Our Habitas Tulum

As a solo female traveler from the moment I arrived I felt relaxed and at home. For the next 2 weeks this became my little sanctuary in the jungle. My room was always nice and fresh. The location is close to the center to experience an authentic Mexican night and next to the beach for a relaxing day. Don’t hesitate to go to the front desk. Olivia, Diego and Ricardo will help you with a smile on their face to help you with anything you need. They will help you get to know Tulum in a unique way if you let them. Olivia especially helped me in more ways than one to make my stay here into an experience I will ever forget. Viva Mexico 🇲🇽

This hotel is a whole experience. It’s located at the beach and in the jungle and it’s over all beautiful! The rooms are different from anything I’ve seen before, in the best way! Your bathroom is outside and the room is a tent, but with all the luxury you need. The costs may be higher than somewhere else, but it’s totally worth it! We had a great experience and definitely recommend!

I visited the beach club at Our Habitas and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. The beach beds are comfortable, the service is excellent, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The food is absolutely delicious—every dish we tried was fresh and full of flavor. It's the perfect place to spend the day, enjoy a great meal, and unwind by the sea. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Arrival We were greeted by the front desk who guided us through a mystical welcome ritual. It set the tone just right for our stay. The Room: You walk through a jungle where you really feel the energy of the nature. As you near the seafront villa, the sound of the crashing waves captivates. The rooms are well appointed. In traditional habitas culture, you disconnect to reconnect, although wifi is plenty. The washroom is concealed in the back of the villa, fully outdoors if you're in an oceanfront villa, toilet indoor and shower outdoor if you're in a jungle villa. Its just the right balance of nature. If you choose waterfront you'll sleep to the sound of crashing waves, and if you stay in the jungle you have calm, quiet, and birds to wake you to your renewed day. The Common Areas: The pool perched on a deck above the sea is the perfect temperature and intimate scene to enjoy at any time of the day. A gathering point near a jungle sculpture is where you'll find inspiration for a quiet moment. The bar by the sea near Moro restaurant will guarantee you the absolute best service and meals you won't easily forget. Brilliant carrot hummus, shakshouka, chia pudding and more will have you looking forward to each and every morning. The fusion of flavors for dinner were unprecedented. (I have nut allergies and how they managed to make so many dishes free of nuts or allergens surprised me!) The Service: Where the property really shines. We felt a connection with each interaction. From Alexis at Moro to the spa therapists, Carrol among the entire ops team were an embodiment of the brand ethos, unique to Habitas in every sense. Diego the guest experience manager gave killer recommendations even for dining outside Tulum. Gustavo the ops manager as well welcomed us as though we were arriving to our own home. This atmosphere of service and hospitality is what's missing in major brands nowadays and we were so pleased to experience it here in the first home of Habitas. Habitas Tulum is our forever place to be when in Tulum.
