rio serrano hotel + spa is a regional family business, which began as the last stage of the inn in 2001, becoming a hotel in 2005 and finishing its construction in 2018, becoming the largest hotel with a SPA in Torres National Park del Paine. Immersed in the middle of the exuberant Patagonian nature, right on the edge of the Torres del Paine Park, at the foot of the Paine Massif and on the banks of the Serrano River, is the Río Serrano Hotel + Spa. `Quiet, beautiful view, tasty food, great service.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent view of the snow capped mountain. Beautiful setting and comfy rooms. Restaurant staff Nicole and Gabriela were excellent, attentive, friendly and cheerful. Tasty and beautifully presented food. Highly recommended.

Very warm welcome and assignment of great room ny Dominga. Great Service throughout Excellent meals.Free barbecue Events. Marco and his Team at the excursions Office provided most helpful advise. Outstanding food.Full Board is highly recommended. Altogether great experience well worth the price.

Loved our stay here!
We loved our stay at the Rio Serrano Hotel & Spa. The staff were amazing, the food delicious, the service excellent, and the views from the hotel were spectacular. The staff at the experiences desk were super helpful, more than happy to spend time with you to advise on what to do at the park even when not purchasing one of their tours. There were plenty of areas in which to relax, and although there were plenty of people there, you didn't seem to be surrounded by others. The close access to the National Park was a massive bonus! Slight down, if I am being picky is that there were no fashwashers provided, nowhere to put your cases, and there was no hot water for the shower on our last day. Apart from those minor things, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay at the doorstep of Torres del Paine
Fantastic hotel right at the entrance of Torres del Paine Park. Very professional staff, they know answers to all questions. Nice rooms with view to the Torres. Good restaurant with food which has a local touch. Breakfast buffet is hard to beat in terms of quality and variety. They also offer documentaries about the region at night. Nice big pool with a mountain view

Amazing hotel in Torres del Paine
The hotel was in a great location. The views were superb. The entire staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make your time there so easy and enjoyable. The hospitality here is noticeably in all interactions with the staff. Can’t say enough good things about time here. I would highly recommend this hotel.
