I booked this hotel last month for 5 nights from February 16-20. I fell in love with the culture and history of this beautiful city. The Iberostal Gran Trinidad hotel has a perfect location in the city, during my stay everything was perfect in the hotel, the food was delicious and very well prepared, the room was clean and impeccable. The hotel workers were very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who worked those days, very professional. I definitely recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Trinidad. If I return one day this would be my choice one hundred percent.

This hotel is one of the reasons we stay longer in Trinidad. The colonial vibe, the extraordinary services and the staff is a reason enough to visit beautiful Trinidad. The breakfast is like none other we’ve experienced in Cuba and the location is perfect.

The hotel has top quality finishes but the staff is the real gem of this hotel. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. The restaurant has a varied menu and the staff there are well trained. I would definitely stay in the Iberostar Trinidad again.
