We had another truly beautiful stay at The Mora Sahara Tozeur and once again left with the feeling that this hotel is something very special. The setting is unique: elegant private villas, peace and privacy, the beauty of the desert and an atmosphere that immediately allows you to relax. Our Pool Villa was wonderful — spacious, calm, beautifully designed and the perfect place to enjoy a few quiet days in Tozeur. But what makes The Mora truly exceptional is its people. The entire team creates a feeling of genuine hospitality from the first moment. We are especially grateful to Rihab from the Front Office team and Nizar from Guest Experience for their kindness, professionalism and constant attention. They made us feel welcome and very well looked after throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Amira, Nahed and Mouheb from the breakfast team, whose warm and attentive service made every morning start beautifully, and to Saddem from Housekeeping for his excellent care and attention to detail. The Mora is a place where luxury, calm and heartfelt hospitality come together in a very natural way. We enjoyed our stay very much and are already looking forward to coming back. Warmly welcomed.

All I can say is “wow!”. This is true arab palatial elegance and hospitality! From the moment we entered the gated village, we were treated like royalty. Every single staff member had impeccable manners and exuded peacefulness and a desire to make our stay pleasurable. Everyone’s english was at minimum passable and with wait staff and concierge, was excellent. And the facilities! Every detail was luxurious and relaxing. The color of the stone and marble blended into the surrounding desert, and every amenity you would expect in the best american hotels was surpassed here. We stayed in what they call a villa and the bathroom was all marble, very, very spacious with a huge shower, soaking tub, outdoor shower, and luxurious robes and slippers. The outdoor private pool was large enough to move about and stretch, and looked out over the salt flats. Having good AC has been rare and to finally be cool, scrubbed, smelling nice thanks to their french toiletries and refreshed was worth every dollar. Also, Abdelhay, always a phone call away, transported us around by golf cart to our room, to dinner and breakfast and offered to start the fire pit for us. He actually found and plucked sweet fresh dates off the trees for us when we commented on the date trees. Our family had 2 villas next to each other and he coordinated all our pick ups, drop offs, and luggage transport efficiently and calmly. Abdelhay was the model of hospitality and grace and made our stay exceptional!

We stayed at the Mora for a single night and it was just lovely! I wish we were here much longer - my husband and I stayed in a villa across from a villa where some more family stayed. They were stunning, with beautiful furnishings and perfectly clean and refreshing pools that lit up at night. After a very long trip through Tunisia in the September heat, this place was truly a welcome oasis. We made reservations at the Thai restaurant and truly enjoyed our meal, had a late night dip in the pool, and pampered ourselves with the indoor and outdoor showers. We also did sincerely appreciate the buggy service - especially Abdul Hayye who picked us up and dropped us off many times during our stay - which was a fantastic touch and made us all the more comfortable. All in all our favorite spot in Tunisia and we are so thankful for the hospitality of the Mora team!

High end beautiful Hotel with lots of amenities. The air conditioning is absolutely fantastic and after being at other hotels throughout Tunisia, the hotel definitely gets the air conditioning award in my book. It really enhanced our comfort. I felt refreshed and well rested during my stay. Also, service was impeccable. Abdelhay made settling in easy and tended to anything we needed. The Thai restaurant on the grounds was excellent and a nice change from the usual food. The menu was limited, but the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. This is a must stay for anyone visiting Tozeur, especially if you are visiting from the USA. If you can splurge for the rooms with the private pool, it is worth it.

Our stay at The Mora Sahara Tozeur was simply unforgettable. We chose this hotel for our honeymoon, and the entire team made it feel truly special from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The property itself is stunning. Nestled on the edge of the Sahara, it combines luxury, tranquility, and authentic Tunisian architecture in a way that creates a magical atmosphere. Every corner is beautifully designed, and waking up surrounded by palm trees and desert landscapes is something we'll never forget. Our villa was spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was exceptional, and the surprise prepared for our honeymoon was one of the most thoughtful gestures we've ever received at a hotel. The food was outstanding. Every meal was delicious, with excellent quality and variety. We especially loved the romantic dinner experience, which was one of the highlights of our trip. The activities were equally memorable. From the camel ride at sunset to exploring the oasis and the Sahara, everything was perfectly organized and allowed us to experience the beauty of southern Tunisia in a unique way. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. We would especially like to thank Nizar, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. His kindness, attention, and dedication made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. We have been fortunate to stay at many luxury hotels around the world, but the hospitality at The Mora Sahara Tozeur is among the very best we have ever experienced. Thank you for making our honeymoon absolutely perfect. We left not only with beautiful memories of the Sahara but also with deep gratitude for everyone who helped create such a special experience. We cannot recommend The Mora Sahara Tozeur highly enough and sincerely hope to return one day
