Toronto’s effervescent Yorkville neighborhood is one of the city’s shining jewels. Lined with upscale boutiques, Victorian-era homes, and chic restaurants, the posh enclave still retains some of its artsy vibes—leftover from its past life as a bohemian hub for musicians. Here is where you’ll find Park Hyatt Toronto, surrounded by world-class institutions like the Royal Ontario Museum and University of Toronto-St. George Campus.

Globalist perks: texted the hotel first thing in the morning on my day of check in and asked if they had a sense as to when my suite would be ready. Was pleasantly surprised that it was already ready and they invited me to check in any time. I went over and received very polite service at the front desk. Received the room I booked, no upgrade. Nice welcome amenity of chocolates with note. Offered late check out and gratefully accepted a 1pm departure time. Breakfast was excellent. Suite: room was comfortable and spacious but I was very disappointed to find that there was only a shower and no bathtub. I usually bring bath salts or a bath bomb to have a relaxing soak at luxury hotels and was unpleasantly surprised that even a suite at a this Park Hyatt didn't have a tub. Rooftop restaurant: nice views and service. I found it quite windy and cold even seated quite a distance into the restaurant and in the middle of summer during my lunch. Spa: the spa was the highlight of my stay. This was one of the better spas I've been to globally and a not insignificant part of that is to do with the catering (snacks and juices) that are provided. I ended up booking another treatment during the stay on top of the four treatments that I had booked in advance. Amazing service from a beautiful lady at the front desk whose name I did not catch - her eyeliner was so pretty. I would also highlight the excellent service of Antastasia, one of the spa attendants. All of my therapists were very nice. Concierge: I spoke with Vanessa on arrival and found her to be very knowledgeable and customer-centric. I try to travel to novel places to see and experience new things but I would love to return to this hotel for a spa weekend and luxury break.

This hotel is the best one in Toronto. I’ve stayed at the Hazelton, the Windsor Arms, Four Seasons, W Hotel, Shangri-La, Ritz Carlton and the Park Hyatt is the best one of them all.

Situated in a great neighbourhood to wine, dine and shop. A short uber, bus or TTC ride to Rogers Centre or to Downtown. Clean, beautiful and spacious rooms. Helpful, enthusiastic and friendly staff. Amazing roof top patio - I think they said 42nd in the world. Definitely worth checking out. Nice clean gym with the essentials to keep up with your fitness (no pool, access to sauna $50). I would most definitely stay here again.

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Toronto. The rooms are beautifully appointed, the linens and towels were great and just everything about the room was spot on. But what really impressed me the most was the level of service we received from the entire staff. Check in was fantastic and everything well explained. We had drinks in the rooftop bar before dinner for a group of 10, which can be hard to handle sometimes and the service was great. We did eat dinner in the restaurant on site, food was great and service impeccable. All of our interactions with the folks anywhere in the hotel were great, be it the folks at valet, front door, bellmen, concierge etc. You can tell service is emphasized and executed. Highly recommended !

The finishes in this hotel are amazing, the combination of wood and stone along with the art... this hotel makes you feel invited and cozy from the moment you step inside. The bed and linens are crisp and comfortable with the best pillows and I love the signature scent. It creates lasting memories of calm.
