All of the waiters were excellent and very attentive to our needs. The food from the kitchen was absolutely excellent every single meal for five days while we were here. EVERYONE (including Francisco. Alexis) were excellent!

Everyone here is so kind and helpful. We have never been to Tulum and weren’t sure what to expect.the minute we got here it was relaxing. We started our vacation with a breathwork class with Andres. Dinner at the restaurant. I accidentally booked our couples massage on the wrong day and they were able to get us booked again. We weren’t able to swim due to the seaweed this time of year which I thought would be a bummer. I haven’t really even missed it. Food is to die for, staff is kind and always looking to help a lost gringo. What a blessing to be able to come to this place with these people. We did the plunge pool rooms, definitely recommend. Thank you ❤️

This hotel was great! It's absolutely beautiful, the staff are very solicitous, and the food is great - especially the breakfast. It's intentionally rustic in the best way - the rooms are beautifully appointed tents (with wood floors), the showers are outdoor and depending on the rooms some of the toilets are outdoors too - both are completely private to your room, and the walkways are sand. It's essentially the opposite of an all-inclusive - it's boutique, thoughtful, and bespoke. Highly recommend.
