Carlos at the gym was wonderful with his classes Did Pilates yoga and other classes they had during the day very nice experience good for your body and mind I hope to be back and enjoy more classes. The only negative thing is the amount of seaweed that is located on the beach. It is excessive.

The kids club was amazing! The kids have so much fun and they did so many activities with Ruth and Mariana, always very nice and very gentle.

My boyfriend and I just returned from our first stay at the Conrad Tulum, and we can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing, memorable trips we’ve ever taken. From the moment we arrived, everything was stunning — the design, the service, the food, and the peaceful energy of the property. They truly think of every detail when you are there. Every staff member was kind, outgoing, and always had a smile on their face. One of the biggest highlights of our trip was dining at Kengai. We were absolutely blown away by the experience as well as the food, and Israel made it truly unforgettable. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, gave thoughtful recommendations, complimentary dishes, and made the evening feel so special (it was my birthday and he went the extra mile each time) — we loved it so much, we came back for a second time before leaving! He genuinely made our trip. We also want to give a special thank you to Jovanny at Arbolea, his warmth and attentiveness each morning made our breakfasts a joy. From the fresh juices to the thoughtful service, it was the perfect start to our days. The food at every restaurant was phenomenal. Each meal felt intentional, fresh, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere at the resort is peaceful and luxurious without being overdone; we felt truly able to unwind and recharge in this stunning Oasis. We can't wait to return to Conrad Tulum. Thank you for making our stay so special!

The hotel was very beautiful and the food was great however please be warned that if you are traveling to this hotel and area during the rainy summer months, the beach is completely unusable. Not only was it completely covered with sargassum seaweed but throughout the whole day during the stay there were cranes and dump trucks removing it so almost like we were on a construction site not like a relaxing beach vacation. We were very distraught and frustrated and when we reached out to the hotel staff about our unsatisfactory experience, they completely ignored us. If you want a beach vacation, do not stay here. Try Cozumel, Isla Mujeres or Holbox.

Stayed here twice; the Ocean View room is one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in! Beautiful view, excellent service and amenities. Fitness center was great (shoutout to Carlos, who ran an entire Spin/Cycle class even though I was the only one who showed up on time!). And the food is great too: Arbolea is the best breakfast experience bar none! (Maratea was a minor exception to the excellent food; it was only so so when we visited, but that may just be what we ordered).
