Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya

My two-night stay at the Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya was fantastic. The entrance to the property is a showstopper and sets the stage for an incredible luxurious oceanfront resort. The room is well styled and furnished and I especially liked the plunge pool (I was on the top floor and could watch the pelicans diving for fish from my balcony). The restaurants were excellent and I look forward to coming back to try more dishes. Many thanks to Carolina, Francisco, and Cecilia for hosting our visit and providing such warm, attentive hospitality.

The hotel was beautiful and immaculately maintained. Our room had a spectacular ocean view and within a quick walk to 1 of the 5 pristine pools. The room was large and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job, they met all our needs promptly. The wait staff at all of the delicious restaurants were so friendly and attentive. The waiters at pool bar and especially the Arbolea where breakfast was served were impeccable (especially Arcangel). They also had fitness classes which were led by Roberta. He along with entertainment staff that hosted a variety of craft classes were also amazing. It was one of our best vacations! Thanks to the entire staff!

This property is fantastic - the grounds, the rooms, services and most of all the staff. Everyone is pleasant, attentive and very good at their jobs. Fantastic staff! Especially Alexis at the front desk. Restaurants are all excellent too. Beach, pools and grounds are all very nice. Only down side is you are fairly remote - if you go to Tulum or anywhere, it is a taxi ride and an expensive one at that. We stayed 10 days and will definitely do it again. This is not an inexpensive resort, but you definitely get what you pay for.

My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the Conrad. We carefully picked this resort because of the many 5 star reviews. If you're interested in connecting with your significant other, basking in beauty and elegance without the distractions of rowdy vacationers, unwelcome music selections and solicitation, this is the perfect place for you. The Conrad is secluded and on its own peninsula of paradise. Really, the property is thoughtfully appointed preserving the natural coastline and ecosystem. I can't say enough about how beautiful the resort is . Special things to note: The food is absolutely delicious! You won't have a bad experience in gastronomy. I don't normally eat before 12noon due to fasting, However, I made an exception. Breakfast at Arbolea was worth every bit of blowing my regime. If you are a breakfast person have the French toast or avocado toast. If you're lucky enough you will experience the perfection in service from Gustavo and Arcangel. They were exceptional!! My dinner at Maratea was divine. I had the butterflied fish of the day.. CHEF'S KISS!!!! And Graci's service experience is undeniable. His energy is infectious! All in all... beautiful experience and beautiful people. We stayed in room 5321 and the gentleman that serviced our room was fantastic as well. Unfortunately I forgot his name. Lastly, I want to send a special thank you to the management staff for your responsiveness, your communication and you level of standard. We deeply appreciate your desire to ensure we had an unbelievable experience and unforgettable stay. You really celebrated us and our special day. I will forever sing your praises from the rooftops! The entertainment team, Angie, Rocio and Jose were so sweet and offered us many variety of craft activities that my 13 years old son and I enjoyed so much.
