We had an amazing experience during our recent stay. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, relaxed and cared for. Our room was a beautiful suite, well appointed, nicely decorated and impeccably clean. We ate at most restaurants in the hotel-the food was excellent! Specially enjoyed the Mexican delicacies at Autor, the Japanese and the Mediterranean restaurants were delicious too. Everyone made sure to help us enjoy our time- special shoutout to Ricky the concierge, Daniel the pool concierge and most people who provided us with an outstanding level of service. The staff and the beautiful facilities made our stay truly delightful! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want luxury, outstanding service and a quiet good time, while exploring Tulum and its surrounding towns.

The grounds are beautiful. The staff so courteous, friendly and professional. First timer at this resort and I will return. Food and service has been outstanding.

Beautiful resort, spotless rooms, amazing food and best of all the staff. Eduardo mishell and Lucio were some of the best most kind customer service professionals I’ve ever encountered. They took care of our every need and responded to us within minutes on WhatsApp. Whether it was a golf cart, taxi service, food recommendations. They were on it! The ceiba lounge staff hector and Lucas were fast friendly and accommodating when it came to my group. We had a lot of needs and they were met every single time. We also did yoga on the beach with Carlos. That was awesome. Kengai Jorge our server for 2 nights was so friendly and caring and on top of it with fast service. I can’t thank this hotel staff enough. Our rooms had turn down service every night and were cleaned spotlessly every morning. The pool was stunning the beach was stunning the resort was quite clean and classy. You need to stay here if you plan a trip to tulum.

This resort has an amazing Tulum vibe feel. The customer service by the staff starts from the moment you walk through the large teak doors and greated with Hibiscus water to them taking you to your room via golf cart. Every detail is thought of inside the resort to the beautiful room. All the different pools are breathtaking and each have a different menu. Our favorite was the beach with the umbrellas and lounge chairs. It’s a private beach with its own cove to snorkel, paddle board or kayak and swim. Jorge Ek greated us, carried our towels and laid them out for us. He made sure we had water and drinks flowing for our stay. He went the extra effort to make sure my gluten allergy was addressed for a few of the menu items. He was very attentive and truly knows what customer service means, he knows how to read his customers, addresses them my their name and anticipates what they may need and gives suggestions! He made our trip! What separates this from “all inclusive” is the food, & speciality of drinks are the best! This was such a relaxing trip for us and we will definitely be coming back!!

There are no words enough to express how great this place was. From the moment we arrived, there was a complementary valet welcoming us with refreshing wet clothes. Then hosts (Frida) welcomed us with drinks and checked us in. They took us to our room in a golf cart and carried our luggage. Our room was full of amenities such as waters, Nescafé, tea and more. The room was well decorated and again welcoming us with a bag. They provided services twice a day if it was required. Again refilling water and coffee and ask if we needed anything. Swimming pool water was warm and relaxing providing towels. They have restaurants which you have to reserve ahead of time. Breakfast buffet was amazing (recommended). Jacobo provided a great service. Food was delicious. We could swim in the ocean because of the sargasso, seaweed like. I was told the beach is better from late October thru March. Overall. This was a great place to spend a few days relaxing. The place is wonderful but what makes it even better is the staff who are professional, kind, informative and eager to please. Hopefully we can come back and spend more time.
