Park Hyatt Toronto

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt for a couple of nights, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and very well appointed, with stunning views and all the amenities you could ask for. Every detail, from the bedding to the lighting, reflected luxury and comfort. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the property, which made it a perfect getaway for us to relax and unwind. The dining experience was also outstanding, with high-quality food and excellent service. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations in every way. We would highly recommend the Park Hyatt to anyone looking for a refined, relaxing, and memorable stay. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Our stay in Park Hyatt Toronto was the best City Break we ever experienced ! The staff are exceptional, the quality of accommodation was excellent. The food and beverage experience was top class. We were made feel so welcome and the staff treated us like long lost friends although we never met them before. The whole experience was like being in a 5 star family run hotel albeit 17 to 18 storeys high! Hopefully we will return some day.

Our recent stay at the Park Hyatt Toronto was superb, due in large part to the first-rate service of nearly all staff we encountered. As Globalists, we were upgraded to a high-floor one-bedroom suite, which was well-appointed and spacious. The person who checked us in (her name started with an M) was wonderful. When I told her we were having dinner that evening at Canoe, she booked the house SUV for complimentary use to take us there. I left my mittens and ear muffs in the SUV and Michael, the driver, left them with Vanessa, the concierge, for pickup the next day. Service at breakfast and at the Writers Bar was excellent, as were the food and drinks served. The gym is well-equipped, complete with cold, eucalyptus-scented towels to refresh at the end of your workout. I enjoyed my massage at the spa, though I could hear the metro during the treatment (it's located underground). The hotel itself is conveniently located across the street from a metro station, which made it very easy to get around the city. I have stayed at many other Park Hyatt locations, and while others get higher points for the view (Sydney), opulence (Vienna), or the coolness factor of the bar (Tokyo), I would place the Park Hyatt Toronto above all when it comes to service, and that counts for a lot in my book. I look forward to my next stay!

Amazing location and excellent service. We enjoyed every minute in the beautiful atmosphere. The smell of the hotel was wonderful! Felt like royalty.
