Rio Serrano Hotel + Spa

This is truly a remarkable and not to be missed hotel experience. The facilities are 5 star, the service is excellent, the setting is wonderful (located just outside the park entrance) and the sweeping view of the TDP massif is unforgettable.

Lovely hotel. Modern and stylish with fantastic location. Views of the Torres - even from the large swimming pool. Our room was warm and comfortable. There are lots of places to relax. The staff were very professional and we were made to feel welcome.

I spent two nights at the Rio Serrano and would have enjoyed staying longer. The hotel and staff are great, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food is excellent, and the scenery is beautiful. We also did a guided hike with one of the staff from the Massif store in the lobby and he did a great job.

What a wonderful surprise this hotel was! Far from any city or conveniences, at the gate of Patagonia wilderness, it still manages to provide elegant comfort and style along with unbeatable views and cuisine. We used it as a base for day hikes on the W and surrounding areas in Torres del Paine, and watching all the tired, dirty backpackers along the way really gave a sense of relief to us, knowing we were going back to the delicious food and amenities at Rio Serrano. I had what was possibly the smallest, least attractive room at the hotel and I still enjoyed my stay, as there are many common areas and small seating areas which provide expansive views of the mountains. The food was excellent, the bar was phenomenal, and the service left nothing to be desired. Thanks for a memorable stay!

We had an amazing time at rio Serrano. Service from Yuri, Alain and Maria were impeccable. My fiancé proposed to me here and it was a magical experience thanks to the hotel’s help. Muchas gracias to Yuri, Alain and Maria for being so welcoming and making our stay a 10/10 one!
