NH Collection Turin Piazza Carlina

Stayed here in February, This hotel was absolutely amazing. The facilities were exceptional, our room was smart and clean and breakfast was amazing and you could tell the food was quality. We had a very nice stay. Conveniently situated right in the middle of everything you want to see in Turin

The hotel is located in downtown Torino, and provides hight quality accomodation and services. The rooms are spacious, well kept, with great bathrooms. The staff is simply wonderfull and the breakfast is fabulous.

Our room here is large and that’s the best that can be said of it. Our suitcases are open on the floor because there is not a single drawer or shelf anywhere in the room. The walls are dingy and completely bare — not a single decoration of any sort anywhere. The one arm chair is on the verge of losing its back legs. The bedside lamps are ugly desk lamps.

We have previously enjoyed NH Hotels (Buenos Aires is terrific!), so the NH in Torino met our expectations. The location is terrific. Rooms are lovely. Service is really good (though management could help the breakfast room staff to be more welcoming!) In this case, we had an unplanned and urgent business meeting that we had to do in a meeting room with no outside noise, and during non-business hours for the hotel. Two of the hotel staff were incredibly helpful - Valentina and Gabriele flew into action, found an unused room for us, and checked on us to be sure all was well. They went FAR beyond our normal expectations of hotel staff. They - and the other very helpful staff - are the reason we feel NH is a cut above, and a reason to stay at the NH Piazza Carlina in Turin. Highly recommended!

I would absolutely stay at the NH Piazza Carlina if we ever came back to Turin. The location is nicely central within walking distance of many of the sights. The staff were consistently excellent. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed, but the highlight was the wonderful courtyard. Breakfast was served here and what a way to start the day! Best of all, breakfast is served until 12pm (also checkout time) on Sunday. When you’d been at a wedding until the late the previous day, this was just the best news ever. The breakfast selection was very nice and we also had lunch in the courtyard. We thought lunch was really quite good value as were some drinks we had the evening we arrived. Basically we loved the hotel and thought it was pretty good value too.
