Club Med Pragelato Vialattea

Semaine incroyable! Rien à dire le club est vraiment charmant avec ses petits chalets, la nourriture est excellente, on s’est régalés particulièrement avec les pâtes de Salvatore le spa est top et chaleureux, un massage incroyable avec Alexandre, du jamais vu, un talent de dingue! La responsable spa est adorable. Le fitness avec Massalia était top, notre prof de ski Andrea nous a fait passer une semaine de rêve. Pendant que les enfants étaient au mini club vraiment bien géré par la superbe Rosy et le fameux Beppe qui a fait vraiment rigoler nos loulous. Gros coup de cœur pour Ingrid du ski pro shop qui est adorable et super pro avec des super conseils! Merci à Federica la responsable hôtelière pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse ! Grâce à vous tous on a vraiment passé une semaine incroyable, nous reviendrons !

We didn’t have a great experience this year. First of all, there was an outbreak of sickness on the second day with loads of people in the resort getting sick, which then carried on spreading throughout the whole week with almost every family group we spoke to affected. The kids club were for the most part good with the kids but I did catch one staff member yelling at the kids on a couple of occasions telling them to shut up and for silence…. The kids didn’t seem too bothered, but it she definitely shouldn’t have been speaking to kids like that. The pool was freezing cold… we did 10 minutes and then got out as it wasn’t enjoyable at all. Another big annoyance was the fact the club med flight arrives too late to sort your skis out Sunday night and the rental room only opens half an hour before lessons start on Monday morning with everyone who arrived late queuing at the same time ….. had we been another few minutes we’d have missed our son’s lesson as his group was already geared up when we arrived. We’ve been doing club med ski breaks for a few years now and prices have increased so much since we first started we’re struggling to see the value for money anymore (especially this year).

This was our first club med holiday after being referred by a friend. I was blown away. This was the most enjoyable, hassle free family ski holiday ever. It exceeded expectations. Food was insane - soooooo good. Great variety and always fresh pasta, meats, cheeses. Food is normally what lets a holiday down for me but there was always a drink or food on offer and the quality was exceptional. I have never seen all inclusive food and drink done this well. Kids club drop off was easy and organised. Kids ski school was great. They tried to keep English speakers with other English speakers which i think is a bit comforting for the younger kids. Service throughout the holiday was good/informative. I hope the other club med resorts are as good as this as we are 'sold' and will 100% be booking another club med ski holiday. Thank you!

ההמועדון חמוד מאוד ובנוי בצורה שונה משאר המועדונים. זה נותן אוירה אחרת ומיוחדת. האוכל במועדון ביננוני. במשך היום אוכלים על ההר, כל יום במסעדה אחרת - זה מגוון יותר את הגלישה, אך המסעדות מציעות אוכל די דומה - מבוסס בצק. למשל, אין כלל ירקות. הנקודה שהפריעה לי הכי - זה המזרונים הבלויים והרכים! נאלצתי לישון על הריצפה שבוע שלם כי המזרונים רכים מדי וגרמו לי לכאבי גב שהקשו על הגלישה או כל פעילות ספורטיבית. ביקשתי להחליף מזרון, אבל גם המזרון החדש היה רך מדי. נכנסתי לחדרים אחרים - כל המזרונים מאוד ישנים ורכים. חד וחלק לא אחזור לקלאב הזה לפני שיחליפו מזרונים.

What a discovery. We went as a few friends, got in level 5 with Martina who was such a great guide. We had a blast. Met people from California, Argentina. I really appreciated the lunches on the mountain in those hidden jewels. The food was absolutely amazing. From pasta, pizza, fishes going through obviously raclettes and fondues. We went to France one day with the other level 5 groups and came back by coach (bus) it was such a great adventure. Our last night with our group, we took our guide out for dinner at a restaurant called Molinos, it’s walking distance from the Club Med. Amazing pizza, family owned restaurant. It is a must to go! The entertainment in the bar was super fun, even outside on those sunny days. I recommend Pragelato-Sestriere to everyone. Thinking of going back there next year. The lodging is great too, they are rustic chalets with bedrooms in them. It was so much fun.
