This is an exceptional property for couples or families …it’s accommodation is 4 star…it’s restaurants and all other services are 5 star.Fabulous food in its restaurants…it’s Michelin restaurant is glorious…it’s spar is superb and its staff are friendly and so able. Room service breakfast is exceptionally good. Golf on its 2 fabulous courses are creative and sensational with its views. The suites( chalets) are very nice 4 star but do need to be upgraded considering the price charged somewhat tired but very functional .

Not worth your time

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

The approach of staff is unnecessarily rigid and disappointing for a resort of this standard. Flexibility and guest comfort should be prioritised but, unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. I left early after feeling unwelcome during what could have been the beginning of an ongoing relationship, as we spend considerable time in the region. A more thoughtful, guest-oriented approach would go a long way. Provence is full of exceptional destinations - this one, sadly, is not worth your time.

Bad facilities

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

Visited in July and had a really poor experience as a family. Bad customer service and a waste of money. Would not recommend. The facilities are outdated, and you had to wait for ages to staff members to actually serve you. Overall the hotel isn’t what it says on the tin

La Gaudina Overpriced and poor service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

We booked a table for dinner at La Gaudina one of the restaurants at Terre Blanche for a special family occasion. We arrived at our table at 8.45pm and our first course was not served until 9.40pm after we complained to the staff. The supposedly hot starters were all cold and when we complained again they said they would give us a discount. The main courses were so small we could not believe it. The bill was presented with no discount and we had to have a negotiation with the maitre d before he agreed to reinstate his original offer. The bill ( after the discount) came to 740 euros and wasn’t worth half that. An appalling experience which we won’t repeat. Avoid this restaurant !!!

Get a taste of Provence close to Nice

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

Beautiful expansive property - the grounds are impeccable. While they say it is in Provence, it’s truly not in the heart of the Provençal area of France and we were sad to hear there was no house car or shuttle to take you to some of the nearby villages like Fayence or Tourrettes for lunch or dinner. The breakfast staff is amazing, so attentive and remembering our coffee order after one visit. The other staff were not friendly but not rude, no one really went out of their way. I would expect more of that from a 5 star hotel. The premier suite is expansive with a large private patio, living room and double sinks. It was perfect for my mom and I who overpack and like to shop! The spa is something they are known for and I had a sweet massage therapist who did an excellent job. Overall, a nice property but I wouldn’t come back due to the location and how large it is. Those who prefer a more boutique experience would not like it here.
