Lovely weekend stay
Park Hyatt was a luxurious and wonderful stay. The staff are all superb. The rooms are large. The ambience of the restaurant and rooftop bar are beautiful.

Very disappointing
Very poor customer service. We stayed at the hotel in June and were delighted with our experience. This stay was extremely disappointing as I couldn't get ice from Room Service, even after asking front desk to assist. I needed it for an injury. I called the concierge for help with travel; was told she was unavailable but would call me back shortly. She did not return the call.

Great view from rooftop restaurant
My cousins told us we should visit this restaurant as there is great view to Downtown. It was very busy but we've been given a table at the terrace. We've been served by Jillian and when we saw they have white port I asked if we can have a white port cocktail (we drunk it in Porto and was amazing). She said she don't think but will ask the barman to make it for us. She came back with two boozy drinks, not exactly the cocktail we knew but it was good try and we appreciated it. I had also a coffee. We paid in total with tax $64. There was a party so we waited a bit to have a look from the top at the city and it was really nice. We can recommend visiting it.

Posh Perfect Luxury
What a wonderful stay at this beautiful relaxing oasis! Check-in was quick and easy and we we're ungraded to a beautiful spacious suite which was knock-out gorgeous. Staff is friendly and very helpful and all the facilities are posh and luxurious. Sadly our stay was just one night but the level of luxury and the quality of service was absolutely rejuvenating. I'd call it the perfect get-away!

Best hotel experience this year
Very nice hotel. I had an enjoyable stay at the Park Hyatt downtown Toronto. The rooms are clean and the staff members are courteous and helpful.
