Our Habitas Tulum

My stay at Habitas Tulum was absolutely amazing. I truly loved the room with the private pool — it made the entire experience feel exclusive, relaxing, and unforgettable. Waking up and enjoying that peaceful atmosphere was something special. I would definitely come back again and again. The reception staff treated me wonderfully, especially Elder, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Rooms have a wonderful vibe, something tou expect from a hotel in the middle of the Jungle. Location is great and sometimes there is music in the surroundings as there are some neighbors hotels. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is wonderful.

Horrible customer service. I never even got there. I booked a room back in November for the end of February. I had to shorten my trip by one day, due to circumstances beyond my control (In their confirmation they say you can cancel or modify a reservation 14 days prior). It took them a week to respond, after which they said they would still charge me the same amount. So, I canceled the reservation, but still have yet to get a response from them. I tried calling their phone number, and get "the wireless customer you are calling is not available at this time...." What hotel has zero communication with their guests?
