Wonderful stay in Torino

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

My husband and I just spent 3 days at this wonderful hotel. The location is perfect for wondering the city. Our room was lovely and very well appointed. The staff is fantastic . Arianna help us set up dining reservations prior our arrival and both choices were amazing. Silvia, at the concierge desk gave us so many helpful hints for both Torino and out next stop Bologna. The aperetivo sevice at the bar was exceptional as well. I could not recommend the hotel more

Exceptional luxury experience

A truly wonderful stay from beginning to end. We spent a few days at this beautiful hotel and were extremely impressed by the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine hospitality. The valet service, check-in and reception were seamless, and there is an immediate feeling that you are being well looked after and are in very capable hands. Our room was elegant, peaceful and exceptionally comfortable, with an excellent bed and pillows — something we particularly appreciate when travelling. Breakfast was outstanding, both in quality and presentation, and the spa was another highlight of our stay: beautifully maintained, relaxing and of a genuinely high standard. What impressed us most was the combination of comfort, attentive service and effortless hospitality. It is the kind of hotel where you can simply relax and enjoy your stay, knowing that everything is taken care of. We left with wonderful memories and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Elegant hotel in the center of Turin

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We really enjoyed our stay here- the location is great- very close to most of the tourist attractions and also very central, not to mention a less than ten minute walk from the station.  The hotel is very modern- what it lacks in italianate charm it makes up for in overall elegance. Rooms are moderately sized, and bathrooms are very well appointed.  Everything was spotlessly clean. There is a spa in the basement which, while not huge, is very refreshing, particularly on a hot summer day. They have unusual features like a pool that has sections that double as a massager or fountain, and individual steam rooms. Very nice.  Turin is really a lovely and highly underrated city in our opinion. Lots to do and see, and very beautiful to look at (although, like in Milan, there is huge amount of graffiti everywhere, which is charming in places but does detract from the overall beauty). The Egyptian Museum, the Mole, and the Chapel of the Palace were real highlights as was just walking through the many majestic squares that pepper the city. The only less than great part of the hotel was the restaurant, which was overpriced and the food not that special (though not bad either).

A jewel!

An absolutely sn in refibke stay. From the moment we met Aranba at the reception, went to our room, dined at the Savoya, checked in, had breakfast, and checked out. Everything was phenomenal. You don't find such jewels in the hotel industry anymore. The staff is gracious, the hotel's aesthetics are stunning, and, to nil if, breakfast is more than great. Congratulations to the leadership and staff for such a creation,

Best to stay in a different hotel

I am only going to discuss my upset at being lied to by their staff. When we checked in we were told that if had dinner in their restaurant we would be given a 20% discount on the non-alchohol part of our dinner for one meal during our stay. We had dinner our first night. When I went to pay the bill it did not show up on the bill. The staff member amended it by hand and gave it to me. We had an early morning train and lines were long at the desk so I did not double check. When I got my credit card statement I saw that they had not given us the discount. I wrote to them and they said they would credit our account. I checked several times in the next two weeks and it had not come through. I wrote them again and did not receive a reply.
