I am only going to discuss my upset at being lied to by their staff. When we checked in we were told that if had dinner in their restaurant we would be given a 20% discount on the non-alchohol part of our dinner for one meal during our stay. We had dinner our first night. When I went to pay the bill it did not show up on the bill. The staff member amended it by hand and gave it to me. We had an early morning train and lines were long at the desk so I did not double check. When I got my credit card statement I saw that they had not given us the discount. I wrote to them and they said they would credit our account. I checked several times in the next two weeks and it had not come through. I wrote them again and did not receive a reply.

I have had the privilege of staying in some of the world's best hotels through my work as a workshop facilitator specializing in luxury hospitality. Therefore, when I travel for my own pleasure, I am extremely selective about where I stay because I know firsthand how many things can go wrong. When I chose Principi di Piemonte, I knew from my very first telephone conversation with Silvia Frega, Guest Relations Manager, that I had made the right decision and that our stay would be exceptional. Even before we arrived, Silvia made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. The experience exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost, the location is unrivalled and simply the best in Turin. The hotel is within walking distance of the city's major attractions, luxury boutiques, and charming local cafés. The train station is only a five-minute walk away and is, without question, the nicest and safest station I have encountered in Italy. Our room offered breathtaking views over the city. How can one not fall in love with Turin? The hotel team was attentive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to providing outstanding service. The housekeeper greeted us each day with sincere smiles and maintained our room to an impeccable standard. The front desk staff were always eager to assist with any request and give personalized suggestions, while the bell staff were consistently kind and readily available whenever needed. The bar is another highlight. The cocktails are sublime, expertly crafted, and accompanied by equally delicious snacks. Breakfast was a daily delight, featuring an abundant buffet of high-quality products with many local touches. One memorable example was the generous display of artisanal chocolate with Piedmont hazelnuts. Thank you for the lovely and delicious strawberry cake for my birthday! The city of Turin itself is a hidden gem. It is so culturally rich, elegant, and authentic with an understated sophistication. I would not be surprised to see it become Italy's next tourism success story. In an industry where excellence and authenticity is increasingly rare, Principi di Piemonte delivers it effortlessly. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to both leisure and business travellers. I am already planning to come back in the autumn!

My wife and I throughly enjoyed our visit for a week to Turin, a wonderful city. This hotel is fantastic! The staff was so friendly and kind. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The food, the waiter service and the presentation was top notch. The concierge desk was extremely helpful with recommendations and arranged a last minute tour of the Gabino chocolate production facility which was very educational and enjoyable. The pool and spa facility was also fantastic. Housekeeping was wonderful, providing excellent daily cleaning and wonderful turn down service.Also, the hotel is in a great location to all the sites in the historic district and an easy walk to the Porta Nuova train station. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Incredibly well located in center of Torino. Great service, friendly and very helpful. Beautifully appointed rooms. Breakfast buffet was ok.

My husband and I have visited Torino several times over the last few years and staying at the Principi di Piemonte feels like a warm hug each time we are there. We love the elegant yet comfortable feel of the lobby bar, and Bar Manager Flavio Scanu oversees this area with excellence. Every guest is welcomed with a smile and treated to delicious and inventive cocktails or savory wines from their extensive list. We always look forward to spending time with Flavio, Davide, Elisabetta, Nicolo, Stefano, and Melyssa during our time in Torino. The lobby bar is a nice respite from the bustle of the city between lunch and dinner, and even after dinner! *There is also live music available on some evenings.
