What an absolute delightful stay. Staff were incredibly attentive, rooms were clean, sheets beautifully soft, and great amenities for travelling with a baby and toddler. The food was so good, though pricy. Located in a great area so we could walk safely to shops and restaurants. All around a lovely stay for a family of four with small kids.

Lovely place to stay while in Toronto. The accommodations were lovely and the staff attentive. From the time we drove into the parking lot the friendly valets and parking attendants were the perfect start to our trip. They were happy, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. What a difference that first impression can make on a stay! The hotel was sold out with several VIP actors and politicians staying at the same time. Security was massive. We were still treated as welcomed guests. Shila at the front desk stood out as an exceptional representative of hospitality and warmth. We enjoyed the beautiful floral area gents and live music as well.

Amazing Hotel in the fabulous Yorkville area. Rooms were very comfortable and extremely spacious. Staff were so lovely and Rooftop bar was also really beautiful.

Great hotel, location, service and restaurant and Writer's Room Bar. Loved our experience from the moment we walked in. The rooms were all very nice, and very clean. We didn't hear any noise and we loved the walkability to all the restaurants and shops.
