibes—leftover from its past life as a bohemian hub for musicians. Here is where you’ll find Park Hyatt Toronto, surrounded by world-class institutions like the Royal Ontario Museum and University of Toronto-St. George Campus.

Located on the corner of Avenue Road and Bloor Street, in the heart of one of the nicest shopping areas of Toronto, this refurbished building provides and excellent place from which to visit downtown Toronto. Yorkville is just a coupe of blocks East from the hotel, and the Royal Ontario Museum (one of Toronto's treasures) is just across the street. Service at all levels was very good, and our room was modern, clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent, the bathroom modern and functional; there was good lighting through our suite and very good amenities, including an espresso coffee maker. The restaurant on the ground floor was pleasant, spacious, with very good food, cocktails and service. The bar on the 17th floor offers excellent views of Toronto's skyline and a selection of delightful cocktails and snacks.

Vanessa the Concierge was born for her role within the hotel family. She is gorgeous and gracious. Michael was an exceptional and reliable driver.

As a VIP member of expedia group. I rarley post reviews. The hotel is over rated with customer service. My credit card has unauthorized charges without my consent and I will be moving forward legally in regard to this matter. Staff cant get away with this.

I had an amazing stay at Park Hyatt Toronto. The hotel is right in the heart of Yorkville, with the best shopping, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. My suite was perfect! I loved the layout and the understated, residential feel. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. I stayed for a full week, and every single staff member I met was warm, genuine, and on point with service. They really made the experience feel special. A big THANK YOU to Park Hyatt Toronto for a fantastic stay. I can't wait to come back!

Great experience overall. Family of 4 (childrens ages 8 and 12). The service was excellent. Rooms were very clean and lots of attention to detail. The biggest negative was after coming home and receiving the bill. We were a guest of honor and they told us at check in that breakfast was included every morning - 4 entrees, 4 hot drinks, and 4 cold beverages. I even asked if 2 had to be kids breakfasts (bc my 12 year old eats more than most adults do) and they said no. It could be any 4 breakfast entrees. When I saw the bill after getting home, there were charges for every morning. I called Hyatt and they told me the hotel put a daily cap (around $130). Normally it’s not a big deal but it’s an upscale restaurant. Entrees run $30-$45 and kids apple juice is $10. Not knowing we had a cap, we all ordered juices and adults had lattes every morning on top of our main dish. Very disappointed that we were given false information.
