Reviews for Our Habitas Tulum

Everything was amzing

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

It was an amazing experience at the our habitas hotel. Nature vibe, truly amazing customer service and specially recardonat the front desk. He helped me tent a motorcycle, helped communicate with the guy and made sure i get my money's worth. We had some complications with the a/c first night but as soon as we let them know they gave us an alternative room and helped us with everything. The bar manager was fantastic, he made us feel like home, played the our songs. It was one of the best hotels to go to after on a honey moon. 🤩

Amazing experience!

I could definitely feel that “luxury for the soul” they talk about. Not just a great location or boho vibes, good taste and cool concept. The experiences and the possibility to connect to other travelers was a big plus. We did the sound healing and the pinto y tinto activities and we LOVED them! Big plus their Moro restaurant as well, killer grilled octopus and cocktails!

Was the mostly beautiful hotel on the jungle I felt very comfortable . The staff was friendly ( front desk, restaurant and the wellness) I recommend it if you like to have this experience in middle of the natural jungle

Not worth the visit; Forced tipping

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

We went here for lunch and our first impression was 'ok, its a nice place'. The waiter then seated us next to what would be a construction area. They were working on a sliding door, drilling and hammering. Couldnt even have a conversation. We get our bill and he forced us to tip him 20%. Why is gratuity not included if thats the case? $83 for water and 3 plates. Small portion. Overpriced and overrated.
