NH Collection Turin Piazza Carlina

I would absolutely stay at the NH Piazza Carlina if we ever came back to Turin. The location is nicely central within walking distance of many of the sights. The staff were consistently excellent. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed, but the highlight was the wonderful courtyard. Breakfast was served here and what a way to start the day! Best of all, breakfast is served until 12pm (also checkout time) on Sunday. When you’d been at a wedding until the late the previous day, this was just the best news ever. The breakfast selection was very nice and we also had lunch in the courtyard. We thought lunch was really quite good value as were some drinks we had the evening we arrived. Basically we loved the hotel and thought it was pretty good value too.

Liked · Beautiful Italian palace-style hotel at a walking distance from all the main highlights in the city center of Turin. We really liked the atmosphere and overall design of the hotel. The parking garage underneath the hotel is great if you travel here by car. The breakfast was excellent, with many sweet and savoury options to choose from. Small detail but to me, itwas nice that that they also offered lactose-free yoghurt at breakfast. The room is clean and modern. Disliked · There was only 1 small 330ml complementary water bottle in our room, which had previously been opened, as it was already half empty. Especially for a hotel of this level, this should have been checked better. The parking can feel like a bit of a hassle as you can not reach the -2 level yourself without being assisted by the staff, so if there is no room on the -1 part you always need assistance to use the car elevator. This is only a minor detail as it's nice enough that a hotel in the city center even has their own private parking.

Our friends were staying at this hotel (we were in a budget option), and the staff at the hotel were very welcoming to us when we joined them for drinks etc. The artwork in the lobby is incredible! We loved the building, and it's made us look at NH hotels for future trips. Thanks in particular to the reception staff and their kindness. Your staff are a credit to the NH brand.

Beautiful location in centre of Turin, in these sunny days I found great to do breakfast in the dehor. Very very gentle and professional guys are in the reception. And finally great rooms with comfortable bed.

We stayed in Torino for the first time, liked the city a lot and would book this hotel again for sure. Extraordinary style and atmosphere. It's location is perfect to discover the city by walking, the staff is very friendly and caring, our room in the 4th floor with a beautiful view to the court was very nice, the breakfast was great, a lot of tasty things to choose, freshly squeezed orange juice for example.
